Did not stay for breakfast. Had to catch early flight. Reception was very clean and very comfortable sofas. They had water and water with lemon flavored along with fresh apples for guests. Hotel Porter was very helpful and was available to help guests as they entered Tivoli. Room was very clean and had complimentary water bottle, Inside pool was well kept however the hot tub water temperature was cold. Would definitely stay there again.

I was expecting a different experience at this hotel. We had a long wait to check in and our room was not ready. We then waited a long time for someone to take our luggage to store. The gym and pool way finding was confusing and poorly marked. The gym had icky lighting and stale air. The room was nice but very compact with a small window and a nice view. The best thing was the bed, which was comfortable.

Great stay located by food, aquarium and air port. Families please be aware of the underground parking with your children. Old Diesel vehicles were parked here (their club members we were told) at our visit and set the carbon monoxide off in the parking multiple times. Was very scary given the smell, and getting dizzy unloading our vehicle and finding the elevator with alarms going off.

Klasse Zimmer, genügend Platz für 3 Personen, Frühstück hervorragend, wir sind am letzten Tag sehr früh abgereist und haben das Frühstück zum Mitnehmen bekommen. Das Schwimmbad bleibt etwas hinter der restlichen Qualität des Hotels zurück. Ansonsten abee definitiv zu empfehlen, auch wegen der guten Anbindung an Stadt und Flughafen

We only spent a night at this hotel as we arrived late and left early for an early flight. We didn't have a chance to check out the surrounding area. The breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel is clean in general but we found a small cockroach in the room. The staff apologized for it.

Hôtel bien situé au centre-ville. Très bel accueil, malgré le long temps d’attente. Par contre, nous avons mal dormi car il y a eu du bruit toute la nuit à l’étage au-dessus de notre chambre (des pas et claquements de porte). Forte odeur de cigarette dans notre chambre qui semble avoir tenté d’être camouflé à l’aide d’un parfum d’ambiance. Dans la salle de bain, il y avait une odeur de drain (eau usée stagnante) car le drain du lavabo et celui de la douche était bouché. D’ailleurs, il y avait présence de moisissure rose sur le joint de la douche. Le tapis des chambres étaient extrêmement sales, donc nous avons dû garder nos chaussures dans nos pieds. Lors de notre départ, nous avons trouvé un cafard vivant sur le plancher de la réception. Signe que l’endroit n’est pas salubre. Nous ne reviendrons pas à cet hôtel.

O café da manhã começa apenas às 06h30, então é um ponto a ser considerado se você precisa pegar voo bem cedo. O aeroporto é próximo, 10 minutos de carro.

I upgraded to a higher quality room which was very spacious and comfortable. Room had a very nice view (although windows are dirty + don't open). Temp control was easy to manage. Amenities were well-stocked. Breakfast bar each morning was very extensive and has something for everyone.

No extra blankets - sofa bed made without a blanket so we had to go out of our way to ask for another blanket. Light was hanging out of the ceiling. Bathroom vanity mirror wasn't working. No TV streaming options. The sofa bed is right underneath the TV so the noise is loud if TV is on. Cramped, no dresser to put clothes in, TINY lobby with NO SEATING. If you want the charm of Lisbon, stay further into the city. This hotel did not have any charm, felt soulless and put together at the last minute.

Quarto muito confortável, tive a sorte de ficar no último andar com vista para o rio. O espaço do quarto é ótimo, os produtos de banho são de alta qualidade e o café da manhã realmente surpreendeu. A equipe é muito educada e prestativa. O único ponto negativo foi o sinal do Wi-Fi. Não sei se pela localização do meu quarto, mas o sinal era extremamente fraco, e eu precisava trabalhar durante a estadia. No mais, tudo foi incrível.

This lobby is under renovation, and the rooms are small and a bit dated. Also, it's very near a train station, which is convenient but you can hear the trains. The breakfast was expensive - so we just walked down the street to a (great) pastry shop. There's a really nice pool area and you can walk to the river and Lisbon Marine Museum. It is listed as near the airport - but it's quite far. Hope this helps!

A full-service hotel with professional staff in the congress centre area of Lisbon, near the exposition centre, oceanarium and the beautiful Vasco da Gama shopping mall. Across the street from the Oriente train and subway stations and a local and regional bus hub. The pool and spa area is smallish but clean and restful. We enjoyed the rooftop "Sky" bar and restaurant, with its beautiful tapas menu, excellent mocktails, and superb view of the Bay, cable cars, and Vasco da Gama Bridge. Our room was well appointed and comfortable. Limited English-language TV stations but there were a few movie options. We faced the train tracks but the soundproofing is superb and this light sleeper had no problems. The breakfast buffet is expensive at €21 p.p. but is one of the best I've experienced, with beautiful and extensive selections for every appetite and cheerful, attentive service. Overall, very good value for money and a sure bet.

O hotel é fantástico. Atendimento SENSACIONAL. O melhor atendimento que já tive em um hotel fora do Brasil. Na primeira noite tive um problema com o ar-condicionado e logo no dia seguinte resolveram me oferecendo um upgrade de quarto por conta do ocorrido. O hotel superou as expectativas.

Our room was very comfortable and well-stocked. The whole hotel was clean and well-organized. We stopped by the front desk at about 10:30 pm and said we'd need an extra towel for the morning, and they delivered it right away. All the dining establishments at the hotel were full, but the maitre d of one of them guided us to an area where there were more restaurants.

As a 5star hotel we were expecting more in terms of service. we came back from a tour but came back with rm keys not working. It was very uncomfortable because my husband really needed the bathroom and I had to go down from the 12th floor to the lobby to complain about the key. The hotel as a whole is great. Staff was a mix option. There were some staff that were very attentive and well spoken. However, there were also some staff that felt they worked at such a prestigious hotel, that they had to talk down on you when you are the guest who actually paid to stay at the property. I felt some of the staff were extremely rude with this kind of attitude. Regardless of the hotel or brand, looking after your guests should be the first thing. Not talking down on them when a simple question is asked.

The hotel staff went above and beyond here! We mentioned that we were expecting the airline to deliver our lost baggage and we were on a bit of a timeline to receive it. The front desk staff member took the initiative and called the delivery company and arranged it to be dropped off significantly earlier than usual which saved the day for us!! Beautiful hotel, loved the pool, and VERY eco friendly! Excellent experience and would stay there again. Very close to the airport, but we didn't hear any planes landing or have any disruption to our sleep.

We at first had a room that didn’t meet our expectations but Manuel, who checked us in, took fabulous care of us and moved us to a wonderful room. Very impressed with the service and attention to customers. The buffer breakfast was also spectacular with options even for us gluten free diners. The hotel is very well located next to train, airport and walking distance to a shopping mall.

We were going to a OneRepublic concert at the MEO Arena and we picked the Tivoli Oriente hotel because it was very close by. Parking was super easy (a first for us in Lisbon), room was very comfortable and the area was really interesting. We visited the aquarium, did long walks along the Tejo river, shopped at Vasco da Gama and had some great meals.

The staff is great and welcoming. The location is perfect it's near the airport and if you want to take the metro, grab a cab or a train to another part of the country it's only a few minutes away. The room was clean and recent there's a pool, a gym a rooftop restaurant bar and breakfast is worth it!

I chose the TiVoli Oriente because of its location beside the Oriente train station. The hotel was beautiful and very accommodating when I had to add an extra night due to an airline strike. Located in the Hop On Hop Off bus route and close to the aquarium. Would highly recommend. A 10 min walk from the hotel was the 50’s diner with amazing food.

This hotel is directly across the street from the Oriente train and metro station. It is also diagonally across the street from the Vasco da Gama Shopping Mall, and a short walk from the Tagus River at Parque das Nacoes. Very convenient to everything.

Breakfast was included and it was excellent. The location is great as it is walkable to the Oriente train station and close to the airport. It is somewhat distant from the historic downtown but the surrounding area offers an experience with modern city of Lisbon.

Tivoli Oriente Lisboa Hotel is close to the train station which is so awesome! Restaurant named Patio is nearby-traditional Portuguese food, you have to try it. Be aware that many restaurants close on Sundays. For $180 per night, breakfast was not included- unexpected. We had stomach issues after having had the scrambled eggs with bacon and peppers. Breakfast options are okay. The room we stayed in also didn't have mini fridge and microwave.

We couldn’t have been more impressed with this hotel. It was the most beautiful hotel with the most wonderful and up-to-date rooms. The washrooms were wonderful and the shower was exceptional. The best part about this hotel was the location and the friendly staff. I will also say the breakfast is better than any five or six star restaurant buffet I have ever been to. The options available were phenomenal.

Terrific value. Upscale vibe, nicely maintained rooms, friendly and efficient service. Hotel provides complimentary coffee juice and pastries in the lobby starting at 4 am! Totally exceeded my expectations based on the affordable price paid. Right across from Oriente train station and less than 10€ taxi to airport.

Great location if you want to be near the train station or the airport, perfect spot for just an overnight stay in Lisbon. Overall the staff were excellent. The property is in a very good location near tourist attractions and the shopping centre is near by and the train station. The Oliver restaurant is good, however very expensive compared to the shopping centre. Personally I would stick to the shopping centre for meals and just a one off dine at the Oliver restaurant if you want to save money. The only negative about this property are the lifts, especially in the morning breakfast times and when customers are checking out. There are huge queues and waiting time for the only 3 lifts. The lifts are small and it takes ages just to get to the lobby from the floors above and vice versa. At times the middle lift gets locked out by staff due to services which causes more crowds for the lifts. I am guessing the highest floor you are at, the more chance you have for an empty lift going down. My opinion is that either new lifts should be invested in or the current lifts should be modified to be a little quicker.

I wanted to say that our stay was fantastic. The staff went above and beyond. It was my daughter’s Birthday and they couldn’t have been more accommodating. We had dinner at the Portuguese restaurant and the food and staff were amazing! We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Lisbon.
