The gym was the main reason for me to stay here. No AC no water no sanitizer and it was 85 degrees. No fan and no urgency to fix the problem. I complained and ask for a manager no help. I was told the AC was off because it was too expensive and to open the window. The window could not be open not that it would help! I went again the next day still no changes not even water.

This property was in very good condition. I would say it was pretty basic in decor, but quite clean and comfortable. My room had a little area with microwave, mini coffee maker and small fridge. The only complaint I have is lack of ice machine on the 2nd floor. There was a sign for it, but it was not there.

We stayed one night and we found a ROACH the next morning!! It is extremely disturbing to know that there were roaches and feared the possibility of bringing any into our home. Will NEVER stay here again! Completely disgusted!

We reserved 6 rooms as we were a group traveling for work. A few of the rooms had musty mildew smells in them. One had a bathroom where the commode ran constantly. however the staff was very pleasant and helpful. I liked that I could control the air conditioning in my own room. For the price it was a decent room.

They had done the construction to build this property very poorly. I had my bathroom floor all dirty because some sort of brown/red colored liquid kept coming out from the bathroom floor every time I stepped on there. Entire bathroom was like that and the manager did not apologize or offer me anything for the inconvenience. He just handed me out a few towels so I can “cover” those up. Of course all the towels got wet (in red) because of all the weird liquid came out. I told him I would need more than 10 towels but he only handed me 6. Bad quality property with bad customer service.

Rooms had black mold, cockroaches, and smelled very musty. We requested an additional room 3 separate times and each subsequent room was the same. A refund was requested and finally received after the manager arrived. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

A great place for a budget stay! They graciously allowed me to check in a few minutes early, without a charge. Everything is newly remodeled and very clean. We felt safe and comfortable. Spacious bathroom! Fantastic breakfast, lots of options. Would totally stay here again!

I will definitely stay here again. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were super clean and the whole building smelled good and clean. Lots of parking. The beds were super comfy also. Oh, and great water pressure in the shower.

The room itself was very clean, but the bathroom sink was not attached tightly and wobbled every time we used it. Also, one of the beds had an indentation like a grossly overweight person slept there non-stop for a year. As I said, it was very clean and the check-in was flawless. Kudos to the staff.

I loved the fact that there was a walk-in shower instead of a bathtub. The room was clean and fresh smelling. The only problem I had was the noise the upstairs occupants made. Why can't mulit-level properties keep the noise of residents above the first floor at a bare minimum?

The most important thing: Hotel is very nice, small building but really nice, clean and comfortable. Good location too. No complains here. The only thing I found annoying is that next day, 10:50 am the room phone rang, it was front desk telling us it was time for checking out. First time ever that someone calls to let me know that. Then we asked the front desk if we could check out a little bit later. They said we could, but it will cost us an additional $25 for 2 hrs. We got there about 11 pm the night before, so we stayed less than 12 hrs. at the hotel. We reluctantly agreed to pay, and they told us we'll have until 1 pm to leave. 12:50 pm and the front desk is already calling us to check if we're ready to leave. We did leave on time, but I found that annoying. The hotel is in a very small town, and it was mostly empty by the time we left.

Not only did they know I had a service animal but they made me leave work to come get him in the middle of the day. There were two other people with animals there. The manager was rude and antagonistic. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN !

I reserves a room for a graduation out of town and chose to pay at property because I use a different card to book than to pay. I got to the hotel with 45 min time for us to get ready and head to the graduation. They informed me that they gave my room away because the decided to run my card that morning and since the funds weren’t there they gave my room to someone else. They claimed to have called me but did not, I had an email from them. How am I supposed to look at my email while I’m driving! So thankfully another hotel made up for their mistake but don’t choose this hotel!!!

Everything about the hotel was great, however the location wasnt really convenient for us because we didnt have a car and there wasnt alot to do within walking distance around the area. We would definitely stay there again but next time will rent a car!

This hotel is located just west of downtown Lebanon and right off I40. The hotel is clean and well maintained both outside and inside. Very friendly staff! The only negative thing I can say about this hotel (and quite a few other brands as well) is that after Covid it seems like they couldn’t care less about offering a decent healthy breakfast.

Breakfast is horrible. Hard boiled eggs look like there are three weeks old. Half the fruit looks rotten and it looks like nobody was maintaining the breakfast area and that they just serve leftovers from the previous day or until it's gone. Very disappointed. When you walk in and look at their breakfast it did not spell fresh at all.

Very pleased with our stay. The hotel is exceptionally clean and updated. Beds and bedding is super comfy. Bathroom very nicely renovated. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Big towels. Excellent breakfast.

Disappointing. Breakfast was pretty bad. Ran out of things to eat. Some things stale. Lousy coffee. No one at the front desk when you need something. Toilet seat was broken. Shower stall door wouldn’t stay closed.

The hotel was clean and nice. The problem we had was getting our room cleaned. They skipped our room a couple days and we had to track down the maid to change out the towels. Also, they have a breakfast starting at 6am; however, we went down at 8:30am and everything had already been picked through. There was no staff around to see if they were going to put more out, so we had to leave and eat somewhere else.

This hotel was very nice. It was small but the rooms and property looked very nice and was clean. Breakfast was minimal and no one replaced things that were out until we specifically asked but they were willing to help. I just wish they had been checking on the breakfast status.
