Beautiful 1897 classic property. The Captains room was large, clean and immaculate. The home areas were available throughout the day. We enjoyed tea on the veranda one day and in the dining room another. Breakfast was full, with choices. Coffee and tea were available all day, if you chose. The wifi worked well in all common areas, but was a bit spotty in our room. The owners were on site and available.

The Eden Hall Inn is a lovely Victorian Inn, situated within easy walking distance of downtown Charlottetown and the boardwalk. Our room was roomy and nicely decorated. Check-in was quick and easy and the hosts are very friendly and professional. Most of the rooms were on the 2nd and 3rd floors and accessible by stairs only. Would definitely stay here again.

Charming building in a lovely neighbourhood. Parking was a challenge as the lot has few options for vans. A pickup would be in trouble if the deeper spaces were already taken. Buffet breakfast was fine but no different than a Best Western or Holiday Inn. Linens were luxurious, bed was wonderful, Smart TV with all the options, decor was tasteful and updated.

An entirely unique house, this beautiful PEI property is full of lovely comfortable old world charm combined perfectly with contemporary bathrooms, beautiful bedding and good wifi. The owners were exceptionally welcoming and helpful and stood out as being genuinely interested in the welfare of their guests. I loved staying there, especially sitting on the beautiful verandah in the sunshine.

We truly enjoyed the historical vibe and how the owners have paid attention to the details for an historical building. The owners were very welcoming and had a well laid out complimentary breakfast available for us. The common spaces were very enjoyable and the balcony with a water view on the 2nd floor was nice and cozy! Definitely will look to do a return trip to Eden Hall!

Beibei was incredibly warm and welcoming, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The house is charming. The room is spotless with a very nice view. It’s in a great location, a short and easy walk to the waterfront.

Parking lot is small and we almost had no room. The room itself and bathroom were also small with water damage to the ceiling. The historical nature of the house was still really cool and it was a good stay, however it could have been cleaner/better maintained.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Eden Hall. The home is beautifully maintained and immaculate. The hosts went out of the way to accommodate our needs, from a late check in to special dietary requests. Bei Bei has a big heart and was especially endearing.

Our room was spotless and bright. We had a partial ocean view as well. The bed was very comfortable. The neighbourhood is amazing - beautiful Victorian homes. Great choice! You and his family and staff provide a welcoming environment.

This place was lovely and perfectly situated. We stayed in ‘ The Governor's Getaway’ suite on the first floor and loved it. Decor was beautiful, bed was comfortable. Parking right outside the door. Only downside is the very compact bathroom but that is normal for converted heritage homes. Was also noisy at night with people coming in the back door which was directly outside the door of the suite. We were woken up several times by the slamming door. It’s also right beside the breakfast area which can be noisy in the AM. Breakfast was nice. Had all the keys breakfast items and snacks available through the day. Was great to be able to have breakfast right there. Excellent location!! A few blocks from downtown with lots of shops and restaurants. Also super close to the water and Victoria park. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!!

Mooi huis met parkeerplaats en op loopafstand van alles in het centrum van Charlottetown. Helaas zaten we naast een kamer waarvan onze buren de hele dag (en nacht) de ventilatie van de badkamer aan hadden staan en dat was extreem goed te horen in onze kamer waardoor we slechter hebben geslapen. In andere kamers heb je hier misschien minder last van.

A beautiful stay in a very fine house. The room AC had trouble keeping up with the unusual heat we had. I'm sure on any normal night it would have been fine. Good proximity to restaurants and the waterfront. We could see the water from our 3rd floor nook. The room did not lack for any amenities. Thank you Eden Hall.

The Inn was lovely. It is within walking distance to the stores and restaurants as well as Victoria Park. Our room was quite small with both the entrance and the bathroom being hard to maneuver. The beds are comfortable. I suggest ear plugs and a sound machine if you want to sleep past six though because both mornings I was woken up by all noises (walking, jumping? Moving furniture?) from the floor above us. Breakfast was good. The staff is very polite and accommodating.

Room & bathroom were both small but spotless & had every detail to make one's stay perfect. There was a lot of attention to detail to make your stay comfortable & easy, including a coffee maker & fridge in the room. Hostess & Host are extremely accommodating. The location is beautiful- in the Historic district surrounded by exquisite homes like the Inn itself. And, it's a short walk from the beginning of the Harbourfront walkway trail. I highly recommend this place. However, for us the only issue was that the bed mattress was too hard for our comfort! Hopefully this gets corrected soon as we mentioned it to the Hostess, the Owner!

Great location, rooms in great shape despite it being well over 100 years old, owners are very nice and take pride in maintaining the property and providing a cozy and comfortable stay. Tons of restaurants and shops within 10 min walking distance. Breakfast was great. Rooms had portable AC so it was very cool at night even during our August stay. Only thing to note is this is a very old house, so you’d expect to hear wood crackling when someone walks up and down stairs or walks in their rooms, but this is what you’d expect in all older homes. Would recommend getting a room on the third (top) floor if noise is a concern for you.

Beautifully decorated throughout, but we were disappointed with the lack of a shower in our room, a roll top bath and hand held shower but no room to stand up. The rest of the hotel is beautiful though and very gracious hosts.

I stayed in the top floor room #9 (The Cozy Nook). As the name suggests the room was small but cozy (the roof is angled), which was enough for me but may be too small for a couple. Also, be aware that this room has a standalone tub but no shower. The service was excellent and the owners are always checking during breakfast to see how we are. The provided breakfast was hearty and the in-room amenities were good as well. The location is within 10 mins walking distance to downtown Charlottetown and is close to Government House and Victoria Park. Overall I felt this place had great value and would definitely recommend it! P.S. the croissants are baked fresh daily!

We travelled to Charlottetown for the Canada Winter Games and chose The Eden Hall Inn based on ratings and comments from other visitors. We were not disappointed, in fact the owner, Rosemary, always went above and beyond for us. I would highly recommend this BnB and will definitely stay again if ever in Charlottetown!

They included a fee for housekeeping but there was no housekeeping during my stay. They told me (after I complained) that if I had wanted my room restocked or garbage emptied or cleaned I would have to hang a tag on my door. First of all, they never told me that while checking in and secondly there was no tag anywhere in my room to hang. I have never heard of a hotel or B&B not cleaning and restocking daily automatically. My room opened to the outside which meant that I had to walk outside around two sides of the house to go in to breakfast. That was very inconvenient to say the least. I asked what if the weather was bad, they said they have umbrellas. What?? The breakfast was a buffet of scrambled eggs and sausage links, grapes and bananas, mini pastries (looked like from Costco or Walmart) that had been frozen, and make your own toast. No different than Holiday Inn Express. Certainly not as you'd expect from a B&B. The owners are not on property to talk to or ask about the area like in most B&Bs. It is run by Chinese people. The room air conditioning worked but there was no air conditioning in the public areas and it was sweltering. The bed was comfortable but took up the entire room and was so high up you couldn't just sit down you had to hop up. Only one bedside table which was too low and too far back to be of any use. No place to sit and eat or write. I paid top dollar for this room and it was far below average. What a rip-off.

An entirely unique house, this beautiful PEI property is full of lovely comfortable old world charm combined perfectly with contemporary bathrooms, beautiful bedding and good wifi. The owners were exceptionally welcoming and helpful and stood out as being genuinely interested in the welfare of their guests. I loved staying there, especially sitting on the beautiful verandah in the sunshine.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Eden Hall. The home is beautifully maintained and immaculate. The hosts went out of the way to accommodate our needs, from a late check in to special dietary requests. Bei Bei has a big heart and was especially endearing.

The Eden Hall Inn is a lovely Victorian Inn, situated within easy walking distance of downtown Charlottetown and the boardwalk. Our room was roomy and nicely decorated. Check-in was quick and easy and the hosts are very friendly and professional. Most of the rooms were on the 2nd and 3rd floors and accessible by stairs only. Would definitely stay here again.

Close to everything, we walked throughout downtown Charlottetown as well as the boardwalk along the harbour. The room was wonderful, even in the heatwave we were very comfortable as the ac kept up well, and we were in the lovely sunset suite on the 3rd floor. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, offering beach towels and chairs if needed. The breakfast was very good with lots of options. We were there for three days. I would highly recommend the Eden Hall.

Charming building in a lovely neighbourhood. Parking was a challenge as the lot has few options for vans. A pickup would be in trouble if the deeper spaces were already taken. Buffet breakfast was fine but no different than a Best Western or Holiday Inn. Linens were luxurious, bed was wonderful, Smart TV with all the options, decor was tasteful and updated.

We loved our stay at the Eden Hall Inn! The staff was super welcoming, the room and common areas were beautiful, and we loved the breakfast every morning. It was also easily walkable to the waterfront boardwalk in Victoria Park, as well as the downtown shopping and dining in Charlottetown, with convenient off-street parking. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful historical property, very nice host. Creaky floors, i recommend choosing a 3rd floor room if you don't want to hear others walking around. Coffeemaker in breakfast room is filthy. Not much offered at breakfast, very continental compared to other b&b's we have stayed in. Good location, but would not choose again.

I can't imagine anywhere else in Charlottetown being as nice, convenient, or relaxing! Breakfast was perfect- a mix of hot & cold items - and many things, like cereal, yogurt, fruit & coffee, were available 24/7. The staff were consistently friendly & helpful, the parking was easy, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent (it's the little things!).

We enjoyed our stay very much. Bebe was a wonderful host. We felt right at home. I especially enjoyed all of the comfortable seating inside and outside. It was nice to sit and watch the birds at her bird feeders. We’ll come again.

Lovely Victorian B&B! Staff is very friendly and has great communication. They have helpful little amenities like beach towel bags. The location is fantastic. It is easy walking distance to waterfront and many great restaurants and shops.
