Building maintenance no breakfast bowls in kitchen asked reception for an extra towel as we were short one and got a rude response and did not receive one. Reception hours are intermittent as I never saw them on check in or departure. Could not report broken clothes drier. Car park very tight for large 4wd or suvs and not secure as gate not working

The property is quite old . No lift up to room . Unit has no heating it was really cold. The units was well equipped just really cold

We were on the third floor and there is no lift. Dishwasher flooded the kitchen when we tried to use it.
