Underwhelmed and dismal. We arrived to find that their check in system and internet were down. They said they couldn’t check us in until it was up. We sat in the “lobby” for an hour while they sorted it out to only be told that they couldn’t check us in. And they put us in a room, that wasn’t correct for what was booked, once they looked at my reservation on my phone. They couldn’t see what rooms were Available. Also they couldn’t issue us keys, so our entire 3 day stay they had to unlock our room for us every time we wanted to enter our room. We booked a room with 2 beds but only got one, was told “that’s all we have.” The internet, Tv and Ac did not work the entire visit, we were told since it’s the weekend they don’t do any fixes. The room over all was dingy. Also they whole area is under construction so the only way in and out the hotel is thru tons of construction and no way to get luggage easy in with out many stories if stairs. The hotel overall was very loud with very little sound proofing from any other rooms.

Rooms were clean. The location is central, close to the metro, so the commute is easy. All amenities were present & declared. Staff is extremely helpful, and lockers are available in case you need to keep some bags. Overall, I had a great experience.

Simply Wow. This apart-hotel exceeded all my expectations, even though the area is undergoing heavy construction, and reaching the hotel in Uber, or taking an Uber, is not easy. The staff are all great, friendly, helpful, and most important, they speak English. Metro station steps away. There is also a mall nearby, walking distance, and there is a supermarket there. Overall, great place to stay.
