This boutique hotel was the perfect place to stay . To its beautiful new modern bathroom , sitting area with feels of the old building with modern touches . Best Continental breakfast with fresh eggs to order . Bedrooms with hugh windows to open to the street . Wonderful staff !! Perfect location to walk to many restaurants, bars , shopping & sight seeing . I would stay here again in a heart beat

We loved our stay at Dare Lisbon River, even though we were only there for 1 night. The location was perfect for us. It was across the street from Timeout Lisbon and was 1 block to Cais Do Sodre where we were able to get the tram/bus to Belem and the train to Cascais. The staff was very welcoming, hospitable and helpful. The original artwork throughout the hotel was lovely. Our room was small, but had a separate sitting room. We had a view of the river. The bathroom was tight, but adorable and had everything we needed. Everything was immaculately clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. They gave us a bottle of wine and a T-shirt in our room, but we could also get glasses of wine in the lobby anytime. There was a nice selection for breakfast including freshly made eggs. We loved our cheese omelettes. They stored our luggage for us while we toured on the day we checked out. We would definitely stay there again if we come back to Lisbon.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Twin room was bigger than it looked in the pictures, plenty of room so sit and move about. Staff were brilliant, especially on reception. Breakfast had plenty of choice and food was good quality. For such a central location, the rooms were very quiet without much road noise. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our loft room and the view of the river. It was within walking distance to everything. The breakfast was nice, especially the coffee. I loved the special touches they left in the room like the welcome note and t-shirts. The staff was so kind and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. They would call us a cab when needed and offered many recommendations. Even though we were near pink street and the time out market which tend to be busy, it was extremely soundproof in the room.

A fantastic hotel, really highly recommended. Location is great - next to one of the city’s major stations and being next to the river, no need to walk up any hills. The rooms are beautifully designed, light, spacious and clean. The reception team are some of the most helpful and lovely hotel staff I’ve met, they really couldn’t do enough for us. We didn’t have chance to plan what we wanted to do in the city before we arrived and they helped with recommendations, bookings and how to get there. It’s a little hard to find as there isn’t a sign by the front door but our uber driver was able to direct us.

I would say it’s the best 2025 hotel for me. love the design and I even searched the designer for some of the decoration so I can purchase some pieces later. Everything is lovely, the staff, the place and the location is right beside the subway and train station. Oh, and their sound proofing is just amazing，I’m very sensitive to sound and it’s so quiet at night, sleeping on a good quality mattress with this level of quietness is such a bless while traveling. I would definitely stay at this hotel when I’m in Lisbon again.

Our stay at Dare Lisbon was amazing from start to finish. When we were checked in by George, he made us feel so special as we were on our honeymoon. He provided us with a drink on arrival and a list of recommended restaurants split into categories which came in so useful! The room itself was beautiful. It was spacious, comfortable and had amazing views off the balcony, we couldn’t have asked for a better start to the honeymoon. Continental breakfast was really good, a nice selection of pastries/jams/bread/yoghurt and then the chef made you eggs to your liking. Overall we had an amazing time and would highly recommend to anyone!

The customer service and attention to detail are truly amazing! We were offered a complimentary glass of wine on arrival and Jorge took his time to go through showing us places to visit and eat. Our room was beautiful and spacious. Nothing was too much trouble at this hotel, we could help ourself to coffees from the machine and cakes in the afternoon. They even gave us fresh milk so we could have a cuppa tea, best hotel we have ever stayed in, hoping to return again.

Great hotel!! Location is awesome, right across from Time Out Lisbon which is a gastronomical delight. The staff at the hotel are so kind and helpful. They genuinely wish to help you. The hotel itself is well maintained, clean and the right mix of modern (plumbing) while holding its historical charm (large wood plank floors, wood shutters). I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Lisbon.

Lovely boutique hotel conveniently located near train and bus station. There is also a Time Out Market across the street with a great variety of food options. The staff was very attentive to all our needs and questions. We had a very early flight from Lisbon, and they arranged for us a very basic but nice sitting breakfast which felt comforting at that time of the morning. Special thanks to Iris who welcomed us at check in. She was absolutely fabulous.

The hotel itself is very clean and secure. It’s very centrally located and the property keeps a list of places to dine out on display that are staff recommendations based on their own dining experiences. Transit lines are close by making travel by bus or train a breeze. Will definitely stay here the next time I come back to Lisbon.

Our stay at this hotel was great! Fabio, Jorge and Sara were so helpful and full of tips. The hotel it self is located right across Time Out Market which made it super convenient to get a bite to eat. Also across the street is the train station, the tram station, the ferry station, and the subway! Every mode of transportation you can think of or need to get around this beautiful city is a couple steps away. We considered staying in different parts of Lisbon before ultimately deciding in this hotel and we are happy we did. We easily explored the city and came back to our wonderful hotel and neighborhood that had the exact vibe we were looking for. It was busy with lots of shops and dining but at the same time slower and not super heavily crowded. It was perfect and would stay here again if visiting Lisbon.

Difficult location to find because it is so new, but our cab driver did not have GPS, and the outside of the hotel is not obvious. Excellent location, very helpful staff, and beautiful rooms. Very comfortable room with everything you need. Breakfast was perfect. You will not be disappointed staying here.

When we arrived outside the hotel I looked at my wife and said "what the hell have I done". After the initial out look of graffiti everywhere, we got inside and what a hidden gem. I could not fault this hotel it's just a shame it's located in what looks like a ghetto. Staff were fantastic, super clean hotel and very comfortable. I was a little unsure of walking out at night but it's pretty safe. Try not to let this put you off as it is a gem.

A fantastic hotel, really highly recommended. Location is great - next to one of the city’s major stations and being next to the river, no need to walk up any hills. The rooms are beautifully designed, light, spacious and clean. The reception team are some of the most helpful and lovely hotel staff I’ve met, they really couldn’t do enough for us. We didn’t have chance to plan what we wanted to do in the city before we arrived and they helped with recommendations, bookings and how to get there. Our stay at this hotel was great! Fabio, Jorge and Sara were so helpful and full of tips. The hotel it self is located right across Time Out Market which made it super convenient to get a bite to eat. Also across the street is the train station, the tram station, the ferry station, and the subway! Every mode of transportation you can think of or need to get around this beautiful city is a couple steps away. We considered staying in different parts of Lisbon before ultimately deciding in this hotel and we are happy we did. We easily explored the city and came back to our wonderful hotel and neighborhood that had the exact vibe we were looking for. It was busy with lots of shops and dining but at the same time slower and not super heavily crowded. It was perfect and would stay here again if visiting Lisbon.

Absolutely wonderful accommodations. 24 hour front desk with super friendly staff - Sarah was so great as were others throughout our stay. Freshly made breakfast each morning and access to an espresso machine at any hour…couldn’t ask for more! Will absolutely be back.

It is boutique hotel. They claim 4 stars, but it is not. Small hotel in previous residential building. Beautifully done, but very small space wise. Not many employees, limited amenities. Breakfast is worse we had in Portugal. Make sure to order how many eggs you want otherwise you will get one. Very expensive, specially since it is not in best place. Rooms are nice, but small, specially bathroom.

Rooms are small, but nice. Bed was very good, pillows soft and that was very important for us. Staff is very friendly and attentive. We were disappointed with how limited was selection of food at breakfast. But everything was fresh. This is a fabulous gem of a hotel in a perfect location. Sarah on reception could not have done more to help when I messed up the booking. She also made us dinner reservations. So helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely and the room to relax and eat in is gorgeous.

The staff at this hotel was extremely helpful, especially Georges who spent twenty minutes giving us dining and sight seeing tips. He was extremely helpful and pointed us to terrific meal options. Breakfast was terrific and complimentary wine during our stay was appreciated. We will recommend this hotel to our friends and acquaintances.
