My family gathered in Austin to celebrate our mom’s 70th birthday! Everything was clean, tasteful, spacious and all around a great stay for a group. The pool and hot tub were the main attractions and we were so happy to have them!

We had a great time! The hot tub came in handy late night after 5 games of softball. Plenty of room for 7 adults and all our softball equipment. We cooked several meals in the spacious kitchen. Will try to stay here anytime I'm in Austin. Thanks so much for making it clean inviting!!

We really enjoyed this lovely place, with comfortable beds, open floor plan, and great amenities! We loved the covered patio and very nice hot tub. Nice gas stove, great tv space, and easy check-in/check-out. Joshua was extremely responsive. Wonderful experience!

Best stay ever over Thanksgiving with my husband and daughter. Needed a dog friendly quiet retreat close to outdoor activities and restaurants. Joshua wonderful to work with. Large fenced yard with hot tub. Enjoyed reading,watching documentaries and resting. Will definitely go back.

The house was perfectly located just south of downtown. We rented a SUV to get around and the house was close to everything. It's situated in older quiet neighborhood. The hot tub was much needed after running around all day. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at the house for a few nights to visit family nearby. The backyard is a beautiful retreat. The fenced yard is wonderful if brining your pup to give them a place to wander around. The home is very clean and well maintained. The renovations at the property are very well done We will be back in March and hope to be able to use the pools and outdoor seating areas with the warmer temperatures.

Location was perfect for our needs (minutes to airport, short drive to fun restaurants in funky east Austin) and the home's amenities were exactly as described. Comfortable beds, huge backyard that our pup enjoyed exploring, and Smart TV connectivity for NCAA tournament watching. Well-equipped kitchen made breakfast prep a breeze, and we enjoyed the french press. Loved the hot tub. Thanks for a great stay!

Very clean comfortable house and outdoor spaces. All tastefully decorated. The beds were very comfortable and everything we needed was readily available. The hot tub was a special bonus. We were four adults ranging from 60 to 80 years old. Joshua was a great communicator and very pleasant to work with.

The stay here was awesome! Even though I messed up our reservation, the host Joshua, was very gracious! This is THE cleanest property we have stayed at and has the most accurate of photo representations of any property we have had the pleasure of staying in. The bed was super comfortable, the appointments, spot on! We will be back to this property again, if the host will have us. Ha! My apologies, again, Joshua, and thank you for being so kind!

We stayed here with another couple for two nights. I chose this location in Austin because of its proximity to my son who is renting a place in SE Austin. The home is immaculate, tastefully decorated, and the backyard is landscaped very nicely. We had everything we needed and Justin was super responsive. The area where the home is located is a little lower-income but we didn't have any problems with crime or noise.

My family stayed one night as my daughter was competing at the state track meet. The house was perfect and just as the pictures showed. The outdoor living spaces were relaxing and peaceful. The beds were also nice and the kitchen was well stocked for us to cook a big breakfast the morning of the track meet. If we ever make it back to Austin I will for sure try to book here again.

The property is in a perfect location, almost every where we went in Austin it was a 15min drive or less. The property is on the outside of a neighborhood and has neighbors all around it, but still feels very private. From the kitchen to the living spaces to the bedrooms we never felt we didn't have what we needed to enjoy a long stay away from home. In some cases the host went above what we anticipated, providing a large range of teas we could brew, spices we could cook with, cocktail recipes and the tools we needed to make them. Host was very responsive and when we felt the hot tub needed to be cleaned after frequent use during our long trip the host was there within a couple hours and cleaned it. He communicated through the VRBO app to let us know when he would arrive and when he was done and serviced the hot tub without interrupting our stay or our privacy. The only thing I did not like and this is a small critique. I would have liked if the living room windows facing the road had some kind of privacy blinds or curtains so when you sit in there at night cars driving by or people walking by could not see us lounging on the couch watching tv. The windows had curtains but they were the thin white curtains you can see through. That is really my only criticism. Not every place is going to be completely perfect for every individual but this host came really close, so much so that's all I could come up with to criticize.

We stayed here with another couple for two nights. I chose this location in Austin because of its proximity to my son who is renting a place in SE Austin. The home is immaculate, tastefully decorated, and the backyard is landscaped very nicely. We had everything we needed and Justin was super responsive. The area where the home is located is a little lower-income but we didn't have any problems with crime or noise.

First time to Austin for F1 race, house is in great location for COTA events, house has plenty of room and additional creature comforts to help relax after a long day. The surrounding neighborhood area leaves something to be desired but it was safe and no problems. Also easy driving distance to downtown Austin and only 15 minutes to airport. Overall great choice for our F1 trip.

The house was attractive, comfortable, clean, & quiet. We really enjoyed the hot tub! The owner was very helpful regarding a few questions. The neighborhood the home is in isn’t great, but we felt safe (& it was quiet.). It’s about a 15 min drive to downtown, so you’ll need a car or to Uber everywhere.

The house was perfectly located just south of downtown. We rented a SUV to get around and the house was close to everything. It's situated in older quiet neighborhood. The hot tub was much needed after running around all day. Would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable beds, huge backyard that our pup enjoyed exploring, and Smart TV connectivity for NCAA tournament watching. The house was super cute! You could tell it was newly updated and very clean. The hot tub was amazing. There is only a French press for coffee so we didn’t have coffee because of this. There are 3 bedrooms each with a queen bed and the 4th bed is a twin size air mattress. The location is close to get to I35 and pretty centrally located, but the neighborhood is a little run down. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time! The hot tub came in handy late night after 5 games of softball. Plenty of room for 7 adults and all our softball equipment. We cooked several meals in the spacious kitchen. Will try to stay here anytime I'm in Austin. Thanks so much for making it clean inviting!!

We really enjoyed this lovely place, with comfortable beds, open floor plan, and great amenities! We loved the covered patio and very nice hot tub. Nice gas stove, great tv space, and easy check-in/check-out. Joshua was extremely responsive. Wonderful experience!

The property is in a perfect location, almost every where we went in Austin it was a 15min drive or less. The property is on the outside of a neighborhood and has neighbors all around it, but still feels very private. From the kitchen to the living spaces to the bedrooms we never felt we didn't have what we needed to enjoy a long stay away from home. In some cases the host went above what we anticipated, providing a large range of teas we could brew, spices we could cook with, cocktail recipes and the tools we needed to make them. Host was very responsive and when we felt the hot tub needed to be cleaned after frequent use during our long trip the host was there within a couple hours and cleaned it. He communicated through the VRBO app to let us know when he would arrive and when he was done and serviced the hot tub without interrupting our stay or our privacy. The only thing I did not like and this is a small critique. I would have liked if the living room windows facing the road had some kind of privacy blinds or curtains so when you sit in there at night cars driving by or people walking by could not see us lounging on the couch watching tv. The windows had curtains but they were the thin white curtains you can see through. That is really my only criticism. Not every place is going to be completely perfect for every individual but this host came really close, so much so that's all I could come up with to criticize.

We needed a place for 4 of us to stay for my son's wedding and this property was just perfect! Comfortable, clean, great beds with heavenly sheets and a great kitchen not to mention the hot tub! Joshua was so responsive for any questions! I would most definitely stay there again!

My family stayed one night as my daughter was competing at the state track meet. The house was perfect and just as the pictures showed. The outdoor living spaces were relaxing and peaceful. The beds were also nice and the kitchen was well stocked for us to cook a big breakfast the morning of the track meet. If we ever make it back to Austin I will for sure try to book here again.
