Keys did not work well to our rooms. Keys never worked on pool door. Receptionist did not disclose of doors being locked around building at 8:00 pm then we got yelled at by evening receptionist for banging on the door. Kids slipped and fell on icy sidewalk en route to finding door that our key would work. No towels at pool then requested towels at desk but no towels there either.

The entrance sign was confusing and I missed the turn into the hotel. I had to make a u-turn in the carwash. The hot tub has very weak "jets" or they were inoperative. The breakfast "buffet" on Sunday had a really good green chili.

This is a nice, older, standard type hotel. The bed was comfy and the water pressure in shower was awesome! Unfortunately, the jets barely even work in the hot tub and there is no elevator to the second floor. It seemed clean and was not expensive.

Just needed one night stay on our road trip. This met every (minimal) expectation of a clean room with comfortable beds and a clean, decent shower. Unfortunately, the room was a little loud as the door wasn’t sealed fully. Additionally, I am also concerned that our room had bed bugs, although my bites developed after the fact and I cannot be 100% sure. I also saw another guest commented that they had bed bug bites after their stay. Unless the hotel takes greater care in maintaining their cleanliness, especially with multiple concerns of bed bugs, I would not stay here again.

The room was smelly . The carpet had pet pee stains in a large number of places . The room smelt musty . I told the front desk about this issue and also took pictures .I would not stay here again . I needed a pet friendly room not a pet dirty room .

The carpet smelled bad - maybe like pet hair? It would help to either to deep clean it or replace it. It really was noticeable when we walked into the room. No elevator? I thought it was an ADA requirement to accommodate disabled guests? Hauling our luggage up the stairs was a chore. There was NO mention of this on the property's web site, or we would have requested a ground floor room. No complaints at all about the staff and cleanliness. The breakfast was very good.

When we got there, our room was very clean and the beds were incredibly soft. We had a refrigerator that was clean and the room was stocked with toiletries, and things like that. We had plenty of towels, but the room smelled of dog pee really bad. I ended up pouring an entire bottle of perfume around the room because I could not get over the smell. The water did not drain very well in the sink or the tub. We also had to keep turning the air conditioner off and on in order to cool off the room. The pool was fun for the kids, but the water looked dirty. I couldn't really tell if it was the water or the pool itself, but it looked very dirty and dingy. They did have plenty of fresh clean towels in the pool area to dry off with. There were 2 bathrooms, very close to the pool. Area so you didn't have to go all the way back to your room to use the restroom. They also have a small area for an exercise room. This included a treadmill, an elliptical and a stationary bike. You are allowed to bring drinks, including alcohol into the pool area because on the second night of our stay, we went to go swimming and there were about ten adults in there all drinking beer. My children and I didn't stay very long on this evening. I did not like them being around the alcohol. The first morning, we were not impressed with breakfast but apparently they change the menu every day so by the third day we had biscuits and gravy, which we loved and tasted amazing. All the staff were very nice and helpful.

The room, pool, and lobby were all clean. When needed, the staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was actually delicious! Biscuit & gravy, sausage patty's, eggs, pancakes, bagels, muffins, cereal, fruit, etc. was all wonderful. The location is kinda shady, especially at first glance. However there were no issues. The bathroom probably is in need of some remodeling due to the shower head leaking pretty bad, can tell it's taking a toll on the walls around it. Overall, it was a good stay! I'd stay again! Thank you to all the staff!!

The hotel was clean and quiet. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The decor is pretty outdated. Everything was dark and poorly lit. It looked clean but the carpet in my room was sticky on my feet - kind of gross. The guy at the front desk was very nice. They didn’t have real coffee for breakfast; it was an automatic machine - disappointing.

The lady at the front desk was so absolutely friendly and welcoming checking us in. The pool and hot tub were clean and relaxing. The only downside was the bed was very uncomfortable and had a decent sized “hole” on my side.

Staff was nice, check-in was easy, however the door getting into our room was stuck and we had to force it open. In the room the air conditioner wasn’t working as the check filter light was on and it was So Hot in the room, fridge was barely cold, and the very nice shower was missing any shelving to put soap and other essentials on so had to put them in the floor.

The first night the air conditioner did not work. No one followed up in the morning about getting it fixed. When I called to check in the guy was rude. I left a message witht the manager who never followed up. In addition, the wifi was terrible and the tv kept on going out. I love BW but will never stay here again.

It was close to some attractions like garden of Gods and peak Pikes. Very friendly staff, hot breakfast. It doesn't have any elevator. If you have alot of luggage then try to find 1st floor room.

They advertise pet friendly and they don't allow cat's. The room had an awful smell coming from the carpet. Breakfast was the worst. They don't serve real food it's highly processed. The only thing I recommend is the coffee and the fruit.

The breakfast offered was horrible. How do you mess up eggs and potatoes? The rest I could have tolerated had that been good.The matress was sinking and the blanket felt like a sheet. Employees were kind people. Weird noises coming from next door and puke found in different areas of the hotel (on the stairs one morning and in front of our door the next) made the experience extra memorable. I realize that part isn't anyone's fault though.
