It's a great stay! Clean, spacious, amenities all included, and staff so helpful and friendly. Breakfast is also yummy! We had a great view of the Darling Harbour fireworks as well!

The hotel is quite dated , I only require 3 things though A nice shower , towel and bed - it lacked all 3 - bed is 2 singles pushed together like a mantra hotel , shower is impossible to get the right temperature right - I spent ages and eventually put up with cold Towel was actually fine but not fluffy and fresh You expect that at an apartment but this is why I book a hotel

Location - 5Min walk from Town Hall station, 5Min walk across a bridge to Darling Harbour. Room - Very well sound proofed against the traffic on the busy overpass below that runs between the hotel and Darling Harbour. Clean and bed very comfortable, helpful bathroom amenities when you forget something. I was in room 819, which was spacious and had partial view of Darling Harbour. Did not use the ground floor restaurant, however, did have breakfast which was plentiful and very fresh. A short wait time from 0830 however not too long. They do have signs advising it is the busy time for breakfast. Very satisfied with the options and egg station for omelets. I did overhear they do not offer poached eggs but have everything else. I would recommend staying at the Parkroyal if you had an event in Darling Harbour.
