Convenience, plenty of space in the room and breakfast. Sometimes the lift can be very slow in arriving.

Great accommodation, staff were lovley. Only thing was the shower was leaking, let them know and getting it sorted. No handwash only handcream, staff came up straight away and sorted it out. Nothing was a problem for the staff. Would have been great to have a folder with reception number, menu available at restaurant down stairs etc. Also a shade sail over shallow end of the pool would have been great. Was only one over deep end, with a little one no shade. Otherwise pool was clean lovely and great seating area outside of the pool.

Surprisingly good quality rooms as exterior is nothing flash. All changes once inside - parking is easy, rooms are fantastic and you have to strain to hear the traffic. Will stay again and highly recommended

The staff are excellent from checkin to check out to cleaners everybody was very friendly and were very welcoming to visitors :) daily housekeeping is always welcomed and was only late once in the entire week we stayed :) The location being so close to the CBD is great! there are a few things that the hotel could do with regards to the upkeep of the hotel, We did not pick the cheapest hotel to stay for the week but going on the fact the pictures do not reflect the state of the hotel. The hotel rooms do not look like any pictures on the website, when exiting the lifts it is a very musty smell and im pretty sure that is the carpeting and the dusting not being done int he halls because it is very clear in sight. when going into rooms ( we had two deluxe rooms for the week) straight away the carpets really do need replacing. The stains and state of the carpets honestly would be better off without carpet and just lay floorboard if the carpets are unable to be maintained properly. The bathrooms although serviced daily are clearly only given a quick wipe over both rooms had mould in the showers and again dust everywhere. I would suggest even just bleach bomb the shower recess to start fresh? The grout is actually black and can see it is built up grime even the floor in the shower. The toilets were perfect!! could not fault the toiles at all! BBQ area needs cooking tools (chain them tot he BBQ?) and cleaning facilities and bins, there is nowhere to place rubbish when having a BBQ

The pool area was full of cigarette butts. Pool was not clean. Staff on checkin was a bit rude.

Good place with parking free. Rather than go into Sydney for next day flight we stayed outside main city and were pleased with this hotel choice

The building is old but everything functions. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The location works despite little extra loop needed to access the hotel from other side of road. Would stay again!

I was pleasantly surprised by the high standard of this hotel, and then was informed it’s aligned with Accor. Breakfast was satisfactory. There was ample parking. Road noise was present but not at levels I had expected. I’ll definitely book again.

Clean, bright airy room, helpful, efficient staff.

Bathroom had mould in the shower. Something needs to be done to mitigate road noise. Apart from that, TV cable was replaced when requested and rest of the room was pretty good.

There are no clear instruction on how to get the electricity to work The TV reception was terrible you could not watch as nothing.

it was a smooth check-in The hotel felt fresh, new and contemporary. The room has abundance of USB ports and USB-C charging options which was a real bonus, eliminating the need for adapters. While not in the heart of the city, the hotel's location near the train station allowed for easy access to all Sydney's sights. However, there were a couple of drawbacks: The shower's tendency to flood the bathroom floor was a major inconvenience. Frequent towel adjustments were required to avoid a watery situation, something the hotel should definitely address. Traffic noise: As the hotel is located near a major street, traffic noise was noticeable, particularly in quieter moments. If you're a light sleeper, this might be something to consider. Overall, my stay at the Royal Pacific Hotel was positive, with its modern amenities and convenient location outweighing the minor inconveniences. I would recommend it to travelers who prioritize a trendy atmosphere and easy access to public transportation

Unfortunately the TV was not working properly on channels 7,9,10,2. the shower was hard to regulate. Other than that it was what we wanted and slept well.

Nice big rooms, couldn't make TV work but had wifi, needed it for work reasons, doing training, great location.

The room was good, quite clean, and well appointed. The view out to the West was lovely, BUT, the mechanical and high pitched whining noise that appeared to be coming from the roof was so bad that it was impossible to sleep. Even turning the television up to 15 didn't drown it out.

location is good Internet is woeful, kept dropping out, lights and tv did not work. fridge freezer did not freeze

Highly recommend!! We got there early & were given a different room that we could access straightaway which was great. The lady on reception was very friendly & also accommodated my request for a late checkout as I was running City2surf. They even extended it a bit further so that I could have a hot shower after the race. The staff were all lovely & very friendly. Easy to find being located on the Pacific highway & only a 10min walk to Artarmon station then less than 20mins to the cbd. Would definitely stay here again 🙂

A receptionist was very friendly n helpful. So is a night manager. He ensured he was reachable if needed.

I chose this hotel as I wanted to be close to Lane Cove. My room was comfy and clean. A problem with the tv was attended to promptly. Staff were friendly and helpful. Transport to the city first class. A disappointment that no dinners were served only breakfast however the close proximity to Lane Cove solved this issue.

Good... - Property was clean. - Reservation was simple. - Management were contactable when an issue arose. - Parking area is lit up over night. Bad... - No hot water (freezing cold night and my wife and I had just arrived after an 8hr trip from out west) - Only one bath towel. - Management contacted about hot water and responded that it was an ongoing issue, and I might have to wait a few hours for it to warm up. - Management did not resolve the hot water issue and did not offer any discount or compensation.

The staff were nice especially when we went back as we forgot something. They kept what we left in place and was able to retrieve it with do dramas. The place has been so convenient for us and accessible via train/bus.

A short walk to the Great Northern Hotel for an excellent meal. Also not far from Artarmon Station and a short train ride into the Sydney CBD.

Well priced, good position for our purposes, large comfortable quiet room with good bathroom, and nicely positioned for walking to a great shopping strip with excellent restaurants and cafes.

Their website needs to be updated re restaurant hours. It states it is open 4 nights per week but upon arrival it is not open at all. The alternative offered was the Hotel 1 km up the road. I have mobility problems so that was not an option for me. Also I do not go out of a night as I am elderly. The room had been refurbished and was very comfortable except the first morning the bathroom flooded.

Comfortable room. Staff did not speak to us at all. We weren't told dinning room was closed so no food. Had to settle for walking to get take away after being out all day, where we could have had a meal. Noes on front door are an indication of how this facility is run, minimum staff. Sign says door lockex at 20pm, but was locked at 4pm.

Rooms were clean and renovated nicely. Breakfast was reasonably priced but very basic.
