It was handily placed just off one of the main roads in Lisbon. Unfortunately some work was being done on the roof of the building which meant noise from 8am. The building next door was also being worked on. The staff were very helpful. The bathroom shower was badly designed making it difficult to get in and out of.

The hotel is good location around 15 min walk downtown. The staff are so friendly and very nice. There is a lovely sushi restaurant attached to the hotel. Only negative the spa is next door hotel and there is no indoor pool only a sauna. Which we was a little disappointed with the rest is fab

Clean, nice hotel with amenities like a pool and gym right in the heart of Lisbon for convenient walking access to tons of sights, shops, and restaurants. Felt very safe at both the property and navigating through the surrounding area. Really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it!

Great location within convenient access to everything we wanted to do. We experienced professional, friendly and helpful staff. Our room was very small but had everything we needed, plenty of charging points for electric gadgets, reading lamps, a desk and well lit. The dining area is beautifully designed and clean. The only negative was there was no direct access to the swimming pool it is outside, through the carpark and then up 2 flights of steps. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

Great hotel and the staff in particular were very attentive. Was a bit put off at first by the lack of hotel bar but the shared pool area is excellent - and the food and service excellent there. Great location and lovely big room with balcony and superb AC.

Superbe Hôtel!! Très bien situé pour visiter !à 10 minutes de marche du centro avec les attraits touristiques et beaucoup de restaurants et de la belle avenue Liberdade avec ses beaux arbres ! Avec un balcon agréable, le personnel très gentil, chambre très propre ! Et une magnifique piscine privée et animée de musique en fin de journée avec un bar! Très recommandé car nous avons adoré notre séjour !

The hotel is situated in a fantastic area, with a lovely walk down to the water. There are lots of restaurants and cafes around the area. Its very close to the metro and bus links. Word of warning, as the pool is shared with another hotel, you cant charge anything to your room. Its cash or card payment.

The personnel was very friendly and helpful, the hotel room was very clean, and the maid service was excellent. The restaurant was sushi, which was delicious but that’s just a one time visit. It did not have a variety of other foods. Along with breakfast, not opening till 830 and we were not able to take a vantage of that because we had tours. we did get a bag breakfast, which was not very good. Highly disappointed for a four-star hotel.

Grande chambre en étage élevé. Une rénovation partielle a manifestement été faite, mais on a tenté de faire du neuf avec du vieux. Les sols et les murs sont en bon état, la literie est plutôt correcte. Mais ici, un morceau de placard encastré dont l'aménagement en contreplaqué est hors d'âge et en mauvais état, sans portes (dont on a retiré les portes coulissantes), comportant un meuble à tiroir tout vieux et ultra cheap, complètement hors de propos. En salle d'eau, l'aération ne fonctionne pas, ça reste humide, il flotte une vague odeur de moisi. La propreté et le nettoyage sont moyens, les poubelles ne sont vidées que de temps en temps. Assez silencieux pour l'extérieur, mais assez bruyant concernant le couloir et les autres chambres. La vue est sur un parking sans intérêt Pas de bar dans l'hôtel, on s'attend à ce que vous alliez dans l'hôtel d'à côté si vous voulez prendre un café ou un verre. Le wifi est scandaleusement lent. Finalement, cher pour un résultat pas terrible.

Hotel is not 4 star, stayed at other 4* and definitely more luxurious. No robes, slippers supplied. Hotel is extremely tired looking and worn out. Funny smell in room. Strange design in shower room which when you closed the door the water leaks onto the floor. House keeping still hadn’t cleaned the room by 17.30. We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this hotel. The room was spacious and cool with a very comfortable bed. Facilities within the room and bathroom were excellent - coffee maker, minibar, quality toiletries, robe and slippers, etc. We loved the thoughtful arrival gift of Port and Pasteis del Nata. All staff were friendly and attentive including reception, poolside and the room attendants. The location is perfect - easy to walk to major attractions or to catch the Metro. We also found numerous good cafes and restaurants nearby. We hope to return soon. Many thanks.

Great location, the property itself is nice, the gym and lobby. The rooms are a little run down, peeling paint, and show a lot of wear and tear. Feels a little dingy. The showers are very small like a small closet. I would not choose to stay here again but it is ok.

Schönes Hotel, etwas zurückgesetzt nicht direkt an der Hauptstraße gelegen und daher ruhig. Leider hatten wir den Balkon zum Parkplatz und daher keine so schöne Sicht. Schwimmbad und Rooftop-Bar befinden sich im Ricoli-Hotel.

If you plan to stay at this property, I highly recommend requesting a renovated room, those are well-maintained and comfortable. In contrast, the unrenovated rooms, in my opinion, fall below the standard that should be offered to guests. That said, the hotel staff were excellent and they tried to address the issue, and eventually moved us into renovated rooms. It did take a full day to sort out, especially since we had booked two adjoining rooms for our family, but their efforts to resolve the situation were much appreciated. The location is good.

Nice design of the bathroom but not convenient for taking a shower...half glass wall cannot stop water spraying all over the floor. Buffet breakfast is just fine...nothing special, decent selection of food. Rooms small, even if you get an upgrade. Good size balcony. Relaxed and slow service, but very helpful and nice staff.

We're a family of 5, upon arrival with 7 pieces of luggage at 11PM, there was no Bellman to help! please remember this is a 4 star at 215 Euros ( ) a night... not only that, the poor José was the only staff downstairs for the night! unbelivable! he was great by the way.... arriving at the rooms was like entering smoking friendly hostel... Altough Diego, the manager was very kind the next day, the property is not suited for Vacations/holidays and certanly not even a 3 star hotel.

Great choice, hotel and location, we had an issue checking in, we could not understand why we were kept till 3PM sharp before we were given the room keys, when evidently the rooms were cleaned way earlier. We came back at 2, asked if rooms are ready and we were told to wait, which we did in the hotel lobby ltself in front of the eyes of three staff memebers behind the desk, who were chatting between each other not caring about killing our afternoon [one out of the two afternoons we were in Lisbon for]. I had to go ask again at 3 to find out that the keys were ready for pick up. I also need to note that we arrived at the at 1130AM fully aware that the rooms might not be ready, we checked in, got told to go the swimming pool thinking that the wait would have been less than an hour, i was also asked for my phone number just in case the rooms are ready, abviously we were not called nor got any texts. The rooms were great, very clean amd comfortable, a great choice hotel as long as the check in process is overcome.

Hotellt ligger på en perfekt plats, tyst och lugnt. Men ändå 120m från paradgatan. Helt enkelt ett perfekt ställe att utgår från när man ksa utforska staden. Personalen var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam. Rummet perfekt vi hade en extra säng i rummet. Frukost mycket bra och stort urval. Stort urval av färska frukter. I hotellet ligger en häftig restaurang, med goda drinkar.

Excellent location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Diego- Guest relations provided excellent tips and guidance. The breakfast had many optioms to meet different dietaary needs. Very close to the Avenida metro station. Located at the center of the Avenida da Liberdade street. We walked to Baixa Chiado, Rossi station and many other parts of the city. Excellent plant based options nearby ( Honest greens)

Hotel muito bem localizado, muito limpo e organizado. Roupas de cama e banho excelentes, funcionários, todos, muito educados e cordiais. Venus pour courir le semi-marathon, nous nous sommes vus indiquer que le petit-déjeuner était servi à partir de 8h et pas avant donc même s'il a été payé, impossible de prendre le petit-déjeuner. D'autres clients étaient dans la même situation que nous et étaient très mécontents. 3 repas payés non utilisés... Je cours dans toute l'Europe et c'est la première fois que je vois ça. Les draps dans un des lits étaient craqués et il a été nécessaire de faire couler deux fois l'eau dans la baignoire puisqu'elle était jaune-marron la première fois. Pas non plus possible de conserver une des deux chambres que nous avions réservées pour nous doucher après la course même en payant un supplément. On a juste eu droit de laisser nos sacs et de nous nettoyer dans les toilettes de l'hôte en les récupérant. C'est pour ça que je ne mets pas 0 étoile.

Hotel muito bem localizado, equipe atenciosa e simpática, ótimo café da manhã em ambiente bonito, onde é destaque de dia e a noite o restaurante japonês Yakusa by Olivier! A pequena dimensão do quarto e a obra que havia no elevador foi suprida por tudo isso, além da decoração de muito bom gosto, mimos de água e chás e boa limpeza! Voltarei com certeza!

Potrebbe migliorare.. il luogo dove si svolge il servizio collazione al mattino si sente ancora un forte odore di pesce.. (ristorante Japonese) e il servizio per un 4 stelle il cameriere dovrebbe servirti il caffè/te a tavola. la quantità dei camerieri dovrebbe essere superiore visto afflusso poiché spesso i tavoli sono ancora da pulìre. La pulizia del/Ei tavoli sarebbe bello vedere. Speravo non semplice set ma tovaglia..
