stayAPT Suites Lebanon-Nashville Area

This was a very nice place to stay. Its a 8 week old hotel. I would say they need more hotel carts. I only saw 2. Staff is not 24 hrs. so keep that in mind. Very clean... I would recommend. Very quite . There were food, grocery and gas places right around the corner. If I visit again, I would stay there again. Full Kitchen was very nice.

Weird stinky smell outside front of property. No staff at night for issues or needs. Loved the property is double protected to get in. Courtyard is beautiful. Room is huge and nice.

We spent 5 nights here, could have done it in 4, to finish the IA at Baker’s. But nice to have an extra night to relax. This hotel is new, very nicely equipped with everything you need. Great area for studying & the kitchen is fully equipped with nice pans and dish ware, stove with oven, dishwasher. We didn’t have to eat out, saved lots of time. The staff is truly accommodating and friendly, especially Angie & Sandy. This hotel is well worth the price, a great value.

I stayed here for 2 weeks doing the Baker A and P program. Pros: It was wonderful to have a full kitchen so I didn’t have to eat out. Room was very clean. They only clean once a week so if you like daily cleaning this is not for you. Front desk staff was very friendly and happy to swap out linens whenever I needed them. Doors are to the outside, however you need a room key to access the courtyard and rooms, so I felt very safe as a woman traveling solo. Cons: you need an app to pay for laundry. It’s ok once set up but it is still a pain. My room was right next to the highway. I adjusted quickly but it was fairly loud. They have tons of rooms away from the highway as well though. Overall great experience and I would 10/10 dtay here again

Overall it was a great experience. What the hotel lacks in amenities (pool/breakfast service) it makes up for in cost and a kitchen! If I can find this a little closer to family then I’ll stay there again. Open courtyard with gas grills available. Full kitchen, but short on detergent, paper toes and trash bags. Laundry facilities on each floor; pet friendly with multiple cans/waste bags available. Well lit parking lots!

We enjoyed our stay and Ms Sandy was amazing only downfall was no pool but I give it a 9/10 and will be back in October

This hotel says it is 'pet friendly' but dogs are not allowed in the courtyard (which is inside the hotel, not outside), so there is not a great place to walk or even sit outside with your dog. The property is very loud due having concrete floors and being 'open air' (it looks like a motel once inside). The children playing in the interior courtyard were very loud. The interstate is adjacent to the building, so that added to the noise level. The floors in the room were filthy. The window did not have a sheer or screen to allow light in without allowing anyone outside the ability to see into your room (we were on the ground floor, so anyone walking by could see in). The front office staff were very nice, but overall, I do not recommend staying here if you want a quiet, restful stay.

There were plenty of hotel carts for our luggage and the elevator was nice. The room had two comfortable queen size beds, one well-appointed bathroom, a galley kitchen with full-sized appliances and breakfast bar, and a living room with plenty of furniture for 4 and a large screen TV. The Wi-Fi and thermostat were easy to use. The hotel opened in August 2024 and everything is very clean and new. They have a beautiful courtyard with lots of furniture and even a fire pit and gas grill. There's a fitness room which looked nice. The extra bathroom near the lobby came in handy for our group since there were four of us sharing one bathroom. There is fresh coffee with Keurig in the lobby or a coffee pot in the room with supplied coffee. You can go to the front desk to change your towels or sheets daily if you like. It's a short walk to a couple of eating places. The area is very quiet, except for highway noise which was not a problem for us, and felt safe. The location was good for commuting to Nashville, it took us 30 to 45 minutes depending on where we were going in town. We were all very pleased with this property, and we would definitely consider this hotel chain another time, and if we ever visit Nashville again we would stay here. It's more economical than staying in the city.

This brand new property was a real nice place to stay, with a full kitchen/living room and separate bedroom. The price was terrific and we hope it stays low because that was what attracted us to this hotel over others given the accommodations. The inner patio space with grills, gas fire place and seating was cool too!

Room was spacious and clean. Had a new feel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Just what we needed.

Property and rooms are very nice. Our room needed to be swept as the hardwood floors were very dusty. The courtyard is beautiful and a cool place to hang out. Would definitely stay here again!

Super clean!

I honestly don’t really have any complaints. The front desk people are very nice, my room looked really nice as well very comfortable to stay in. I will say that I was a little bit iffy on the first day because the floor was not visibly dirty but when you look at ur socks u can tell the floor was very dirty, and the towels had a bit of black pebbles in mine. but besides that everything went well. I really enjoyed my time here. It’s a really good place to pick. A lot of things things to eat around the area and it’s only like 20 minutes from Nashville!

Place was not clean. We did requested a cleaning after our check in. They come back fold my towel and didn't bother to clean the floor or anything else. Very loud in mid night from people waking. Kids playing and running around.

Overall, good stay. We did experience a dirty or stained sheet but there was no one onsite to report it to because of the holiday. Would stay again.

This hotel was awesome! Traveled as a family of 3 with our young son and 2 dogs and everything was great. The room was spacious, staff was nice, beautiful courtyard to hangout and not far from state parks and Nashville. Only giving 4 stars because the floors were a bit dirty and when we got to the room. Would definitely recommend!

Very new hotel. Clean with great kitchenettes.

Sheets where dirty. Floors where dirty towels where dirty and had hair on them when we checked in. Room was nice. Even though it said they had quite hours we started hearing slamming doors at 1 am to 10 am every morning we where there people hollering and partying next to us somewhere

We loved the space of the room which included a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. It would have been nice to have a bedroom door but other than that the room was nice. Furniture in living area was not comfortable- stiff cushions. Kitchen well equipped for 3-4 people. Could have used paper towels and extra trash bags. Comfy bed. Our biggest complaint was allowing people to smoke in front of the entrance. Every time we came in we had to deal with the smoking. Front desk staff was not personable and seemed rude at check-in. We had reserved 3 months ahead and were told we may not have a room because they were heavily booked for a motorcycle event. She even said we were getting ready to call you to see if you were coming because checking is 3pm. It was 3:30pm. Have never heard of losing a reservation - usually if you reserve it doesn’t matter what time you check in.

We were surprised how nice it was. The full kitchen was great. Water pressure in the shower sucked but that was the only not so great thing I can say.

Large room. Clean. Excellent Bed & pillows. The room came with full kitchen & sofa seating area. A large TV in each area. It was quiet.

I chose this property because I could not find an Airbnb in the area I needed to be in for a race and I wanted to be able to make my own food. However, the room I got smelled like someone had been frying meat and had a strong smell…It was also quite noisy because it is literally right beside the interstate. I did not sleep well and checked out a night early to stay in a different hotel. I would say for the money it’s probably a good stay, but just not my preference.

Great facilities, clean and well designed. The room(s) are surprisingly nice! You get a small but very welcoming kitchen area. The living room area is good. Two large TVs. Oh and the bathroom, the shower head and water pressure… heavenly. The only “negative” thing, the couch is horribly uncomfortable. Way too stiff/hard.

Our room smelled like dogs and there was dog hair clumps in the floor (I am aware this is a pet friendly facility), there were stains on the furniture and walls that resembled blood (I was surprised by this because of how new the building is), there was no internet access our entire stay (high speed internet was advertised as an amenity), and when we voiced our concerns about the access we was told by “Ashley” that everyone else in the building was having the same problem and when her general manager was done checking all these people in that she guessed she could have them call their IT person…. So, customer service was very poor as well. I travel often with my family, this will not be a repeat stay or a recommendation from me.

Very unhappy bedroom tv didn’t work in room 218. And front desk offered zero assistance……..

Excellent stay! The suites are large , clean with good layout. Encountered two small issues which were promptly fixed. The only negative might be that the front desk doesn’t open until 9am.

This is a newer property geared almost exclusively to long stays. For instance, there is a full kitchen but no dish soap, no scrubber to clean up with. A dishwasher with one soap pod. When I inquired, staff said they expect guests to purchase those things. New bathtub, very slippery, but no grab bars and no bathmat. We used a towel. No towel bar to hang wet towels. Bring a non slip mat. It is a clean room but extremely minimal. Staff are friendly. Lobby hours are limited. Our plane was very late, and staff told us how to access a lock box to get our key. Drenched by a storm and very tired, we followed the directions, but the lock box didn’t work. After multiple tries, we downloaded the app for a digital key and after multiple attempts, we were able to gain entry. When I spoke to staff the next morning, they tried the lockbox and couldn’t get in either. They gave us some keys, so no problem after that. Not a good first impression. In any case, this place is intended for extended stays ONLY. Bring your own cleaning supplies: broom, toilet paper, waste basket, cleansers, toilet brush, etc. and arrive during business hours. Then it will be fine!

I paid for my room and confirmed it over the phone with no issues, but after I walked inside to check in, I was told they can't give me a room and told me I’ll have to find somewhere else. It is 6pm ish, and I'm 4 hours away from home, I would not recommend this hotel or any other hotels with this name to anyone

Loved the room and property convenient to the interstate

The property is very new and walkable for the waffle house, dunkin donuts and other fast food restaurants. The assistant manager was very pleasant and professional. The room was clean and spacious for my week long stay.

This was a great place property seems new but a suite for the price was great only thing i wish they had was a pool for the downtime when we were there. The room has a full kitchen with accommodations for 4 which awsome if your trying to save a little by not always eating out. Its only 25 minutes from downtown Nashville and does have several fastfood restaurants as well as a publix real close by.

The property is very clean and new. Only downfall is its very close to the highway and emergency vehicles go by alot. Staff is very friendly

A Great hotel, good location

Very comfortable! Close to do a lot of things!

While it was a little further out from downtown than I realized everything else made up for it. It was clean, quiet and the staff were great! The room itself was great and I appreciated having the full size fridge with ice trays to get ice for my water bottle.

Overall it was a great place! The 2 downsides were no staff on duty after 9:00 pm and the ventilation in the room when cooking is not great. Several people, including us, set the smoke alarm off when cooking. Other than that, it was a great place!

This hotel was an amazing find! Spacious and super-clean! I could not believe we had so much space with a full kitchen and separate living space at this price. There was also a very nice courtyard with grills and lovely patio areas. We would absolutely stay here again!

I loved how easy and fast it was. They provided kitchen utensils which was very helpful. There were many things to eat close by as well.

We loved the layout of the hotel room. Perfect for when you need to stay somewhere for a few days. I would suggest that they add kitchen towels and dish soap in the kitchen.

Great suite, very clean and modern, nice kitchen etc, can byo coffee etc and full fridge etc.
