Amanthos Living Zürich Airport

Check in process is very difficult! The listing says it it staffed after 3 or 4 pm but it is not! If we hadn't talked with someone staying there and used their phone to call the number for help, we would not have been able to check in. They were suppose to provide a door code for the apartment via email, we never got it. Also, you need a code to the outside door and again, we did not get it. There were no instructions on how to use the microwave and we could not get it to work. The room, bed and everything else was good. Close to bus stop and a couple of restaurants nearby and small convenience store.

Bathroom was a little dusty, like the sink and counter hadnt been cleaned in a while. I had difficulty getting into the building through the main door, but the app worked to open the back door. Bed was comfortable. Location was good. Instructions for coffee machine would have been nice to have.

Plenty of space and the bedroom was relaxing. Kitchen was equipped and location was convenient for the airport.

Room was not made (dirty bed sheets mess, dirty towels). As there is no reception, and phone number provided didn't work, took 2 hours to get a hold of somebody. As I only stayed for an overnight layover, it ruined my trip to Zurich. On the other hand, property was nice, bed was comfy and pillows were amazing. Short bus ride to the airport, and 3 stops using S7 train to city center.
