The room was clean but quite an unusual shape that made storing two suitcases quite difficult. The bathroom was well appointed but the shower was on the small side. There was always plenty hot water. The position of the hotel was fantastic for the main railway station. There were no obvious bar facilities in the hotel but plenty restaurants close by.

This hotel was as pictured, rooms were clean, neat and well appointed. Bed and pillows were comfortable and fresh. There was an opening window which is always nice for fresh air. Reception staff were helpful, check in was easy. Parking was tricky, either on the street (fees) or there was an underground parking area (larger fees).

The hotel was very close to Roma Termini for easy transport around the city. We did not need parking, but I could see that parking would be an issue if you were staying here with a rental car. The breakfast in the morning was great for the price and the staff was very friendly. The room and bathroom was very clean and spacious, it was perfect for my family of four. They also gave a wonderful printout of places to see with directions included! Very helpful Would stay here again!

The property is well located near the Termini train station so easy to get to from the airport (40 mins door to door). Being set one street back the area is quiet and has a few restaurants within a short walk. For a 3 star hotel it’s well appointed and has a decent breakfast offering and a little bar. Staff were friendly and helpful - everything you need for a stay in Roma

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was large and very comfortable for a family of 4. Everything was very clean. Breakfast was good and enjoyable. Location was good, very close to the train station and we were able to walk to all the main sights in Rome. Would definitely recommend this hotel. The only thing to mention is that there is only one small elevator and no stairs to get get up to the rooms, so perhaps not good for anyone who doesn’t like elevators.

The property is not too clean. I saw bugs in the floor. The only thing that I liked was that it was close to train station and you could walk to shopping centers and restaurant.

Overall, the room was very clean. The location is central within minutes of the train station. The room itself was Tiny for three people. Also the walls were paperthin anytime someone came back to their room. We could hear everything. This is a perfect hotel if you are catching an early flight and need to be on the train early I don’t think I would stay here for an extended period of time for comfort reasons.

Great location if you need to be Roma Termini for upcoming travel and worked in our favor with metro strikes. But they only give you 1 sheet on the bed to sleep with and you can hear the rooms and street around you pretty clearly.

SUPER SUPER nice and helpful staff. Rooms were clean. My only real complaint is that the queen bed was 2 doubles pushed together -- which is a bummer because you fall in between the beds. I'd stay here again though.

This hotel is in a great location to walk to all the hotspots, food and fun but it is one of MANY hotels that are side by side. I know we saw at minimum 20-30 hotels in the same location. I don’t like that we paid $528 for our stay and still had to pay for breakfast. The room we had was very small and the shower was even smaller! We are average sized ppl and could barely make a turn in the shower. The bed was 2 twins put together to make a “double” bed, it was very hard and very uncomfortable. The staff was friendly which was a plus but I more than likely would not stay here again because it was not a comfortable sleep at all

Great location & a very good and functional hotel. Using Trip Adviser we found a lovely restaurant for an evening meal a 10 min walk away. The rooms are small & very dark .. but the a/c worked ok & the shower was fine.

The staff were amazingly helpful and welcoming. I’d left luggage there - for a week - on my way to Ginostra. Julieta so obliging and kind. Then back to the hotel yesterday - hot and dusty after a long day’s travel from the Aeolian islands - to a most warm welcome and a room upgrade. How fortunate was I! Comfortably ensconced for the night - I slept well - a great bed, loads of tea and coffee in the room - pristine bathroom - perfect. And so close to Termini - so no drama re catching my flight this morning. Thanks to all concerned - kind regards - Libby Nelson

Everything about this unique hotel was excellent. Location perfect, surrounded by friendly neighborhood restaurants, convenient to numerous types of public transportation for vacation travelers. Staff at Hotel, particularly Juliette was phenonomal. She went out of her way to make our stay the best and even after we left went throught a lot a trouble to find us because we had left medication behind. Highly recommend.

The hotel although a few blocks from the Rome train station was curiously hard to find. No fault of the hotel. Google maps kept giving me confusing directions. Then when I arrived I was told to wait in the breakfast area and that 10 guests checking in were ahead of me. They seemed a little understaffed. Also one concierge staff tried to tell me about local sights on a map provided without asking if I wanted or needed this information. I did not. The biggest problem is that WiFi worked then didn’t. This continued for the one night of my stay. The room itself was fine: quiet and comfortable. All in all adequate but not at all living up to its promise of a hip urban boutique hotel.

Great location, near TERMINI station. Much of the city is walkable from here, with taxi, trains and buses nearby if you are going further. Lots of restaurants nearby. Room is minimal, a typical European business hotel, perfectly sufficient for solo travel. Good shower, comfortable bed, clean and quiet with good wifi. Included breakfast is good. Friendly and helpful staff. I will stay there again.

Clean and well maintained hotel. Friendly staff. Location is ok (close to the train station and the subway), but it is not a tourist or fancy area. So, if you want a convenient and clean place to sleep, go for it. But be aware that there is not much to do around it, you will need to take the subway.

Location couldn’t be more perfect! Walkable to the Colosseum and a few minutes to some other sights. Very near to Termini station. There are plenty of dining options in the area. The staff are wonderful and very welcoming! I highly recommend this hotel!

The staff helped make the time great but I was really disappointed with this stay. The area was very undesirable. Many transients, very dirty walking down the street including lots of human waste around because of the people sleeping outdoors. The rooms are super outdated. The staff was lovely enough to upgrade us because our view was really not good. The beds are super hard, like laying on a box. Again, the staff was lovely but I will not be staying here again or in this area. I didn’t feel safe walking around.

Proximity to Termini is perfect for catching the metro and trains to travel easily around the city. The hotel is clean, not cramped, and had all we needed for a two night stay. Our room had operable windows that provided light and airflow—no views since it overlooked an interior courtyard. There were USB outlets for charging electronics. (Yay!) The staff is friendly and helpful, and location felt safe despite the littered streets around it. We enjoyed our stay at the Yea Hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the location was perfect. Only 5 min walk to Roma Termini train station and there are also shops there. Highly recommend if you don’t want to spend too much money on a hotel in Rome

We stayed for just one night at this hotel as we were boarding a cruise ship the next day. It is conveniently located about a 5 minute walk from Rome Termini train station. It was a 25 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain. The staff were really helpful. The room was adequate but really clean and a modern bathroom and great shower. The breakfast was lovely with a hot & cold selection. When we returned from our cruise our flight wasn’t until 9pm that evening so we contacted the hotel and for 80 euros they allowed 4 of us to have a room for the afternoon to have a shower and leave our cases which was really great. The lady on reception was lovely. We then got a taxi for 55 euros directly back to Fuimicino airport which the hotel lady arranged. This journey was about 40 minutes. I would highly recommend this hotel, the lovely staff and the great location to the station. I will definitely return.

Great location, near TERMINI station. Much of the city is walkable from here, with taxi, trains and buses nearby if you are going further. Lots of restaurants nearby. Great stay for my mom and me. The twin beds were comfortable, the room was very clean with a surprising amount of space for our luggage. Air conditioner worked very well and was quiet. The room was also very quiet despite being close to the main train station (quick walk away), even if you left the windows open. The only downside was to get a decent amount of hot water pressure in the shower, you had to do a little tweaking to hit the sweet spot. Otherwise, a great option in Rome to easily get around and see the sites without needing to drag your luggage all over the city.
