Kleines Zimmer, keine Nachttische, bequemes Bett, Badzimmer nach dem duschen völlig nass. Sehr gutes Frühstück und sehr hilfsbereites freundliches Personal. Kostenlose Parkplätze, aber sehr schwer zu bekommen. Nach 20 Uhr fast kein Parkplatz zu bekommen.

Clean, comfortable room; nothing fancy in terms of my room, but perfect for an overnight close to the airport. Bed was very comfortable. Sauna was nice. The food was absolutely wonderful, as was the service (dinner); I can't comment on breakfast, but the coffee was good. Airport shuttle was on time and reasonably efficient. Would have preferred separate sauna rather than men'/women's hours for the one, but not the end of the world. Overall, was pleased with the stay.

Excellent for getting a warm bed close at the airport, easy in and out without any fuss. FOC airport transfers worked well even at the strangest hours. Room was small but modern and very clean. Breakfast started at ~3am! I will stay any time again as long as the price remains reasonable. (There would be room for more TV channels).

Das Hotel ist gut für eine Nacht. Wir hatten uns extra das Comfort Zimmer gebucht, da wir gelesen hatten, dass die normalen Zimmer sehr klein sind. Unser Zimmer war von der Größe optimal. Wir haben nur 2 Kritikpunkte. Zum einen hatte unser Zimmer nur Fenster ganz oben so, dass man nicht rausgucken kann. Man hat sich ein bisschen wie im Gefängnis gefühlt. Dazu sind die Shuttlezeiten super unflexibel hätten wir diese vorher gewusst, hätten wir uns für ein anderes Hotel entschieden.

Rooms are unbelievably small. Cant put suitcases anywhere and the rooms are incredibly stuffy. There are windows but they barely open but if you have to close the curtains there goes the fresh air. Then, the fan in the room was all broken and make horrible sound's. The bathroom you can’t barely turn around in and then the shower makes the whole bathroom wet so you have to use your towels to dry it all off or you’ll have wet socks rest of stay. Only good thing about the hotel was the staff; the ladies at the front were lovely. Save money and go over to the Holiday inn, it was cheaper and nicer.

There was only 175 ft.² making it very tight in the room, including the tiny desk less than an inch away from the bed, one time moving at night, made it very easy for me to bang my head on the corner. The other side of the bed only had 10 inches from bed to wall. Same with the foot end of the bed. Very little space to put luggage. The bathroom was about the best part of the room.

We booked a double bed and Room was so compact that it is hard to walk (the room we had). Shower is terrible with half glass door, if you are not careful, water will spill all over the tiny bathroom, so make sure to keep one or two towels on the floor before you take bath. Breakfast is limited, airport shuttle is available but last shuttle leave from the hotel at 8.55 in the morning and you have to inform the hotel in advance if the ride. Shuttle pick up at the airport, driver did not stop at the designated #42 Bus stop / platform she was by passing us, we had to stop her to get in to the shuttle. This place is only good for short over night lay over, otherwise look for other options around if you want to stay longer.

I would've given 5 stars if there was air conditioning. There was a small desk fan only, so made for a hot night. Check-in staff were rude and didn't acknowledge us when we were standing at the desk. Check-out staff were lovely and friendly. Buffet b'fast was amazing!

I ordered wakeup call 05.00 am in the morning,because i had two flight to catch on my way from Finland. But no reception call in the morning. Lucky for me,i wake up 05.15 for a pee,so i hurry to the airport and reach my first flight from Finland. I told the reception what happen if dont wake up? and loose my both flights?? Pilot Airport Hotel will then have to by me new tickets,and that will have cost them a lot of euro. But i have heard nothing from them. At least the should give me a refund for that night. I am very disappointed.

Overnight staff and breakfast team very nice and friendly. However the management is not at all user friendly. I had a problem which I tried to have the hotel and senior management team (Eva/Johannes/Petteri) address. They were not at all helpful. Once you pay, they could care less any issues you have. It’s pretty much take your money and run even though services not rendered. I travel 6-8 times a year and this was not at all a pleasant experience with a hotel management team. I would think twice before staying here!

I had a late-night Caesar salad from the restaurant that was delicious. The location is great too just a 15-minute walk to the Jumbo mall. Best of all, when I forgot my phone at the lobby, the staff made sure it reached me at the airport right away. Excellent service!

The Pilot Hotel is as described an airport hotel. It has a convenient shuttle bus to and from the airport which was my main reason for booking there. I had not expected it to be in such a residential area quite far from any amenities when there are other hotels near the airport which are better placed for these. The room was on the small side but breakfast was good and varied.

The rooms are small and cosy with everything you need for a stopover but the best thing was the restaurant and staff. The food was AMAZING!! Genuinely the best we had in our week long stay in Finland. The staff at reception and the waiter in the restaurant were outstanding and a credit to the hotel.
