The two bedroom apartment we stayed in was spacious and fulfilled our needs and requirements. It had a balcony, a kitchenette containing dishwasher, stove etc. Two bathrooms one with a bath, washing machine and dryer. We had access to on-site parking and a swimmimg pool. Apartment had everything we needed! A clothes airer would have been a bonus for drying laundry on! Was disappointed to discover air con didn’t work- was going to inform staff on check out! But received call next day to get permission for tradies to look at broken air con. When we returned to apartment the tradies were still there putting new air con in- our second night was much more comfortable!

schönes Appartment Hotel aber ohne funktionierende Heizung bei nur 3 Grad Außentemperatur in der Nacht und teilweise am Tag. Ich heb selten so sehr gefroren in einem Hotelzimmer wie in diesem. Der Empfang konnte mir dann glücklicher weise einen Minizusatzlüfter geben, ansonsten wäre ich beim Schlafen erfroren.

I have stayed at Quest many times due to visiting family in the area and have never been disappointed. Every room I have stayed in has been excellent. Ihave always found the staff regardless of their role to be outstanding and parking is onsite. Quest is so close to shops, restaurants and its location is convenient to all highways to the city and tourist attractions. I would not hesitate to recommend Quest.

Overall it wasn't terrible but the window in the bedroom didn’t open as the latch was broken so it was very hot and stuffy. If you wanted to swim you had to get a key first which is inconvenient and the people below us smoked so leaving the balcony door open for ventilation wasn't an option as the smoke drifted up and into our room.

The cleanliness of our apartment was very poor. The air conditioner filter was thoroughly clogged and one of the deflectors was broken. The toilet brush holder was rusted away at the bottom and no idea if the brush was useable as no way would I touch it.i could go on with the refrigerator top was very dirty with a cap from a beer bottle (?) on there. Alongside the refrigerator the skirts was putrid with dust and cobwebs. There was more but I will leave it at that. Extremely disappointed particularly after reading so many good reviews.

Great location only 20min walk to fountain gate shopping centre, and 10min walk to Casey CBD. There’s some maintenance issues that need to be sorted out in the rooms, but still clean, and was nice to have a kitchen in my room to cook breakfast etc. If I needed to be in this location again, I would probably stay here again.

Easy access, close to Fountain Gate. We stayed at the Quest as it was only 4 klicks from St John of God at Berwick. Early in the morning all the traffic was traveling in the opposite direction to us.
