Ett trevligt hotell, där man känner att man sköter sig själv. Fina och rena rum. Jag uppskattade att jag kunde välja rum med 2 sängar. Man får gå i trappor, och ta sig i olika delar av hotellet för att ta sig till frukostmatsal, reception och boendedel. Det finns hiss, men den är gammal och liten. / uppskattade vistelsen!

Great location for exploring Stockholm by foot and for arrival via train, very clean, kind personal, but - Warm rooms, high moisture, very loud Even on checkin we noticed the whole build is extremely warm and the higher the floor the warmer. When closing the windows of the hotel room (4th floor) the room became hot and moist almost immediatly. Sleeping with closed windows not possible but directly under the hotel located is a bar beeing very load, many car "posers" right before the window until 2 am and at 4 am the construction site under the window started working... - Selection at the breakfast under average, scrambled eggs not cooked through (very fluid) - Warm and sweaty synthetic bed toper and cover.

Close location to T-centralen on the walking street Drottninggaten. Breakfast was great. Staff was very helpful. They gave us the heads-up that the lift was not working, so we had the choice to cancel and make other arrangements. The staff assisted with carrying our large pieces of luggage up/down the spiral staircase. The beds were comfy. Glad I came prepared with a converter/adapter. No USB charging ports. Also, I did not expect a/c, I was not disappointed. There was a fan and a window.

朝食が美味しい。ホテルのロビーにある無料のドリンクサービスも良かった。近隣にスーパーやお土産やさんも多く、レストランに食べ飽きたので、近くのスーパーで簡単にお酒とチーズ、サンドイッチで済ませました。快適に過ごせるホテル。

Nice comfortable and clean room. Laundry service, two bags maybe 5 kg total for 600 sek. Breakfast was good but the dining area a little crowded. In a nice area, convenient to train station, and shopping.

Ingen värme på rummet. Det var jättekallt, speciellt golvet. Mycket lyhört. Jag hörde alla och allt i korridoren utanför rummet. Uselt och mycket långsamt wifi. Dåligt med eluttag. Skön säng. Bra frukost.

Sehr schönes, charmantes Hotel in zentraler Lage, aber trotzdem ruhig. Sehr freundliches Personal. Leider war unser Drei-Bett-Zimmer sehr klein, wir hatten kaum Platz zum Bewegen und für unsere drei Koffer schon gleich gar nicht. Zur Verfügung stand zudem nur ein Minikleiderschrank.

Hotellet låg väldigt bra, centralt och nära till allt. Hotellet var helt ok. Jätte sköna sängar men väldigt lyhört. Hördes också mkt upp från gatan när lastbilar kom med leverans mitt i natten. Frukosten var helt ok, fanns allt men saknade det där lilla extra. Personalen ok, borde ha lärt sig att säga godmorgon… Trots många ”ok” hade vi lätt kunnat boka hotellet igen.

Location is prime. Room was comfortable and secure. Beds were a little soft for our old backs, but all good. Front desk was really helpful with a lost item. Friendly. Street below can be noisy as it is a major pedestrian passage.

夜9時のチェックインにもかかわらず、フロントには誰1人おらず1時間待たされた。やっと来たと思ったら、フロントに置いてある名刺を指してここに電話した？と言った。 1時間も待ったので、ディスカウントしろと言ったが、聞き入れなかった。さらに部屋のシャワーヘッドが壊れていて、お湯が漏れてしたまっているため、十分なお湯がシャワーから出てこない状況だった。二度と泊まろうとは思いません。

A equipe nos forneceu um early check in, o que faz muita diferença quando você chega cansado de vôos noturnos, o hotel é antigo, mas nada que atrapalhe. A equipe deixou providenciado um café da manhã as 03:30 da madrugada. Serviço fantástico. Amazing staff.

Rena, fina rum, sjyst frukost och utmärkt läge - om man som vi ska flänga runt i Stockholm och behöver ha T-centralen och Drottninggatan som bas. Men inte tänker sig att tillbringa mer tid än nödvändigt på hotellet. Och kan ta extremt ointresserad och oförskämt bemötande i receptionen med en klackspark. Tips: Fråga var i huset ditt rum är beläget och säkerställ att ditt fönster inte vetter mot innergården - där ljudet från en intilliggande karaokebar ekar som att du var en del av det höggradigt berusade sällskap som med enorm lungkapacitet tar sig an W.Houstons I will always love youuuuuuuuuu :)

As an older facility, Queen’s hotel has some advantages: a good location, older style rooms and elevator, and recognizable hotel design. The breakfast service was great and eliminated any need for lunch! However, on warmer days the room was stuffy and street noise kept windows from being open much.

Queen’s Hotel is a clean, affordable, hotel with a great location within walking distance from the central train station and located near the end of the primary shopping pedestrian way in downtown Stockholm. It is an older hotel but the rooms were comfortable and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast included the basic options, however, the selections were limited and were the same for the 16 days we stayed at the hotel. I would recommend this hotel but it would have been appreciated if they could provide a greater variety for the breakfast offerings.

Rent och fräscht rum och badrum. Personalen var tillmötesgående och trevlig. Det är ett äldre hotell, och det är lite lyhört men det får man räkna med i gammalt hus mitt i stan. Skönt att kunna gå direkt ut på stora turistgatan. Frukosten hade det viktigaste och vi blev mätta, matrummet var lite litet men fräscht.
