Let me help you save your hard-earned money and learn from our experience. This property IS NOT A RESORT, nor is it a spa. It feels like false advertising, and it honestly shouldn't even be listed on Hotels.com as a hotel In reality, it is just a large, old family-style house with a filthy interior and exterior. The entry door and floorboards look like they’ve never seen a cleaning supply. To make matters worse, I almost threw up this morning when I saw the filthy, chewed-up sponge being used to wash the dishes. A few other major issues from our stay: Comfort & Lighting: The house was extremely warm with no main AC, and there are no blackout curtains. The streetlights kept our room illuminated all night, and as soon as the sun came up, the entire room was fully lit. Breakfast: The "handyman" was called in to cook us breakfast. Our only choice was eggs, bacon, and Wonder Bread. You've got to be kidding me—Wonder Bread? Misleading Amenities: When we booked, it listed a credit for what we thought was spa treatment, no credit given. On top of that, dinner reservations required 24 hours' advance notice, which was a huge letdown. We later found out this place is marketed as "marijuana friendly." I guess if you're high, this place might seem great—otherwise, save your money and book somewhere else.

Breakfast was AMAZING! The inn is clean and has plenty to offer. Our dog loved it and definitely set up for her. We can’t wait to book again and bring friends!

Property is so welcome and cozy. Breakfast was made to order every morning by Chef Jason and it was delicious. Glad to see that we can bring our dog next visit. Lots of places inside and outside for relaxation. Games, puzzles and books available. Perfect location for enjoying downtown Manitou Springs. Thank you, Dennis, for what you have created.

I really love this place! It's worth what you pay, private rooms, and kind staff. If you're a 🍀 smoker, you will feel right at home! I've NEVER stayed at a place that was so welcoming and inviting about 🍀 smoking. Dennis is wonderful! They also cook your breakfast!! AND, they have 🍀-infused meals with advance notice! So worth it!!
