Very nice hotel with a great pool and bars. Everything was great except we highly recommend either designated adult swim time or a separate pool for the kids. Both days we were at the pool it was overrun with kids and it wasn't very relaxing.

Beautiful new hotel overlooking the Academy. The Aviator bar/restaurant was wonderful with great food and views. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean. The staff everywhere is super helpful and friendly. The only thing missing here is electric charging in the parking area.

We stayed at Hotel Polaris on the night of a concert we had tickets to at Ford Amphitheater. Everything was perfection- the hotel, the amenities, watching the sunset from the beautiful property, the pool, the poolside bar, the flight simulator- just wow! We'll recommend to anyone and everyone. We are civilians, but it was very cool to stay near the AF Academy. The hotel is brand new but is the gem of Colorado Springs!

Beautiful hotel! Staff was great. Spa was amazing - they have package deals for several sessions and a lot of menu items. Flight simulator was interesting but expensive. We paid for 30 min and they ended our simulation 5 minutes early so we only got 25 min for $185 duo. Price was not worth the experience. We ate at Aviator on 9th floor - great scene and tapas. Parking was easy. Easy drive to restaurants. Nothing walkable except on property. Pool is small and family friendly but plenty of seats and umbrellas to share. Fire pit and lawn games were fun!

We chose this hotel because it is dog friendly. Our pup received a bandana, doggie bowl, and homemade doggie treats upon check in. He was treated like royalty. The room was beautiful, spacious, extremely clean, and very tastefully decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The views were incredible. Outside they had a pool table, ping pong, and bean bags - also the Santa Fe trail which goes right by the hotel. Everyone who worked there was very professional and nice. We will definitely return (with our pup who was ready to move in permanently)

Bedding was terrible; the beds were very firm and the pillows were extremely uncomfortable. None of us slept well during our stay. A fuse/breaker popped on the second morning we were there; it took 30 minutes for a simple fix. Housekeeping services were abhorrent. The shampoo/conditioner was empty upon our arrival. The bathroom walls were dirty and the shower was obviously not wiped down before our arrival or at any time during our three day stay. On day two of our stay, there was a large amount of long black hair on the bathroom floor; I am bald and my wife and children are blond. Our towels that were placed on the floor to be cleaned were simply folded up wet and replaced for us to use again. When asked for the coffee supplies to be restocked, the housekeeper wrote a note that the hotel was out of the coffee I had been using, but she also failed to restock any of the other basic supplies like sugar. It was definitely not the experience we expected. We will not return or recommend to others

Its a beautiful hotel and the rooms are very nice, i was disgusted to see a yellow stain on the top sheet, it wasn't a stain left on clean laundry either....i slept with the hotel robe on. There's a loud barking dog in the entrance, pet friendly is fine, but nobody needs to hear loud barking dogs in a hotel, while traveling. Patricia's was great and bartender Nathan was awesome and personable, he took pride in creating my drink, very impressive.

A new property located just off I25 at the entrance to the Air Force Academy. Wonderful mid-century modern / flight inspired decor. Book the Mountain View room rather than City View (view of interstate). Food service options are limited on Sunday and Monday. Flight simulator options are great!

Bright clean hotel with great amenities, service and food. Ate at bar, restaurant, dessert at Doolies and cocktails upstairs. All were well made. Loved the fries! Loved sitting outside and by the fire pit at night. Rooms clean, quiet and comfy. Only opportunity for improvement I’d suggest is make sure the curtains don’t have a gap on the side that lets sunlight stream in at sunrise! And also the beds aren’t the best in comfort. Water pressure in shower could be better.

Beautiful place in a beautiful location. However was given a very partial Mountain View room after booking and paying the price of a mountain room. Was really more of a city view. Very disappointed. Also the Elevator is not centrally located and had to walk the entire length of the hotel to get to our rooms and back. But overall the hotel was very nice with exceptional amenities.

Large modern hotel. Only two luggage caddy at hotel. No continental breakfast is provided by the hotel. They have a restaurant inside the hotel Pamela that is way overprice with mediocre food, e.g, cauliflower slice (“steak”) with a couple of sauces on the side for $38. Although there are 4 elevators, they are very slow and seems like only 1-2 are working at a time. Hotel Room is clean with the exception of shower floor/hand-held shower handle and the wall behind the coffee maker. Also the coffee shelf is dusty on top with the “reusable/recyclable” aluminum bottles very unsanitary. E.g., when I open the bottle I could see slough inside the cap. The fridge was very annoying because it’s an “eco” fridge and barely keeps anything cold. No freezer in fridge and no microwave in room. The bed was comfortable, however difficult to sleep at night due to only one AC vent in the room. The AC vent “high” setting is more of a “low setting.” If you have a double bed room, the bed closer to the vent would be cooler to sleep in at night and the other bed further away makes it hot/warm to sleep at night. With the amount of land the hotel has, a fenced dog park would be very beneficial. The dog fee was $35 per night. Hidden fees such as $25 staff daily fee. High taxes on stay. Would not return again. Mediocre hotel with high price and lacking in basic amenities.

After staying in a motel the previous night, we had zero expectations coming to Hotel Polaris. From the first time we walked into the front doors (which were opened for us by hotel staff) we were blown away with the customer service. When checking in the gentlemen behind the desk was happy to answer any and all questions we had… one of them being that we didn’t have a reservation to any of the three restaurants for dinner and he kindly let us know that it’s no big deal and when we were ready for dinner to come grab him and he would get us right into whatever option we wanted. After seeing our room for the first time it was absolutely immaculate. Probably the most clean, kept hotel I’ve ever stayed in. After getting cleaned up and heading down for dinner we went out back and played an oversized connect four board, followed up with bocee board which was a nice twist. Next time I am in the area I will definitely be staying here again. The customer service alone is enough to bring me back.

What started off rocky was able to be smoothed out. Initially, my Hotels VIP status was not recognized by the hotel due to miscommunication however Brittany (Front Desk) went out of her way to correct the wrong even though it was not her fault. I really appreciated her sincere effort and because of that, I would recommend Hotel Polaris. Great location, great hotel, clean, safe and overall beautiful stay in Colorado Springs.

And I left two really nice pillows there and called them an hour later on our way home and they said no problem they would find them— I kept calling back but they seem to have weirdly “lost” them. I can't say enough good things about our experience at Hotel Polaris -- great communication emails and texts, friendly faces on staff all around the hotel, and then the rooms were as nice as the photos! We stayed there 5 nights and enjoyed the views, the restaurants, spa services and easy parking. And the best part was that every staff we encountered seemed happy to be there! We will be back to see our nephew at USAF and stay here again!

We were comfortable, room pleasing and clean, room service food was amazing. Aside from missing utensils and syrup upon calling down the issues were resolved promptly and apologetically. Our second stay, this time with a pet. Wonderful pet amenities. The grounds are appealing, next time we will have suits to enjoy the heated pool!

Polaris was a wonderful hotel, the room was spacious and the individual thermostat actually worked. The restaurant Pamela’s was great for breakfast, albeit greatly overpriced- the breakfast burrito with chorizo was more potato than anything - for almost $20. The rooftop bar, The Aviator- is awesome, but only if you ignore the drink menu and let the bartenders/mixologists practice their craft. The menu is just too floral - not bad if you’re looking for afternoon tea in a British garden at 2pm. The lobby bar lacks creativity, order from the menu - it’s safe. As for housekeeping? They are the nicest people you will ever meet. But- regardless of how many times you ask for your room to be turned over, it simply won’t be completed. I texted the number that asked about the condition of the room, still no service. Although it seems petty, at that cost - I expect better. Regardless, this is a property I intend to return to.

Highly recommended!! This place is fantastic - great amenities, activities and dining options. We stayed there right before the Air Force- Navy game and with an Academy reunion being held on site and the staff didn't miss a beat. Whether it was at the bar, room service or grabbing a coffee to go the staff delivered promptly and pleasantly. It's our go-to lodging in Colorado Springs.

Very lovely hotel. Great views, beautiful lobby and bar, super clean and very comfortable. Two problems…there is only one group of elevators at one end of the hotel. The walk from the elevators to the other end of the hallway is ridiculously long. That’s a bad design. The breakfast at Pamela’s was not very good and very expensive; wouldn’t eat there again.
