The hotel is well located and the room was very nice. You have to pay particular attention to the ONLY ADULTS disclaimer; the Jacuzzi room offers interesting opportunities and options for adults with the proper imagination and enthusiasm. If you book the room for a couple, you may end up spending considerable time indoors. Excellent for honeymooners. NO facilities in the hotel, but it is very close to Av. Santa Fe, where you will find everything. Specially after you work out an appetite. The photos are well representative of what to expect.

Definitely worth the price if the elevator and WiFi were working. Nice, clean, nicely decorated hotel. Unfortunately the elevator was not working which they told me upon arrival and I was on 6th floor! Also the WiFi worked on and off.

Buena ubicación Y habitación ok, ducha buena, toallas y sábanas bien! No funcionaba el ascensor por 3 días. Por suerte estaba en 1er piso. Al 3er día dieron unas medialunas de cortesía x eso La pared del baño es de vidrio, poco traslúcida. Molesta bastante la luz azul de donde se pone la tarjeta

Smallish room that was fully Automated music, Lightning and climate. Great hot Short with lots of power but water leaks out into room. Quite with a small elevator and a 24 hour front desk. No breakfast but several Cafés in the area.

The hotel is new, however lack in many amenities, no a single glass in the toilet or room, no garbage bean either, only an small one in the toilet, a very tinny elevator, which constantly busy or not working as guests and employees leave the door open. Very convenient location, and some of the staff are very cordial.

Hotel novo e tudo funciona muito bem. Preco justo e com excelenre localização. Unico ponto e o elevador que é pequeno e a porta dele nao e automatica. Hotel nao tem venda de agua e outros insumos, mas compensa pelas comodidades da habitação

Stay away from this hotel, very dirty and people in and out at all times of night. It’s not safe, they tried to open my room at 2 am and there are no locks. I tried to speak to the manager and he never showed up.

O hotel tem um excelente custo/benefício. O quarto é charmoso e automatizado. Alguns detalhes a serem melhorados na limpeza, mas totalmente recompensado pelo excelente atendimento da portaria, com destaque para a Victoria que nos atendeu muito bem. Recomendo.

The staff were very nice & the location was great, but the hotel is a disaster. I was put on the first floor my first night, and the shower flooded the room. There were insects below the sink from the constant water damage. There is a club beside/below the hotel that woke everyone up my first night and didnt stop until 3am. I was moved to the 7th floor my second night, but we could still hear the club music until 3am. Again the shower flooded the room due to poor design & holes in the shower wall, and the bathroom smelled like mold from the constant flooding. This hotel has the potential to be really nice but the shower design & water issue is a significant problem.

O hotel UP Laprida é muito confortavel e esta reformado. O atendimento é muito solícito e eficiente. Sobre a limpeza, percebi que apenas arrumam a cama, não ha uma limpeza mais efetiva do piso e banheiro durante a estadia, porém o quarto foi recebido limpo e organizado e é fácil manter. A unica coisa que eu senti falta no quarto foi um espelho de corpo inteiro. Poderiam colocar atras da porta, ajudaria muito.

La habitación muy pequeña. Ni una silla. El elevador se descompuso varias veces y el último día no hicieron la habitación y solo nos dieron el cambio de toallas. Solo lo compensa la amabilidad del personal. Aunque el día que no os íbamos pedimos nos despertaran y no lo hicieron

Demasiado pequeño el cuarto para dos personas que no sean pareja. Camas bien angostitas y muy cerca una de otra. Muy caluroso; más allá de que se podría poner el aire acondicionado... (¡en pleno invierno!) , para compensar, me parece un despropósito. La temperatura del agua en la ducha oscila entre caliente e intolerable mente caliente. El baño en sí está delimitado por paneles de vidrio, privacidad cero. Muy amable el personal, pero igual no volvería.

No pudimos dormir porque la luz y la música se apagaban y se prendían solas durante la noche. Tratamos de cancelar el resto de nuestras noches, pagamos otro hotel y nos dijeron que nos regresarían nuestro dinero. No nos regresaron nada. Lo peor es que ya sabían que tenían este problema y decidieron darnos en cuarto de todas formas. El elevador se atora. Nos entraron llamadas al cuarto pidiendo informes del hotel. No cometan el error de quedarse aquí. // DO NOT STAY HERE. Automatic lights and music turned on duribg the night making it impossible to sleep. We cancelled the rest of our stay, and although the promised we would get our money back, they kept it, so we paid double hotel. Totally worth it, wouldn’t have stayed even if paid. Elevator gets stuck. We got calls into the room mesnt for the front desk. They know about the light/music problems with the rooms, but they rent it out anyways. Don’t ruin your stay in Buenos Aires by staying here.

Muy buen hotel y relación precio calidad. Lo recomiendo. La única observación es que llamaron varias veces para que deje la habitación cuando lógicamente ya lo estaba haciendo y porque en cualquier hotel del mundo te puedes atrasar unos minutos. Habían pasado solamente 5 minutos más de la hora de salida.

This is a real gem in the city. Walking distance to the Recoleta Cemetery, restaurants and many parks/plazas. The value for your money can't be beat. Everything appears to be brand new and modern. Small rooms but just right for 1 or 2 people spending their time seeing the city. The front desk was helpful and spoke English as well. Victoria helped me with storing luggage and reserving taxis.

My flight was cancelled. I didn’t make it to Buenos Aires until 24 hrs later and had to pay in full for the hotel but I love the very prompt and effective communication I had with the hotel. Would definitely try to stay here again next time.
