L'hôtel est bien, mais malheureusement nous avons réservé pour le spa et quand tu arrives tu as la surprise de qu'il est payant. Je trouve dommage que l'information ne soit aussi clair quand tu fais la réservation.

If you are traveling to Disney Paris as foreigner, this is a great location. Traveling through Europe can be frustrating as there is limited parking and it becomes expensive parking in public garages, or not being sure and getting your vehicle impounded. This hotel provides free and easy parking while you stay.

Jeg havde dagen forinden ombooket vores ophold til dette hotel, da jeg kunne se at der var fitness, legerum til vores søn samt spa. Da vi ankom og spurgte ind til spaen, kunne de oplyse at det kostede ekstra - 50 euro pr. Person pr. Time, og de skulle have besked 30 min. Før så alt kunne opstartes og opvarmes. Spaen lukkede kl. 19, så de skulle senest vide kl. 17.30, hvis man ønskede at anvende det. Det virker underligt at det koster ekstra når det første billede man møder på hotels.com er et billede af deres spa.. det burde stå meget tydeligt hvis dette er en ekstra omkostning. I legerummet var der absolut minimum af legetøj, to bamser og et par bøger, det var det.. ellers et stort tomt rum! Vores søn var ret skuffet. Om aftenen ville min mand bruge fitnessrummet, men både løbemaskine og multi vægtmaskinen var i stykker, og ingen udluftning i rummet. Morgenmaden var ret dyr ift. den meget ringe kvalitet og udvalg. Dog var rummene fine og rene. Hotellet var ret nedslidt og det virkede ikke til nogen tog ansvar for at fixe tingene der gik i stykker. Måske det engang har været et fint hotel.. er godt placeret ift. Disneyland.

Das Zimmer war recht klein, aber sehr sauber. Wir waren dort nur zum Übernachten, den Tag haben wir im Disneyland verbracht, welches mit dem Auto nur knapp 15min entfernt ist. Direkt am Hotel sind Parkplätze ohne Aufpreis. Das Personal ist nett, hilfsbereit und spricht auch Englisch. Frühstück gab es jeden Tag frisch als Buffet, für jeden war etwas dabei. Für uns war es eine perfekte Unterkunft, wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt.

Great stay for Disneyland. Clean, quiet and tidy. The only issue we had was one day after coming back from the park we tried to order a drink at the bar and the bar tender refused. Said she was finished and had to get to her bus yet half an hour later she was sat behind reception chatting away.

L'hôtel est joliment décoré avec tout plein d'oiseaux et dispose d'un grand parking sécurisé et fermé la nuit. C'était notre deuxième séjour au Best Western Hotel Grand Parc. Le premier séjour s'était très bien passé et nous a laissé une bonne impression mais ce dernier séjour beaucoup moins. La chambre Triple Classique était vachement petite et sale : poussière sur les meubles et cheveux sur les lits. Malgré cela la literie est plutôt bonne et confortable. Le personnel était compréhensif et agréable.

Our main problem with this room was the air-con, it just didn’t cool the air, but made a lot of noise. The staff were all aware of this problem, and gave us a useless fan which did not help. This hotel shouldn’t be advertised as having air-con This Hotel is convenient for Disneyland paris, about 15 minutes drive, not the 10 advertised. It’s good for for families, having a king size bed and a bunk in the room, however it was a tight fit. Because of the bunk the windows could not be opened properly, this could have been solved by swapping the beds around. The room and especially en-suite was very tired and could do with a refit. If it wasn’t so hot, it would have done the job.

The room felt small, possibly because of bunk beds encroaching across the window. Room is jolly with bird theme and is in good condition. Close to Disney however journey is slower than distance might suggest. Parking spaces are tiny which is very noticeable if car park is full. Overall a lovely independent vibe with pleasant staff. Clean, tidy and attractive inside.

Nous avions pris une chambre pour la nuit du jeudi 29/05 au vendredi 30/05, Arrivé dans la chambre une odeur d’évacuation … obligé d’ouvrir la fenêtre, N’ayant pas de restauration dans l’hôtel nous décidons d’aller trouver qlqchose à l’extérieur pour manger et on arrive aux 3 brasseurs…. Où il a beau avoir pleins de serveurs l’attente du longue … bref a par une bière pas mauvaise et une viande bonne et bien cuite le service n’y est pas , Lorsque nous somme rentré nous nous somme mis au lit pour pouvoir se lever tôt le lendemain matin pour aller voir Mickey et dans la nuit une famille anglaise arrive ds la chambre d’à côté ( mitoyenne) en parlant chantant nous avions l’impression qu’ils étaient rentrés dans notre chambre on comprenait tout ce qu’ils disaient… des murs plus mal isolés Après avoir haussé le ton pour qu’ils baissent d’un ton nous avons réussi à s’endormir. La réception le lendemain matin s’est à peine excusée bref pour le prix c’est dommage

L'hôtel est propre. Par contre toutes les chambres autour de l'ascenseur c'est une catastrophe ! Pas isolé et on entend les câbles de l'ascenseur de détendre et de détendre dès qu'il ya une utilisation.... Je ne vous raconte pas la nuit épouvantable ! Habituellement j'aurais demandé à changer de chambre mais mes trois enfants dormaient de fatigue... Ma femme enceinte de six mois a très mal dormi . Je l'ai signalé le matin , on m'a dit que nous étions pas le premier a se plaindre.... 180€ la chambre sans petit dej et ..? Aucun geste , juste des excuses... Quel dommage.

Le matelas n'était pas très confortable avec les ressorts qui nous ont fait mal. Nous avions déjà séjourné dans cette hôtel il y a trois ans et le matelas été moins ferme donc une meilleure nuit. Dommage... j'espère que vous changerez la literie pour un meilleur confort comme lors de notre premier passage.

Le matelas n'était pas très confortable avec les ressorts qui nous ont fait mal. Nous avions déjà séjourné dans cette hôtel il y a trois ans et le matelas été moins ferme donc une meilleure nuit. Dommage... j'espère que vous changerez la literie pour un meilleur confort comme lors de notre premier passage.

Stanza minuscola con letto matrimoniale e lettini a castello! In pratica era difficile anche muoversi. Moquette dappertutto con odore sgradevolissimo m tutto l’hotel. Per aprire la finestra ho dovuto spostare il letto a castello! In pratica tre notti con finestra spalancata per la puzza. Wi-Fi ridicolo in teoria 40 mb ma in pratica latenze impossibili. Uno dei peggiori soggiorni mai sperimentati.

My stay was good by the service for the hotel in connection of returning my 50 euros deposit is unprofessional as they have not yet return my 50euors deposit on my card after nearly one month. we had a lovely stay at this hotel. we stayed for two nights while we had a disneyland paris trip, the hotel is very conveniently located and we found it very easy to get to disney from here. the staff are all extremely friendly and helpful, they all made us feel really welcome and although we had no concerns - they made us feel safe to express them if we had any. the room is very clean, the beds are very comfortable especially after a long day on your feet, it comes with coffee facilities which although we didn’t use could be very useful to others. also located near the lift was a water fountain which dispensed normal temperature water and very cold water which was very refreshing. we will definitely be using this hotel from now on for our frequent trips.

Great stay for Disneyland. Clean, quiet and tidy. The only issue we had was one day after coming back from the park we tried to order a drink at the bar and the bar tender refused. Said she was finished and had to get to her bus yet half an hour later she was sat behind reception chatting away.

the staffs were unbelievably rude and very unprofessional. 1) the room was not ready when we arrived after 3 pm, and nobody at the reception desk even tried to apologize or explain the situation. they just showed in every way possible that they were very unpleased that we were surprised at what was going on. 2) we were simply told to wait, with one of the staffs responding, “we have these many rooms and how are we supposed to clean all the room in time”. 3) another unpleasant surprise was that it wasn’t just our room they didn’t get to clean in time; the public restroom in the lobby was also very unclean (—looked like one of the public toilettes on the streets in Paris). 4) we didnt get to receive any of the vip benefits described on the expedia website. i understand the room upgrade and late checkout would depend on the situation, but the hotel didn’t give us the free drinks either. 5) the room was extremely small, which i am not complaining about but it’d help to know before making a reservation that with three twin beds, one very small desk, and an invisibly tiny stool, there was not much space left so when one person wanted to move, the other two had to stay on their beds. (and please know all three of our family are relatively slender.) 6) the entire space (=the bedroom and the bathroom) smelled like a combination of a couple of different chemical disinfectants. 7) the walls were so thin that you could hear everything from the other rooms.

Location is great for Disneyland Paris. We stopped overnight after a late night crossing, it’s perfect for a stopover- family rooms feature bunk beds for the kids. Im sure it would be a great cost effective option for visiting Disneyland over an extended period as it’s only a 10 minute drive from the parks and a supermarket within 2 minutes of the hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful even though we arrived very late. Only negative was the inability to control the room temperature, it was stifling in the room despite being cool outside.

Ideal location so close to Disneyland Paris. Also minutes from Val D’Europe shopping centre and train station which has direct trains into Paris for only 6 euros one way. Hotel was very pleasant with friendly staff.

We stayed here after we went to Disneyland Paris it’s a great location only 10/15 minutes drive from Disneyland. Free parking, nice spacious room and breakfast was nice We walked for a meal just half an hour from hotel and there was a nice bar we went to as well overall perfect stay for what we required it for

Arrivée tardivement et bon accueil, accès au bar malgré 6 min de retard ( de notre fait). Chambre décevante, décoration angoissante, pas très propre( trace un peu partout) pas de chauffage à notre arrivée et le chauffage de la SDB HS. Petit déjeuner décevant, croissant de la veille et manque de choix à 9h30 malgré fin du service à 10h30.

Nous avions pris une chambre pour la nuit du jeudi 29/05 au vendredi 30/05, Arrivé dans la chambre une odeur d’évacuation … obligé d’ouvrir la fenêtre, N’ayant pas de restauration dans l’hôtel nous décidons d’aller trouver qlqchose à l’extérieur pour manger et on arrive aux 3 brasseurs…. Où il a beau avoir pleins de serveurs l’attente du longue … bref a par une bière pas mauvaise et une viande bonne et bien cuite le service n’y est pas , Lorsque nous somme rentré nous nous somme mis au lit pour pouvoir se lever tôt le lendemain matin pour aller voir Mickey et dans la nuit une famille anglaise arrive ds la chambre d’à côté ( mitoyenne) en parlant chantant nous avions l’impression qu’ils étaient rentrés dans notre chambre on comprenait tout ce qu’ils disaient… des murs plus mal isolés Après avoir haussé le ton pour qu’ils baissent d’un ton nous avons réussi à s’endormir. La réception le lendemain matin s’est à peine excusée bref pour le prix c’est dommage

Das Zimmer war recht klein, aber sehr sauber. Wir waren dort nur zum Übernachten, den Tag haben wir im Disneyland verbracht, welches mit dem Auto nur knapp 15min entfernt ist. Direkt am Hotel sind Parkplätze ohne Aufpreis. Das Personal ist nett, hilfsbereit und spricht auch Englisch. Frühstück gab es jeden Tag frisch als Buffet, für jeden war etwas dabei. Für uns war es eine perfekte Unterkunft, wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt.

Séjour ok, mais un peu de déception pour un Best-Western. Chambre sans cabine de douche ; douche dans la baignoire avec pommeau de mauvaise qualité et débit d'eau très faible. Petit-déjeuner décevant, qu'à base de produits insdustriels, pains surgelés, yaourts Danone, mini-crêps surgelées, pas de jus d'orange frais.

Stayed for 3 nights with the focus on going to Disneyland which was only a 12 minute Uber ride away. Tania at the front desk was fantastic. She was very friendly,helpful and made our stay very pleasant!

Spa was out of use, gym was small and all weight machines broken and dangerous. Safe in room not working, all hand sanitizer in hotel empty. AC wasn’t great in the room.
