All the Staff are very friendly and professional. They are very helpful and understanding. Room is cleaned, housekeeper did the good job. We have n I have a nice room with ocean view. Go early to 51th floor for breakfast n 20th floor for lounge bar to get good view. The view is perfect. Must go! Location is ok. Can use Metro n JR train for transportation. Visit Namba and other cities is very convenient. We found few restaurants near hotel is pretty good. Hotel will store the luggage if arrive early or after check out. The system are very secure.

Convenient place to stay if you plan of going to Universal Studios and exploring within Osaka. Local station within a 5 min walk from the hotel is a stopping point for the local Osaka loop which allowed us to explore heaps of areas throughout Osaka Hotel its self was clean and functional we had dinner at the restaurant on floor 51 (Buffet) was delicious and we would be stay here again next holiday.

When I booked, I kinda expected the hot spring that offered with the hotel was within the same building or at least walkable indoor to the hot spring, but it was a separate building that you had to walk outside to get to in so it was inconvenient. And also the staff at the front desk didn’t inform us that there is a bath tax and when I got the hot spring. I didn’t bring any cash with me which was annoying. Staff was friendly though and property was clean and well maintained. Our family room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast wasn’t that great. I wouldn’t have bought the breakfast package if I knew it wasn’t good. Out of the 3 morning we only ate once even we paid for it. It wasn’t good at all, almost as bad as airplane meals.

The views were amazing as we were put up on the 49th floor. The hotel was right next to the chuo line to universal, waterfront, and downtown. The 500 yen onsen deal is well worth it for an early morning spa before you go about your day (especially since things dont open till 10am or later in Japan). Plus the onsen morning session is only for hotel guests so it was basically empty (private spa)

Great friendly staff and clean housekeeping. I thought the onsen bath was on the facility. It's why I booked this hotel. I didn't know I had to prebook the private onsen bath room that doesn't belong to this hotel, thus I could not use it. I had to travel far out to enjoy a hot springs bath. There was a noisy thumping group above my room on my last night there past midnight. I told the staff and the noise stopped eventually.

Great location connected to Bentencho station. Many restaurants, cafe’s, yoga studio next door in Osaka Bay tower East. Very convenient to get to Expo 2025 this year! It was fabulous!! Love this hotel! Spacious onsen outside 2nd floor walking about 20 steps to the beautiful onsen!

The high floor room views were the only good thing about this hotel but the space was utilized poorly, with the coffee making furniture in front of half of the window. 客室内、配管に水が流れるような音がずっとしていました。他の部屋はしなかったそうなので、部屋によって当たり外れがあると思います。夜中も聞こえており、かなり不快でした。清掃が行き届いていない箇所がありました。ベッドのヘッドボードの部分に、前の宿泊者がつけたと思われる汚れがついていました。埃もかぶっており、その部分をずっとそうじしていないのではないでしょうか。用事があったのでこちらのホテルを選びましたが、駅からも遠く、今後は泊まらないと思います。

The staff were nice, they tried very best to communicate with us even not familiar with English. But the facilities is below expected. There was a water leaking problem of the fridge. Also, there was a stains on the mattress. Besides, the housekeeping is not good enough, there was a bread leftover and a used tissue paper on the floor. But the room is big enough for 3 adults guest, we can open all three luggages and the toilet is very big. The view is nice, we can see the sunset from the room.

関西万博のため宿泊したが、夢洲まで4駅ととても便利で駅からも近い。ただ、夜遅くまで空いてる飲食店が少ないのが悲しかった。あと、部屋のソファベッドが汚れていて(血がついてる?)とても不快だった。25Fの高層で夜景もきれいだし、セミの3ベッドで快適だったので、そこだけ残念。

The room here was outstanding. The pictures don’t do the views justice! Everything was spotless, check in procedure was easy would stay here again in a heartbeat. As far as location it’s not the most central place to stay in Osaka but don’t let that deter you, its a quick connection to get anywhere you need to go and the proximity to the tattoo friendly (private baths) misen makes it well worth it after long days of walking.

The room temperature is centrally controlled and our room was very uncomfortably hot (76-82 degree Fahrenheit) for the entire stay, even with the heat turned off and shades closed. We were provided with a small cooling fan when we raised the concern, but it didn't meaningfully cool the room.

Very helpful staff and a spacious room. The A/C in centrally controlled so you get heat or A/C depending on the out side temp. The beds are decent just a little too hard for my liking, the pillows are a firm to very firm. It is a very short walk from the train station which is nice you have been out exploring all day.

The hotel was nicely situated by two trains. It was not in a neighborhood and there was no concierge to help with restuarant and travel arrangements. Many of the front desk people did not speak English and were not very helpful. That was its only big drawback.

20:30ごろのチェックインになりましたが、チェックインが長蛇の列。30分以上列がまったく進みませんでした。このようなことはこれまで他のどのホテルでも経験したことがありませんでした。 30分後、スタッフが増員された後はスムーズに進んでいたので、チェックイン業務のスタッフの数が少なく間に合わない場合はすぐにヘルプを呼ぶべきです。万博の視察と思われる海外からのゲストと、USJで思いっきり遊んできたらしい子供たちが、1日の最後に疲れ切った表情に変わってしまったのがとても残念でした。チェックイン以外は、お部屋もきれいで心地よい滞在ができました。

Can not rate Art Hotel highly enough! Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location with an incredible view of Osaka Bay (we were on floor 43) right by a station. All staff encountered were pleasant, professional and very helpful and patient when we tried to organise luggage transfer. Will definitely stay again!

We were delighted to see the hotel, location and our room (with a wonderful view) when we checked in at 11pm. Loved it right from the start - connection to train stations was an added bonus. A nightcap in the 20th floor bar was lovely. Easy connection by train to Nara and Universal Studios. My husband experienced a medical emergency during our 2nd night and the reception staff were excellent arranging an ambulance and helping with translation. I would definitely recommend this hotel. We were sad to leave.

Hotel was great, they had decorations up in the lobby area for day of the dead and also switched to Christmas decorations. Staff was really helpful and friendly. There was a train line right next to the hotel so that made exploring so much easier.

This is a very nice hotel. Get the two beds so that you can get a view of the waterfront. Upgrade your breakfast buffet, you won’t regret it! There is a Daiso, restaurants and a market very near to the hotel. The train station is also very near and sort of attached.

Right next to the train station, with plenty of options nearby for food and shopping at walking distance. Easy to navigate to other parts of Osaka from the hotel. And was able to book tickets to places at the front desk, which was super helpful. The view was beautiful from the room as well.

Second time in Japan and Osaka. I stayed here last time and was very happy and therefore chose this location again due to the hotel, the service and location. Close to every major activity we wanted to visit. The hotel is just outside the Osaka Loop Line so it’s easy to get around the town. Amazing view from the 49th floor.

일본 호텔 치고 방이 넓고 경치도 좋다. 주변에 마트 드럭스토어 서점도 있고 교통도 JR과 지하철이 있어 매우 편하다. 다만 예약할 때 부페조식이라고 해서 조식포함으로 예약울 했는데 2층 카페 조식이었고 조식 내용이 매우 부실한 점이 실망스러웠다. 샐러드와 간신히 샌드위치를 만들 정도의 빵 몇 조각과 베이컨이 전부였는데 이걸 뷔페조식이라고 하는게 맞는건지 모르겠다. 결국 추가요금을 내고 51층 조식으로 변경함.

JR環状線弁天町駅からホテルまで案内の→があって迷わず着きました。向かいにはコンビニもあり、食事をするところも豊富で大変助かりました。何より朝食のスカイブュッフェは、料金は安くありませんが、それ以上の満足を得られました。次回も是非利用したいホテルです。

朝食付きにしていたが楽しみにしていた51階のバイキングでなくチェックインの時に追加料金を払った。空庭温泉付きにしていたが子供のチケットはついておらずそれも追加料金を払った。安いと思って申し込みしたけどプラスで払う事になったのでもう少し詳しく朝食内容やチケットはどこまで付いているのか分かりやすく記載がほしかったです。ここの51階のバイキングが前回気に入ってまた泊まる事にしたので朝食付きにすると勝手にそこのレストランと思ってしまいました。

家族旅行で朝食付きのプランを利用。結論から言うと、もう二度とこちらの施設を利用しない。到着してエレベーターで部屋に向かう際、エレベーターの小ぶりさと古さにちょっと不安がよぎるも、疲れていたため、荷物を置いて、すぐに楽しみにしていた大浴場へと向かう。チェックイン時に説明がなかったが、ホテル内か、隣接しているホテル専用の施設かと思いきや、電話で確認すると、一度外に出て3分ほど歩い多場所にある、いわゆるスーパー銭湯のような施設のことです、とのこと。雨の中、商店街？のようなところをぬけて施設に到着、インバウンドの観光客ででごった返し。「館内は浴衣」がウリの施設らしいが、ただゆっくり入浴をしたいだけにもかかわらず、浴衣に着替えるは強制。浴衣に着替え、違う階にある大浴場まで右往左往しながら向かう。おかげで、浴槽に入るまでに「靴ロッカーの鍵」「浴衣に着替えるロッカーの鍵」「大浴場の脱衣所の鍵」を持ったまま入浴するという、今までしたことがない経験をした。あまりにも少ないドライヤーや、清潔感のない施設に我慢できず、早々に入浴を切り上げ、2回着替えて、さらに3分歩いて部屋へ戻る。部屋のバスルームは換気が行き届いていないのか、水カビ臭く、部屋の壁には天井に掛けて茶色いシミが転々と登ってついている。テレビはBS入らず。もう、寝るだけと割り切り就寝。朝食ビュッフェは今までのホテルの中でビジネスホテルも含め、最悪だった。まず、日本食が何もない。ご飯もないし、味噌汁もない。では洋食の種類が多いかというと、パンは複数あるものの、卵料理はスクランブルエッグとカチカチの目玉焼き。肉料理はロングウィンナー（中は冷たかった）とベーコンとぼそぼそした鶏肉。魚料理なし。スープは1種類のみ（野菜？のコンソメ）。サラダはレタスと人参の千切り。フレッシュジュースやデザートはなく、ファミレスにあるようなドリンクバーのような装置と牛乳。ポットに入ったホットコーヒー。ほとんど食べることができなかった。 51階にも朝食ビュッフェがあったようだが、朝食プランを選ぶ際は、もうこの２階のビュッフェしかない。51階のビュッフェだったら、美味しかったのだろうか？この施設の姿勢を考えると、甚だ疑問。観光ホテルとしての位置づけで、このお値段とはちょっと驚く。１泊目に利用した、同クラスの別ホテルとは雲泥の差があり、せっかくの家族旅行に嫌な思い出ができてしまった。本当に最低なお宿を選んでしまい、後悔しきりである。本来であれば、星１つもつけたくないが、いい勉強をさせていただけたことを考慮し、星は１つ。駅近だけは星５つだが、それだけである。駅近を重視されるなら、絶対にチェーン展開のビジネスホテルを心からお勧めする。
