Loved the roof terrace and pool with the fantastic view over the city; a great setting to relax after exploring the city on a hot day. Perfect location. Friendly, helpful staff. Our room was a little tired, the decor could do with some TLC, but it was clean and comfortable so didn’t detract from our stay. Would stay here again.

The breakfast team are efficient but the dining room is a little small for the size of hotel. Great location for the city with lots to do and see within a short distance. Best : Location! Great location within walking distance to all major sights, and train station. Worst : Room was very mouldy smelling even with ac on. Clothes were all damp. Central location but there is basically no air conditioning, only heating, which makes the lodging very hot, over 25 dec C, in spite of relatively mild outside temperatures (15 deg C) and eventhough the system is turned off. The room windows open, which helps bring down the inside temperature, but this is unbearable overnight because of street noises.

It was our second stay here. The apartment had everything I needed, and the cleaning staff was helpful when I needed fresh towels, etc. It’s not high tech like other hotels, but I like it that way. The air conditioning doesn’t work well, and the room gets uncomfortable, but I could withstand it because of good things. The front staff is easy to communicate with, and especially Luigi and another gentleman were very kind to give me the discontinued hotel soap and lotion that I really liked.

The room was outdated with leaky toilets, strong odor from carpet which was exacerbated by the carpet freshener used to hide the smell. Just replacing the carpets with wooden or laminate flooring would significantly improve the stay. I was booked for 5 day stay and struggle to make it to day 3 before moving to another hotel. The smell just never made you feel clean. We are family of 4 with 2 children (4 and 8). It smell is hard if you have asthma or other respiratory issues. Young kids also seem to be sensitive. The sofa bed was not comfortable. It felt like spring pressed against your back and the couch itself had a strong odor. The staff and the location of the hotel is great. Staff and location are a 4 star. The room is like 1 star. If the rooms were updated to basics but modern, this place would be fantastic. Please consider updating the room, especially replacing the carpets for some durable easy to clean laminate flooring. You will save of cleaning supplies and change or did those leaky toilets. The company is probably wasting money on inflated water usage because of those toilets. I have seen 2 rooms with the same issue and I am sure there may be many others.

I stated for 3 nights from the 5 December 2024 and had an awful experience. I requested a double bed and paid extra as part of my booking to then be provided with 2 single beds on arrival. I then spoke to reception and the only room with a double had a damp problem. Reception said no other rooms were available but I had friends arriving the next day. They were provided with double beds and when I raised this with reception they were able to provide another room to me but couldn't tell me why it wasn't available before my friends arrived. They rejected my refund request and made my trip difficult for no reason. I spoke to 3 different members of staff in reception and they were unwilling to help. My trip to Lisbon was good overall but this hotel was the only negative experience. Having this problem which was not dealt with appropriately meant I was not comfortable raising any other issue which may have arisen during my stay. Although they upgraded me nothing further was provided for the inconvenience and staff were avoidant the rest of the trip

Location could not be better. Walkable to the river, castle and variety of restaurants and shopping. The property is in disrepair . Bathroom showers and tubs were not up to standard. The attached kitchen was a good idea but unusable. No ironing board but brought in when asked for. Should be equipped in this day and age with it. My biggest peeve was the coffee refills. They say you can buy but not clear where; so waking up every morning without coffee or tea was a complete dampener. Some staff eg Jimmy was nice but most front office staff were not friendly or helpful. Housekeeping was excellent.They made it comfortable with all the limitations and really took care to ensure cleanliness and comfort.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war top, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten waren fußläufig erreichbar, Busanbindungen direkt vor der Tür. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, fleckige Teppiche und alte Türen/Mobiliar, Küche müssten ausgetauscht werden. Die Dachterrasse mit dem kleinen Pool und dem Blick auf einen Teil der Altstadt ist das Highlight. Der Service und die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist toll. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen, jedoch hätten wir uns am dritten Tag gerne etwas Abwechslung gewünscht. Der Frühstücksraum ist beengt und bietet nicht ausreichend Platz für alle Gäste. Mit ein paar Abstrichen würde ich das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Gostaria apenas de deixar duas sugestões construtivas que, na minha percepção como hóspede, poderiam elevar ainda mais a experiência: Fornecimento e reposição de água no frigobar Considero que a disponibilização de garrafas de água no frigobar, com reposição regular ou a um preço mais acessível, seria um diferencial simples, de baixo impacto para o hotel, mas de grande valor para o conforto dos hóspedes. Aproveitamento da área do terraço no inverno Estive na área do terraço e percebi que, devido ao frio intenso, muitos hóspedes acabam não permanecendo no local. Trata-se de um espaço belíssimo, com uma vista excepcional de Lisboa. Talvez a criação de opções específicas para o inverno — como bebidas quentes, mantas, aquecedores externos ou um menu sazonal — pudesse tornar o ambiente mais convidativo e atrair mais hóspedes para esse espaço tão especial aumentando o consumo de outras opçoes de bebidas e consumiveis no local. Reforço meus elogios ao hotel e agradeço a atenção. Certamente recomendarei o VIP Executive Eden Aparthotel e terei prazer em retornar em futuras visitas a Lisboa. The beds were very comfortable and the housekeeping was first class. The pool was fine and a welcome place on a warm afternoon. The terrace bar was small but well run. There were a few friendly barmen there who looked after us very well. Denner especially did so. Introducing me to a local cocktail and putting pink peppercorns in a g&t. The man’s an asset to the business. Breakfast was decent. Good range of fruit, pastries, breads and cereals. Limited cooked items but the coffee was really good. The breakfast team are efficient but the dining room is a little small for the size of hotel. Great location for the city with lots to do and see within a short distance. Would happily stay there again.
