We geven geen hoge beoordeling. Dit komt doordat de prijs kwaliteit niet in verhouding.is. Het is een eenvoudige kamer en de badkamer was erg klein en gedateerd.. Daar past zo'n hoge kamerprijs niet bij. Inchecken vanaf 17.00 vinden wij ook niet passend. Personeel is vriendelijk. Handig dat je snacks kan kopen in de lobby.

Voor mij prachtig en praktische locatie, mooie kamer, geweldig uitzicht. Mooie parkeergelegenheid. Alleen de rode wijn bij de receptie erg duur en niet echt lekker.

We enjoyed a comfortable king bedroom with great views from 13th floor. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had great choice. Ate in restaurant one evening and food was good (& not a rip-off price compared to The Hague, which is not a cheap place, anyway). Parking was easy, secure and well lit. It is costly per day but hotel has special rate. Parking is expensive in the area. There is a tram station outside (lines 3 and 4) which you can use to get into the centre of town (Spui) but we walked back and forth which took about 20-25 mins.

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen. Wir konnten von da aus alle Ziele erreichen, die wir besuchen wollten. Für Hunde hat es auch ausreichende Grünflächen. Man kann das Parkhaus gut nutzen. Über das Hotel kann man einen günstigeren Parktarif beziehen. 25 Euro statt 50 Euro. Die Handhabung ist sehr mühsam, da man sich täglich ein Ausfahrt- Ticket an der Rezeption holen muss. Wir waren 10 Tage im Hotel und mussten täglich ein neues Ausfahrt-Ticket holen. Generell ist das Hotel sehr sauber. In unserem Zimmer war der Fön voller Make-Up und klebte total. Die Tassen im Zimmer waren beide schmutzig und es fehlte ein Toilettenbürste. Die Handtücher waren Fleckig. Vom Room-Service hatten wir das Zimmer nur zwei mal reinigen lassen, dabei wurde nie die Bettwäsche gewechselt. Toilettenpapier und Kaffeepads wurden nicht aufgefüllt. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hier fühlt man sich gut betreut. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und bietet eine gute Auswahl. Leider werden die Zutaten nicht variiert, immer die gleiche Wurst und Käse.

Hotel befindet sich im Business District. Aber sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung überall hin. Zum Strand sind es 20min mit der Straßenbahn. Laufen eher unmöglich oder man möchte das unbedingt. Wir haben uns vor Ort ein Fahrrad gemietet (16 Euro am Tag)- was die beste Entscheidung gewesen ist. War richtig toll dort zu radeln und sich alles anzuschauen. Hotel ansonsten nett, Zimmer angemessen. Frühstück sehr gut, viel Auswahl und guter frisch gebrühter Kaffee! Parken für 25 Euro am Tag angemessen, konnte zu jederzeit das Auto raus und reinfahren. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und befindet sich in sehr guter Lage, die Tramhaltestelle ist nur 1 min fußläufig entfernt. Parkplätze gibt es nicht so viel weil das Hotel und die weiteren Firmen in dem Gebäude dieselbe Tiefgarage teilen.

First of all, the hotel does not have AC despite what Expedia chatbot says. The staff were nice enough to bring us a portable one to ease of the heat wave. Second, it's a very nice hotel in a good location but does not have a business centre that you could work from so I had to work in restaurant or lobby as I was working there every night for around two weeks. Third, daily housekeeping service was not very good, we had to keep asking for fresh towels, asking front desk to refill tissue boxes and empty soap dispensers. Overall, good place for the price if you're staying for a few days. The breakfast buffet was good and worth the extra charge and I love that I saw less privileged people coming in after breakfast time was over instead of wasting the food.

Room could have been cleaner. Dust was visible everywhere on the floor. Blanket had a stain on it, so did the coffee cups in the room! Mattress was old and uncomfortable too. Staff was friendly! And the breakfast Buffett was acceptable.

Ik ben hier naartoe gekomen om mijn verjaardag en oud-en-nieuw te vieren. Al met al een teleurstelling. Het personeel was zeer onvriendelijk. Kamer was bij aankomst nog vies (haren in het bad, eetverpakking naast het bed van de vorige persoon, vlekken op de spiegel). Lamp bij het toilet was kapot, ik had daarvoor een melding gemaakt, ik hoorde ze tegen elkaar zeggen dat "er eigenlijk wel genoeg licht" was en dat het onnodig zou zijn om de lamp te maken (uiteindelijk is de lamp wel gemaakt). Daarnaast wilde ik graag roomservice bestellen maar dat was allemaal te moeilijk waardoor er gevraagd werd of ik het niet even zelf kon ophalen. Nee, want ik wilde graag roomservice. Uiteindelijk toch gelukt om het op de kamer te krijgen na veel doorvragen. Tot slot werd ik letterlijk de eerste 10 minuten na inchecken al gebeld vanwege een klacht omdat mijn hond heel even blafte op de zogenaamd geluidsdichte kamer. Je hoort mensen praten als je op de gang staat en hoort mensen op hun bed liggen (het bed kraakt) dus zo geluidsdicht zijn de kamers niet. Tot slot werd er bijna 50 euro berekend voor het meenemen van een hond i.p.v. 25. Het is dat ik er zelf op wees anders hadden ze dus per nacht gerekend. Het uitzicht was wel erg mooi (kamer met view).

I booked a room with a king size bed, I got two twins. They put a topper on the twins after I fell between them. There were weird liquid stains all over the yellowed sheets and what appeared to be old blood stains. Most of the staff were friendly some were not. it is quiet which is nice but the overall condition is not great. I had to switch plugins to use the lamp and the coffee maker as one outlet was dead. They ran out of coffee pods so I had to buy some.

Location of the hotel is ok as the station is not too far to walk. I was allocated a room where there were building works going on. I was assured that the works would be completed by 8pm local time. However I was awoken by very loud thudding noises and drilling at 2, 3 and 4am in the morning. I did not get any sleep. When I called reception, I had to justify and prove the noise was there (she arrived just when there was a pause). Luckily the noise started again whilst I was trying to find recordings of the previous noise on the phone but really why was I asked to prove there was unbearable noise all morning/night? I was eventually moved to the 8th floor, where the carpet was outdated and there was a strong stench of cigarette smoke. This was at approximately around 5:30am. I was about to get about 2 hours sleep. I am pretty sure the staff were aware of the ongoing works and the noise, and they could have made more of an effort to allocate a more appropriate room for my stay. All in all, the worst hotel I've stayed at for business. I don't really find the time to write reviews but my experience was so awful, I felt compelled to leave a review for this one.

We enjoyed a comfortable king bedroom with great views from 13th floor. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had great choice. Ate in restaurant one evening and food was good (& not a rip-off price compared to The Hague, which is not a cheap place, anyway). Parking was easy, secure and well lit. It is costly per day but hotel has special rate. Parking is expensive in the area. There is a tram station outside (lines 3 and 4) which you can use to get into the centre of town (Spui) but we walked back and forth which took about 20-25 mins.

Primera estancia en este hotel. La verdad que la recepcion me sorprendio. Primera vez que veo una espacio para realizar compras en la entrada del Hotel pero algunos clientes lo podran encontrar comodo. La primera impresion no fue del todo buena, pasillos con moqueta con grandes marchas, cunado entre en la habitacion (1002) de ventana estaba semi abierta y la temperatura era bastante baja. El ruleta del termostato cuando la toque se fue al suelo. El mobiliario se veia un poco viejo. No se te esperas algo mas de un hotel de esta categoria.

Het betreft een goede hotelkamer met goed ontbijt op een uitstekende locatie. Het klimaat in de kamer is echter heel erg slecht. Heel erg warm en benauwd en de ramen dichtgeplakt kunnen niet open. airco werkt bedroevend slecht dus de temperatuur is zeker niet onder de 23 graden geweest Hoe goed alles verder ook is -en dat mag ook wel voor die prijs- dit gaat ten koste van de nachtrust en uiteindelijk kom je daar voor.

First of all, the hotel does not have AC despite what Expedia chatbot says. The staff were nice enough to bring us a portable one to ease of the heat wave. Second, it's a very nice hotel in a good location but does not have a business centre that you could work from so I had to work in restaurant or lobby as I was working there every night for around two weeks. Third, daily housekeeping service was not very good, we had to keep asking for fresh towels, asking front desk to refill tissue boxes and empty soap dispensers. Overall, good place for the price if you're staying for a few days. The breakfast buffet was good and worth the extra charge and I love that I saw less privileged people coming in after breakfast time was over instead of wasting the food.

Location of the hotel is ok as the station is not too far to walk. I was allocated a room where there were building works going on. I was assured that the works would be completed by 8pm local time. However I was awoken by very loud thudding noises and drilling at 2, 3 and 4am in the morning. I did not get any sleep. When I called reception, I had to justify and prove the noise was there (she arrived just when there was a pause). Luckily the noise started again whilst I was trying to find recordings of the previous noise on the phone but really why was I asked to prove there was unbearable noise all morning/night? I was eventually moved to the 8th floor, where the carpet was outdated and there was a strong stench of cigarette smoke. This was at approximately around 5:30am. I was about to get about 2 hours sleep. I am pretty sure the staff were aware of the ongoing works and the noise, and they could have made more of an effort to allocate a more appropriate room for my stay. Great to return to the NH. This is a very convenient place to stay. Close to the city center, nightlife, restaurants etc but not too close which means it is very quiet. Lovely staff who are very helpful.

Excellent weekend stay in a beautiful modern hotel with tasteful decor and fantastic staff who were both helpful and very friendly. The hotel is located a short walk from Central train station and just outside a tram stop. First visit to the city and this hotel has left a lasting positive impression.

My second time staying here and had another great experience. The staff were very accommodating, the rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet, and the tran is a 2-minute walk away. Highly recommend!

Ik ben hier naartoe gekomen om mijn verjaardag en oud-en-nieuw te vieren. Al met al een teleurstelling. Het personeel was zeer onvriendelijk. Kamer was bij aankomst nog vies (haren in het bad, eetverpakking naast het bed van de vorige persoon, vlekken op de spiegel). Lamp bij het toilet was kapot, ik had daarvoor een melding gemaakt, ik hoorde ze tegen elkaar zeggen dat "er eigenlijk wel genoeg licht" was en dat het onnodig zou zijn om de lamp te maken (uiteindelijk is de lamp wel gemaakt). Daarnaast wilde ik graag roomservice bestellen maar dat was allemaal te moeilijk waardoor er gevraagd werd of ik het niet even zelf kon ophalen. Nee, want ik wilde graag roomservice. Uiteindelijk toch gelukt om het op de kamer te krijgen na veel doorvragen. Tot slot werd ik letterlijk de eerste 10 minuten na inchecken al gebeld vanwege een klacht omdat mijn hond heel even blafte op de zogenaamd geluidsdichte kamer. Je hoort mensen praten als je op de gang staat en hoort mensen op hun bed liggen (het bed kraakt) dus zo geluidsdicht zijn de kamers niet. Tot slot werd er bijna 50 euro berekend voor het meenemen van een hond i.p.v. 25. Het is dat ik er zelf op wees anders hadden ze dus per nacht gerekend. Het uitzicht was wel erg mooi (kamer met view).

Wir hatten 1 Doppel- und 1 Einzelzimmer für 4 Nächte ohne Frühstück reserviert. Nach Absprache mit der Rezeption am Tag unserer Ankunft durften wir trotzdem frühstücken und die Rechnung dann vor der Abreise begleichen. Selbstverständlich hätten wir eingesehen, falls es mit dem Frühstück nicht klappen könnte, weil wir das ja nicht mitgebucht haben. Jedenfalls ging es problemlos, aber am 2. Tag (Sonntag, den 24.9.) wurden wir von einer Mitarbeiterin des Frühstücksteams sehr unfreundlich empfangen und auf äußerst unhöflicher Weise aufgefordert, das Frühstück sofort zu bezahlen, was wir auch getan haben. Dieses Verhalten fanden wir inakzeptabel und besonders sehr schade, weil das restliche Personal stets zuvorkommend war. Deshalb haben wir, trotz dieses bedauerlichen Ereignisses, das Hotel sehr gut bewertet. Übrigens waren die Frühstücke an den 2 nächstfolgenden Tagen wieder problemlos und das Personal, wie erwartet und gewohnt, sehr liebenswürdig .

Hotel befindet sich im Business District. Aber sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung überall hin. Zum Strand sind es 20min mit der Straßenbahn. Laufen eher unmöglich oder man möchte das unbedingt. Wir haben uns vor Ort ein Fahrrad gemietet (16 Euro am Tag)- was die beste Entscheidung gewesen ist. War richtig toll dort zu radeln und sich alles anzuschauen. Hotel ansonsten nett, Zimmer angemessen. Frühstück sehr gut, viel Auswahl und guter frisch gebrühter Kaffee! Parken für 25 Euro am Tag angemessen, konnte zu jederzeit das Auto raus und reinfahren. Empfehlung von mir persönlich: Die Mall of the Netherlands- nicht weit vom Hotel entfernt. Lohnt sich! Shopping paradies deluxe.

Quiet hotel, great location, breakfast varied and plentiful. Only issue is room temperature, air con made the room warmer rather than colder. Reception gave us a fan but still ridiculously warm in the room (might just have been room 1715).
