Vi var svært fornøyde med alt. Fint interiør, nydelig hage og strand. Prøvde treningsrom som var ganske bra, ikke veldig stor (to tredemøller, elipsemaskiner og sykler, kabelmaskin, benk, manualer og rom for trening på matte. Veldig fin tennisbane (malt asfalt). Vårt rom var helt øverst i komplekset, det var lang vei til stranda, mange trapper, men man kan bli kjørt. Vi ble overrasket at rommet hadde dør til naborommet (connecting dor), vi kunne høre lyder når detvar støy/høye lyder fra det andre rommet.

Prøvde treningsrom som var ganske bra, ikke veldig stor (to tredemøller, elipsemaskiner og sykler, kabelmaskin, benk, manualer og rom for trening på matte. Veldig fin tennisbane (malt asfalt). The hotel is really old and both pools can not really be used by children, because of sharp stones. The water is also more brown inside the pool and looks not inviting. The sunbeds are partly broken. The kids club is dangerous for kids, because of stones and so many broken toys.The whole hotel and rooms are old and not at all stylish or appealing. To me it looks like a 3 stars hotel. Considering other hotels in Thailand, it is really below the standard. I would have not expected that from a Sheraton hotel.

Our room was close to the lobby and therefore further from the beach - the hotel provided constant buggy service to take guests to and from the beach from that part of the hotel. The beach was absolutely beautiful, with very few people around. The beach pool was great, and the beach bar and restaurant very pleasant. All staff were very helpful and friendly.

Beautiful beachfront property with excellent breakfast - not to be missed. Staff are very nice and the service was impeccable. The property is in great condition and Sheraton standards are upheld well. Beach was clean and the clear water in the ocean stretched for miles. Vegetarian food was delicious with a good variety. Kids club had activities to keep the little ones busy. Calling the buggy to move around the property can take some time and needs patience. Only recommendation is that the main swimming pool near the beach should get proper tiles because the stones used in the pool hurt the soles after several hours of swimming and those not careful can get scraped on the legs really bad due to sloping sides in the pool.

Hotel needs a significant update. The general layout doesn’t work and the rooms need a significant renovation. Most of the staff are fantastic. The beach is amazing, the pools not so good, with some strange sharp pebble dash slabs around each pool, making it dangerous to get in and out of the pool. Check-in was very slow. Food was good, but spend your money elsewhere, this is the worst Marriott Bonvoy we have stopped at.

We had an absolutely beautiful stay in the Sheraton Samui Resort, it is just 20 minutes from the Airport and lots of Restaurants , Shops and Massage Parlours. The resort is build on multilevel with two very nice pools, the second pool is by the beach. The breakfast comes in a buffet and let no questions open, you find all kind of food. Amazing. Our room was spacious with a nice balcony to the sea.

We stayed for 4 nights. The overall experience was average. Although the property is located at a good location with easy access to the beach, the service was very inconsistent. There were limited dining options and often the food served was cold and.not upto the standards. Although the staff was very friendly, once can see that they were under staffed and not very well trained. The room cleanliness was also below par.

Unfortunately, our stay was negatively affected by a serious issue with cleanliness , we discovered cockroaches in our room. This was deeply unsettling and clearly not what one would expect from a five-star resort. While the staff acknowledged the problem and offered us a coconut as compensation (yes, it’s true) the overall handling of the situation felt unprofessional and uncertain. There was a lack of clear communication, and no real reassurance or follow-up was provided to make us feel comfortable or confident that the issue had been properly addressed. For a resort of this caliber, we had much higher expectations regarding both hygiene and service. The incident significantly impacted our experience.

This accommodation was from July 29-4, 2025 and was very impressed and planned to come back again if I return to Thailand because the staff provided excellent service. Our room was very clean. We booked a family room to see and liked it very much. The water flowed strongly and was very satisfying. The system was good and useful in many ways. It was very delicious. Thank you to Brother Tom for welcoming our family. Finally, for searching for a room that was close to nature and supporting us to recommend Sheraton Samui. It was very complete. excellent.

Really lovely overall. I went with my 5 and 10 year old children and they loved it. The staff were incredible. I always notice the smallest of details and rated their cleanliness as 4 stars but overall still a great place.

Hyggelig personale som hele tiden passer på at vi har det vi trenger! God mat, veldig bra frokost! Vi kommer gjerne tilbake hit. Vi hadde håpet å få byttet sengetøy en gang på de åtte nettene, men de redde opp sengene, skiftet ikke. Ellers helt supert!

Our room (no 201, close to the pool and beach) was very dated, dark, with very low ceiling, long and narrow; very loud A/C; the electric outlets were so old, that it was difficult to plug in the power converters. In terms of billing - frustrated that the deposit refund will take 3-4 weeks; plus the receptionist told us the bar and rest bill would be deducted from the deposit, instead our VISA was charged; will give the receptionist the benefit of doubt, maybe something was lost in translation. Overall the staff was very helpful, especially the buggy cart drivers and waiters.

Believe the reviews!! This place is not what it appears to be. The property has so much potential but it has clearly been let go for many years. The positives: - Gardens are nice and well-kept. - Food is nice at the restaurant(s). - Nice beachfront location with plenty of chairs available. The negatives: - The check-in agent immediately advised us that we should have booked through them directly and not through Expedia (I thought this was very inappropriate). - Rooms situated close to the road are super noisy as it's next to the highway and you can hear cars/motorcycles accelerating up the hill all night. - Air-conditioning is noisy and needs to be replaced - Rooms are scuffed and worn, need a complete renovation/repaint. - The 'Mediterranean' style of the external buildings does not suit the area and makes the buildings look dirty/run down from the outside. - The Pools are okay, but there is no 'wow' factor like a swim up bar. The pool close to the ocean needs to be bigger/deeper etc. I booked a 5 star hotel expecting an amazing experience for our honeymoon (as the professional pictures depict). Wee requested to be moved to a quieter room, so they moved us to a much better room in a quieter part of the resort. Still, most of the negative factors remained. So we ended up leaving halfway through, forfeiting half of our already paid room with no refund. We cut our losses and moved to a much better 5 star resort.

The pool close to the ocean needs to be bigger/deeper etc. I booked a 5 star hotel expecting an amazing experience for our honeymoon (as the professional pictures depict). Wee requested to be moved to a quieter room, so they moved us to a much better room in a quieter part of the resort. Still, most of the negative factors remained. So we ended up leaving halfway through, forfeiting half of our already paid room with no refund. We cut our losses and moved to a much better 5 star resort.

We had an absolutely beautiful stay in the Sheraton Samui Resort, it is just 20 minutes from the Airport and lots of Restaurants , Shops and Massage Parlours. The resort is build on multilevel with two very nice pools, the second pool is by the beach. The breakfast comes in a buffet and let no questions open, you find all kind of food. Amazing. Our room was spacious with a nice balcony to the sea.

Our room (no 201, close to the pool and beach) was very dated, dark, with very low ceiling, long and narrow; very loud A/C; the electric outlets were so old, that it was difficult to plug in the power converters. In terms of billing - frustrated that the deposit refund will take 3-4 weeks; plus the receptionist told us the bar and rest bill would be deducted from the deposit, instead our VISA was charged; will give the receptionist the benefit of doubt, maybe something was lost in translation. Overall the staff was very helpful, especially the buggy cart drivers and waiters.

All the staff at this property are very respectful and helpful. Although built on a hillside, transport is immediately available via golf buggy if required. The choice at breakfast is amazing and caters for all nationalities. The areas are clean and well cared for, although our room was in need of a small amount of maintenance which cannot be avoided with continuous use. The issue we had with the room was rectified within 30 minutes of being reported. Well done to everyone at the resort, we will be returning in 2025.

Vi hadde et veldig fint opphold på Sheraton Samui. Rolig beliggenhet litt unna Chaweng, flott hotell med veldig fin strand og svært god service. Vi bodde i hovedbygningen, så litt å gå ned til stranda. Vi benyttet oss også av treningsrommet som var helt fint for et hotellgym, maten i strandbaren og frokosten var også veldig bra. De ansatte var hyggelige og behjelpelige med å booke taxi etc. Alt i alt et bra opphold.

The resort has direct access to Chaweng Noi beach which was at the time of my visit in July very empty and quiet. The beach is just paradise, but so is resort as well. Delicious food, perfect service and friendly staff. Only downside is that the neighborhood is not very central, so nothing much to do and see outside of the resort. There are some dining places and a 7-11 located along a busy road which is challenging to cross. But if you want to just relax and stay on the beach for a whole week like I did, it’s great. The resort also offers tours for outdoor activities and rents out scooters or cars as well, if you want to get out.

Had a family of 5 vacationing. The kids had great time at the beach, be it on the kayaks or sups. The beach paid activities were great too (jet skis). 4 minute walk to 7-11, pharmacy, small restaurants and more. Water main broke once, but staff were on top of things and provided alternatives for the 4 hours there was no water, so we didn’t feel a thing. Food was good including the breakfast buffet. Staff were amazing, always happy to help and appear immediately when called.

We stayed for 4 nights. The overall experience was average. Although the property is located at a good location with easy access to the beach, the service was very inconsistent. There were limited dining options and often the food served was cold and.not upto the standards. Although the staff was very friendly, once can see that they were under staffed and not very well trained. The room cleanliness was also below par.

We liked the morning walk to breakfast up through the forest canopy and past the pools of colourful carp. Breakfast was always delicious and lots of food options. The pools were wonderful and relaxing as were the walks along the beach and the swims in the sea. At night we tried both restaurants and were impressed with every tasty item we ordered. The beds were very comfy and we slept very well. Such a great experience.

The property is in great condition and Sheraton standards are upheld well. Beach was clean and the clear water in the ocean stretched for miles. Vegetarian food was delicious with a good variety. Kids club had activities to keep the little ones busy. Calling the buggy to move around the property can take some time and needs patience. Only recommendation is that the main swimming pool near the beach should get proper tiles because the stones used in the pool hurt the soles after several hours of swimming and those not careful can get scraped on the legs really bad due to sloping sides in the pool.

It was an amazing stay, very family friendly. We stayed for 14 nights with our family and we had only positive experiences in the hotel. We loved the beach, pool, food at Blue Monkey and all the staff were wonderful.
