Family themed rooms are nice and the childrens room is ok. Hotel is quite far from some of the attractions but have a convenient Mall integrated with an underground station. Staff is friendly and some understand English. Swimming pool is not for families who want to train their children to swim as it is forbidden to swim without swim vest for whatever reason.

The staff and customer service were exemplary. The room we wanted was unavailable for our first night so we had to change rooms the next day and they moved all our belongings to our next room so we didn't have to worry about it. We could access the Lotte World theme park through the hotel and walk across the road to the Lotte World Mall (also accessible via underground Subway exits from the hotel if you want to avoid Seoul traffic). The indoor pool which is accessible via separate gendered locker rooms was nice and has lifeguards. The kids' pool is heated. Guests are expected to wear hair caps (provided). We didn't eat at the hotel because there were so many cute cafes and restaurants around to try. We did buy some treats from the patisserie which were lovely. Would definitely stay again!

Lotte Hotel World is not worth to stay. House keeping was not so swift (they cleaned my room around 3 pm) and it was not 5 star experiences at all. I felt like it was 4 or 4.5 star. Sound proof was horrible, bathroom layout was also not ideal. I had to spend more to stay at Sofitel which I satisfied to stay several months ago. I would bot recommend this place unless you have children, you love to shop.

Love the convenient location with lots of stuff to do and easy subway access. We had a family suite that has a living room and bedroom with a king size bed and two bunk beds. Bathroom and shower/tub were spacious and clean. Highly recommended.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The first time I had no issues, but the second time I had property go missing from my room. The front desk person was oddly rude about it, although another staff member did phone me later to assure me they had searched the laundry rooms. I have never had anything go missing from a hotel room before and I would not have expected this from a five star hotel.

Staffs were not very friendly, I asked for an early check in and even though there are rooms available (I was checking in on Tuesday) the front desk did not accommodate (said it’s against their policy). I have traveled around the world and most hotels accommodate (subject to availability as that is good customer service). I found this hotel to be very inflexible and not customer friendly.

I really like this hotel and I have stayed in this hotel many times but this trip seems like the best overall experience. The concierge desk staff was very friendly and helpful assistance me with with help with ordering food and transportation service. Im disabled guests and they were very patient and kind hearted to me and my friend too. I would like to say thank you to one of their staff who helped me throughout my stay. Her name is Rei Yang. She is very sweet and kind hearted.

3泊4日で滞在しました。家族旅行でしたが、ベッドも大きく部屋の間取りも良かったです。周辺にアミューズメント施設やショッピングモール、駅があり、何かと便利でした。ただ中心部に行くにはちょっと時間がかかるので、目的に応じて利用するのが良いかと思います。朝食は高くて利用しませんでしたが、一度は食べてみたかったです。総じて満足です。

I’m so happy with the service from all the staff. All of staff are very professional, polite, and respectful. The breakfast buffet was top notch. The restaurant is very spacious and we really enjoyed food. Also, there is an in house door to access the Lotte World Adventure, and it was convenient. If you buy the ticket at the lobby, the price is unbeatable. My kids enjoyed it and spent all day long. Plus, you can re-entry one time . I will be back to this hotel for my next trip .

조식 메뉴가 대부분 외국인 여행자 위주인 것 같아서 아쉬웠습니다 한식을 선호하는데 잡곡밥에 불고기, 6종 밑반찬외엔 먹을게 없네요 대부분의 음식들이 기름져서 굉장히 느끼했는데 그걸 해소할 만한 김치가 없어서 아쉬웠습니다(개인적으로 백김치 비선호) 빨간 음식이라곤 밑반찬에 있는 젓갈류인데 아시다시피 조금만 먹어도 짜서 느끼함이 전혀 해소되지 않았습니다 빨간 김치나 깍두기, 적어도 한국사람이 해외나갈때 챙겨간다는 김, 고추장이라도 비치하심이 어떨까요?
