We’ve stayed here several times…it’s is very clean and nice, very convenient if visiting the Academy. However what we’ve noticed after several times. 1. If you want a coffee in the morning skip the cafe, you’ll wait around will wait on occasion 20-30 mins. Instead go to Pam’s restaurant they will usually give you a free coffee right away. 2. Their policy on check in at 4 pm is strict. If you get there before plan to check your bags, your room will rarely be ready before then. Overall it’s a good place and one of the nicest most modern places to stay, but consider the Broadmoor Resort. A little further away, different vibe, but their customer service is more on par with what you’d expect with an upscale hotel.

Room and hotel were very modern and clean, and bed was comfortable, but the water pressure in the shower and bathroom sink were terrible.
