Our room had no cupboards or drawers for storing our clothes so we had to live out of our suitcases all week. I asked for a change of rooms to something which had cupboards and drawers but was advised none of the rooms had any. The room would have been OK for an overnight stay but not for an extended stay. The buffet breakfast was barely adequate. No room-safe to store valuables. No blockout curtains. No cable TV, only local Japan TV. Unless the bathroom door was left ajar there was no airflow into the room while having a shower. No chair(s) to sit on and relax. Staff were polite and courteous. Our floor and presumably other floors had a drink vending machine, an ice machine and a cold water dispenser. Air conditioning worked well which was necessary as Osaka was very hot. Unlimited tea, coffee and milk sachets were available in the foyer. Beds were quite comfortable. The hotel was located adjacent to JR Osaka Station West exit and a short walk to Daimaru shopping centre. It was also only about 300m from the Airport Limousine Bus drop off point. Early check-in was available for a Y3000 charge. We certainly wouldn’t stay there again but others may see it differently.

とても快適に過ごすことができました。電子レンジが１階にだけあったので各階にあるとうれしいなと思いました。家族で連泊しましたがとても良かったので大阪旅行の常宿にしたいです。伊丹空港からのリムジンバスも近くにバス停がありとても便利でした。

大阪万博に行くのに利用させていただきました。大阪駅からすぐ近くで便利でした。スタッフの方も丁寧で好感が持てました。部屋にはシャンプー、リンス、ボディーソープがありましたが、そのほかはロビーで自分が必要な物を持って行くスタイルでした。無駄がないのでいいと思います。また利用させていただきたいです。

I've stayed at the Nishiumeda multiple times and will stay there again on future trips to Osaka. Their pillows can be bigger and fluffier. They have added additional washer and dryers to their B1 level which helps with my longer stays. Their breakfast is always good and price is reasonable.

シングルでもセミダブルのベットでベッドも心地よかったです。必要なものがコンパクトに揃っていました。関空行きのバス乗り場に近くて今回選びましたが、立地が便利でした。唯一、あったら良いなと思ったのがセキュリティBOX。

Out of our 2 week stay, definitely the worst hotel room experience we’ve had. The staff were excellent, but the room was smaller even for an average japan hotel and very dusty. The lights had dust on them and the AC was a complicated system that you were unsure was working half the time. The humidifier they offered in room overheated within minutes of us using and turned our room into a sauna. Added with the poor AC we were in a dusty and stuffy room. They even allow you to open the window to a degree (is this by design because of how poor ventilation is?). It feels like they just tried to get as much rooms as they can. Additionally, every hotel we have been to has had luggage forwarding and while they do have it, its cash only which was an incovenience as every hotel we’ve used had a system and card was allowed. Its close to the train station which is great but you have to do better in other departments. I will not be coming back.

Checkin was easy and the hotel is a short walk to the bus station and a shorter walk to the subway exit with access to underground shops and rail system. Breakfast at the hotel was a good option a with wide selection of western and Japanese options to start your day. Double Queen room was a decent size by Japan standards. Room was pretty clean but the shower curtain smelled a little sour. I am sure we could have asked them to change it.

数年前に宿泊したときとだいぶイメージが違う... と思ったら、2019年に全館リニューアルされたんですね。ぐっとモダンで清潔な印象になっていました。大阪駅からごく近いのにリーズナブルなお値段は変わらずでした。また利用したいと思います

JR大阪駅から徒歩数分という立地がとても便利で、西口からなら本当に2分ほどで到着できました。駅から少し離れているだけで周辺は静かで、落ち着いて過ごせる点も良かったです。（部屋の場所によっては電車の走行音が聞こえることもあります。）スタッフの対応はとても丁寧で安心感があり、室内も清潔に保たれていました。20周年か25周年と案内にありましたが、古さをあまり感じさせず快適に滞在できました。一方で、浴室についてはやや残念でした。シャワーは温水と冷水の蛇口が別々のタイプで、温度調整が難しく、今の時代には古さを感じます。浴槽もやや年季が入っていて、踏むと少しブヨブヨした感覚がありました。総合的には、立地・静かさ・スタッフの対応・清潔さなどはとても満足できるホテルです。浴室設備の改善があれば、さらに快適に過ごせると思います。

地點很好，鄰近大阪梅田站，出飯店轉個彎就是立木津巴士；面對鐵路的景對我和小孩很高興，可以隨時看電車跑來跑去，不過因為我住的是18F影響沒啥感覺，相信越低樓層鐵路影響會越大。

The hotel is located less than 5 minutes walk away from the JR Osaka west exit, which provides convenient access to the Osaka loop line and Kansai airport express Haruka. Metro station is also nearby. Lots of shopping and food options are available. We can easily spend a couple of days in this area to see them all. Our room with a double bed was small but had enough space for us to lay suitcases flat. The bathroom amenities were a little bit dated compared to some of the newer properties we had stayed before, but they work just fine. Overall the room was clean and comfortable. The room faces the train tracks, so we could hear trains as late as 12 AM and as early as 5:30 AM.

Located near Osaka station so it makes travelling convenient. Convenience stores within walking distance. Safe area to stay. Decent amenities. Easy check out - just put your card into the box in the lobby. Vending machine with alcohol on the same floor as your rooms. Carpet looked like it wasn’t hoovered properly. Room was dark and dingy - not much natural light and room lighting wasn’t very bright. Depending on which side of the building you are on, it may be too noisy due to the nearby train station. Room is a little small so if you have large luggage, you may struggle.

The hotel is located less than 5 minutes walk away from the JR Osaka west exit, which provides convenient access to the Osaka loop line and Kansai airport express Haruka. Metro station is also nearby. Lots of shopping and food options are available. We can easily spend a couple of days in this area to see them all. Our room with a double bed was small but had enough space for us to lay suitcases flat. The bathroom amenities were a little bit dated compared to some of the newer properties we had stayed before, but they work just fine. Overall the room was clean and comfortable. The room faces the train tracks, so we could hear trains as late as 12 AM and as early as 5:30 AM.

以前利用した事があり、JRの桜橋口からすぐで、近くに飲食店もあると思って予約しました。近くに大きな工事現場があり、ホテルはすぐそこなのに、延々と歩き疲れ果ててしまいました。地下街を歩き、阪神梅田駅を過ぎ、ハービスエントの辺りから地上に上がればHALの横にホテルが見えます。ホテルには朝食会場と、地下のイタリアンレストランしかなく、食事は阪神百貨店のレストラン街でとりました。すぐ近くにあると思っていた飲食店のある道は閉鎖されています。お部屋は、12階でしたが、すぐ下が駅で12時過ぎまで電車の音がうるさかったです。また、ホテル内を歩く人の声もよく聞こえ、落ち着いて調べ物等が出来ませんでした。仕事で宿泊する人にとっては資料を広げるには机も狭かったです。ダブルベッドのお部屋だったので、お部屋の広さは問題なかったです。バスタブの深さも十分でした。シャワーと洗面の蛇口は水漏れしていました。朝食はテイクアウトが出来て良かったです。スタッフは親切ですし、チェックアウトが正午なので、観光する人には良いホテルではないかと思います。

L'hôtel était très beau et très propre. Le personnel de l'accueil est gentil. Juste deux petits bémols : chambre beaucoup trop petite (impossible d'ouvrir les valises au sol) et aucun choix en petit déjeuner sucré. C'est difficile quand on ne peut manger qu'un croissant tous les matins. C'est un peu dommage.

Close to the station. Friendly staff. Rooms are safe and clean. Breakfast was beautiful and delicious for the first time in my experience. They had Osaka's famous takoyaki (octopus dumplings), fruit, and delicious croissants. The breakfast was great, the fruit and the croissants were delicious. 12:00 was check out time. The next hotel check-in was at 3:00, so I was happy to be able to relax. It was a very good stay. Thank you very much.

Our room had no cupboards or drawers for storing our clothes so we had to live out of our suitcases all week. I asked for a change of rooms to something which had cupboards and drawers but was advised none of the rooms had any. The room would have been OK for an overnight stay but not for an extended stay. The buffet breakfast was barely adequate. No room-safe to store valuables. No blockout curtains. No cable TV, only local Japan TV. Unless the bathroom door was left ajar there was no airflow into the room while having a shower. No chair(s) to sit on and relax. Staff were polite and courteous. Our floor and presumably other floors had a drink vending machine, an ice machine and a cold water dispenser. Air conditioning worked well which was necessary as Osaka was very hot. Unlimited tea, coffee and milk sachets were available in the foyer. Beds were quite comfortable. The hotel was located adjacent to JR Osaka Station West exit and a short walk to Daimaru shopping centre. It was also only about 300m from the Airport Limousine Bus drop off point. Early check-in was available for a Y3000 charge. We certainly wouldn’t stay there again but others may see it differently.
