Ibis staat bekend als budgethotel en dat zijn ze ook zeker. De hallen moeten aangepakt worden net zoals de ligbedden bij het zwembad. De buitenkant van de hotel is echt een plaatje. Naast de hotel is een tankstation waar je ook een restaurant hebt. Superleuk en echt locals komen er eten. Verder is het personeel van Ibis hotel stuk bij stuk vriendelijk. Met name Karim, wat een lieve, vriendelijke en behulpzame man. Dank je wel Karim. De klantgerichtheid en servicegerichte houding van Karim was erg welkom.

When i booked, it said it was 10 minutes from the centre - this is completely false. It is 30 minutes, give or take a minute or two. I also booked because of the pool, but this was exceedingly cold (too cold to enjoy) and then cordened off for the last 4 days of my 5-day trip. We were not offered any sort of compensation as this was one of the reasons why i booked this particular hotel. There are also not enough plug sockets in the room (there are only 2 together next to the window) and no tea or coffee making facilities. Communication with some staff was slightly limited. We were also in a room facing the maim road which was very noisy throughout the night, so you should request a pool-facing room.

Es ist weit draußen man sollte ein Auto haben.. aber es gibt nur 20 Parkplätze für ca 50 Zimmer. Parken nebenan im Feld. Die Zimmer sehr einfach Haarfön selbst mitnehmen das Mobiliar sehr abgewohnt desolat.Das Personal aber sehr freundlich

It was fine, rooms cleaned every day, staff were friendly. I was very disappointed by the pool which was under construction and unusable. We chose that hotel because the pool looked great on the advert. On a positive note, there was a good atmosphere for watching Morocco progress in the world cup.

Please clean the room properly especially bathroom. We found bunch of hair in the bathroom, red stain on the door, ripped towels, ants in the room. Honestly it is gross ! That's pretty disappointing as it is part of Accor Group. Staff were nice !

Extremely run down. Bathroom floor looked like it was under construction & furniture kept snagging my clothes if you're standing near it. Shower door didn't shut properly so water very wet floor after.. no shampoo or conditioner - only soap provided. Far from everything so taxi is needed & very difficult to catch on street so need hotel to call for you with surcharge. Hallways have super dirty carpets. Staff was nice! Beds were accurately comfortable too! Good hot water + shower pressure. Enough space. Breakfast was tasty just not enough utensils, etc... Just can't believe it's an ibis comparing to their other locations around the world. (Think old motel type) Pricey. Survivable for 1-2 nights... These are all easy fixes if u wanna stay in business, so not sure why it's being neglected yet charging customers...

This was the worst hotel we stayed at! We had a “non-smoking” room, but the rooms stank of smoke, the carpet in the room looked like someone had a party and didn’t clean up, the furniture should have been replaced 3 years ago and the bathroom were not only dirty but also falling apart. As we were traveling with friends we know that this was also the standard for their room. We often stay with Ibis, but will never stay at this location again.

The design of the hotel is quite nice and special, but sadly the upkeep is poor. First, you encouter a cloud of smoke when entering. The rooms are filthy, with mould in the shower. The door didn't close properly and the air con was ineffective. The tv had 2 channels. No coffee/tee. The service is rather useless. The first time that a taxi was called for me, I was scammed to pay 5 times the normal rate (cab number 1958). The second time a "private" transfer was arranged. I agreed to pay 150 (still hugher than is charged from the airport to the hotel). As i was sitting in the cab, another guest pleaded with the hotel staff to share my can to the airport and the staff assured me he would share the cost. As we approached the airport, he muttered something in arabic to the drive and gave him 50. The driver turned to me and demanded an additional 150... Avoid this hotel. If you do stay here, don't request or expect service.

Worst stay in Ibis chain in Morocco, the air conditioner did not work for 2 nights of my stay, there was 33 degrees outside and open the window was not a option because of dozens of mosquitoes. Overall level of maintenance of the hotel isn't good

Hôtel à taille humaine ce qui est plutôt un bon point. Cependant le buffet petit déjeuner est répétitif et pas toujours réapprovisionné malgré nos sollicitations. Pas assez de fruits frais proposés, jus d'orange industriel, gluten à profusion. Chambre à rénover, pas de coffre fort à disposition, pas de mini bar avec au moins de l'eau. Pas assez de transats autour de la piscine. Chambre coté piscine bruyante (bruits des chaises de la terasse qui sont traînées constamment). Personnel de l'accueil peu avenant. Bravo à l'équipe d'entretien pour leur politesse, leur discrétion et leur travail pour refaire les chambres.

I paid for junior suite, and was given with a dog barking next to me. I informed the desk agent and was told that was the only suite there is. I was giving a room afterwards, even though I paid for a suite because of availability. The room did not have any Wi-Fi, which made it very difficult for me to connect. Inside the room, there was only one cover and the night was cold so I had to double up in order to sleep. During breakfast, there was a lack of utensils. Based on previous reviews, the pool was under construction and is still under construction!

À Marrakech où il fait très chaud : la clim ne fonctionne pas, pas de mini frigo dans les chambres, salle de bain : une petite savonnette pour deux, pas de gel douche ni équivalent, pas de balayette de WC, la tele commande ne fonctionne pas,apres plusieurs reclamations à la reception on nous annonce que toutes les tele des chambres sont en panne ( et refus de nous changer de chambre!!) Nous zvions la ch:242 et la ch : 244.au petit-déjeuner : être obligé de chercher plusieurs fois le responsable de la salle pour reaprovisionner le thé, les verres et les aliments proposés. Le matin nous abons demandé a voir le directeur, reponse il n'est pas joignable. Nous lui zvons laissé notre Tel , zucun rappel.???
