Die Zimmer sind sauber, ruhig und angenehm zum schlafen ... das Frühstück üppig und gut sortiert ... der / das SPA ist ebenfalls gut gepflegt und mit Sauna, Dampfbad und Schwimmbad bestens ausgestattet. Parkplätze gratis und direkt ums Haus. Der Ortskern von SPA ist 5mins entfernt, die Rennstrecke in ca 15-20mins erreichbar !! .. Das BESTE ist jedoch sind die aussergwöhnliche professionellen, freundliche und gut gelaunten MItarbeiter/innen - TOP CLASS!

Very disappointing experience - never again! Unfriendly, incompetent staff, lousy service and hidden information about extra fees for the wellness/pool and gym. No additional towels provided. Not children/family friendly: restricted pool times (in the late evening and early morning only) and full price for the breakfast for the little ones (21 EUR) - and very dangerous esp. for babies: the windows in our room were very low but had no railings and could only be opened completely-unbelievable!!!

Although mail recieved through Expedia that restaurant was open again since February for the evening dinner, it was just closed. Also on Expedia when booking it showed clearly booking was Including breakfast. Lady told they received booking without breakfast (didn’t even know this was possible at this hotel as stated before..) when explaining though the lady did ‘grand’ us with free of charge breakfast. Then in the morning when entering breakfast there was no check at all for room / breakfast ticket. This made me thinking that it was just included after all for all the guests. Overall it felt they have downsized on personnel too much. Gym with only 2 cardio machines of which 1 out of order. Ceiling above the shower had big pieces of Paint falling of, down already. Have stayed here couple of times pre-Corona with a lot of pleasure but this time at was below expectations.

Room was OK, Free upgrade they said but it wasn't anything special. Breakfast is OK, to expensive for what you get. Facilities like parking/breakfast/spa seem to small for the amount of guests. So stay isn't what you would expect from a Radisson Hotel

Et ok hotel, men ikke just hvad jeg ville vurdere som 5 stjerner. De fleste 4 stjernede hotellet har mere at byde på. Maden var acceptabel, men ikke noget der var værd at skrive hjem om. Pool området var ok, men børn var kun tilladt efter kl. 16. Generel ret slidt hotel, som godt kunne trænge til en opdatering.

Rustige omgeving. Parkeren van de wagen is moeilijk bij een druk weekend. Mogelijkheid om te eten in de avonden was er niet want er was geen chef. Zwembad en sauna top, afstand tot Spa in orde.

This hotel unfairly tries to extract money from you at every opportunity. Firstly, they advertise they they have an indoor pool, but they don’t mention that it costs €17 per person per day to use it, though this does include the sauna and hamman. If you don’t have inclusive breakfast it costs a huge €21 per person per day. There is a room service “cool” breakfast available at €7 per person plus a €7 tray charge. This seems reasonable until you go to check out and they charge you the €21 on top. This is not mentioned on the in-room breakfast menu card, so breakfast for two people ended up costing an outrageous €63, which is very poor value. The rooms are tired, and there was a rip in the net curtain and stains on the pillow, plus a near rip in the duvet cover and a cracked sink in the bathroom. As others have mentioned, even though we booked a room with a king size bed the booking was made with 2 single beds. Fortunately the hotel had spare available king rooms. Half of the car park was taped off for no apparent reason, leaving it short of spaces once all guests had arrived. Service is patchy. Some staff were good, but others hopeless. All in all, not a good experience. We won’t be going back!

Restaurant was closed due to lack of having a chef! Breakfast was below average.. breakfast hot food was not hot.. coffee machine not working properly which caused a long line just for coffee.. the kettle in room was dirty, unable to use.. the bar was not attended, so not able to offer a drink to my friends.. and room was pretty dusty

L établissement est correct dans l’ensemble, néanmoins nous avons rencontré les problèmes suivants : Tasses à café sales dans la chambre. La TV se coupe et se rallume toute seule et sans raison. L’eau déborde de la douche. La porte de la salle de bain ne se referme pas correctement, ce qui empêche d’avoir un minimum d’intimité. 2 sachets de sucre et de café étaient déjà ouvert. Pour le reste, le personnel est bienveillant. Le cadre extérieur est bien. Les installations sont petites mais conforme aux attentes.

Het is onbegrijpelijk hoe dit hotel een 4 sterren classificatie heeft gekregen. Het is uitgeleefd vanaf de eerste stap die je binnenzet. Het restaurant is niet schoon, de service is slecht en het ontbijt is zeer karig. Kamers zijn in redelijke staat met slecht werkende en zeer gehorige airco. Overal waar je loopt zie je achterstallig onderhoud en vieze muren. Dit hotel is 2star op zijn best. Je kunt het personeel moeilijk iets kwalijk nemen als de eigenaar er niet in geïnteresseerd is om er iets mooi van de maken.

Très belle chambre familiale pour 4 personnes qui s'est avérée être une suite avec 2 chambres séparées, un sas d'entrée, un wc et une salle de bains. Grand espace. Très propre mais un peu bruyant car côté route. Le parking de l'hôtel est gratuit et situé à gauche de l'entrée si l'on se trouve face à l'hôtel. Attention néanmoins à prévenir à l'avance si vous emmenez votre chien sous peine de devoir payer une amende de 50€. Sans quoi l'hôtel vous facture 20€/nuit/animal.

Le cadre est charmant, la chambre est de bonne taille, la douche est agréable, chambre avec grand balcon et belle vue. L'endroit est calme. La piscine est agréable. Les lits sont peut-être un peu "mous" : il faudra remplacer les matelas dans les mois qui viennent !

Nette en praktische kamer. Geluidsisolatie in de kamer kan beter. Je hoort de douche, haardroger... van je buren. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De parking van het hotel is aan de kleine kant + geen mogelijk tot opladen van elektrische auto. Dit vinden we persoonlijk een tekortkoming.

Ich hatte ein Superior Zimmer, und das war wirklich sehr groß und schön. Auch das Bad war top – ich hatte sogar eine Badewanne, was ich sehr angenehm fand. Das Bett war gut, nur die Kissen sind meiner Meinung nach nicht so bequem. Das Personal war freundlich, daran gab es nichts auszusetzen. Man musste zwar auf Englisch kommunizieren, aber das war kein Problem. Das WLAN war gut und hat problemlos ausgereicht, um Bayern gegen Leverkusen zu schauen. Da ich kein Frühstück gebucht hatte, kann ich dazu nichts sagen. Allerdings habe ich einmal abends im Restaurant gegessen. Es ist zwar nicht günstig, aber das Essen war sehr gut. Zur Rennstrecke, weswegen ich dort war, benötigt man lediglich 15 Minuten, was ebenfalls top war. Sollte ich mir die Rennstrecke noch einmal anschauen, werde ich auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, allerdings mit einem eigenen Kissen.

Da ich kein Frühstück gebucht hatte, kann ich dazu nichts sagen. Allerdings habe ich einmal abends im Restaurant gegessen. Es ist zwar nicht günstig, aber das Essen war sehr gut. Zur Rennstrecke, weswegen ich dort war, benötigt man lediglich 15 Minuten, was ebenfalls top war. Sollte ich mir die Rennstrecke noch einmal anschauen, werde ich auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, allerdings mit einem eigenen Kissen.

We were ok with it until discovering after coming back from dinner that the air conditioning did not work. The best they could do was split our family into two rooms for the first night of the stay. Both of those also had air conditioning issues (it was barely functioning in one room and not at all in the other). We were unable to sleep for most of the night. We were finally transferred to the room we had actually reserved for the second night which did have working air conditioning but it would shut off during the night and we would have to get up to turn it back on. We were given free breakfast for the inconvenience but not with it given all the issues we experienced.

Très belle chambre familiale pour 4 personnes qui s'est avérée être une suite avec 2 chambres séparées, un sas d'entrée, un wc et une salle de bains. Grand espace. Très propre mais un peu bruyant car côté route. Le parking de l'hôtel est gratuit et situé à gauche de l'entrée si l'on se trouve face à l'hôtel. Attention néanmoins à prévenir à l'avance si vous emmenez votre chien sous peine de devoir payer une amende de 50€. Sans quoi l'hôtel vous facture 20€/nuit/animal.

It is not to compare with other Radisson Blu hotels. It is much lower standard. Our room was not ready at check in time,No one said “we’re sorry”! Drinks in the bar were with random ingredients because “they had a busy weekend” but it was full price.

Very disappointing experience - never again! Unfriendly, incompetent staff, lousy service and hidden information about extra fees for the wellness/pool and gym. No additional towels provided. Not children/family friendly: restricted pool times (in the late evening and early morning only) and full price for the breakfast for the little ones (21 EUR) - and very dangerous esp. for babies: the windows in our room were very low but had no railings and could only be opened completely-unbelievable!!!

Although mail recieved through Expedia that restaurant was open again since February for the evening dinner, it was just closed. Also on Expedia when booking it showed clearly booking was Including breakfast. Lady told they received booking without breakfast (didn’t even know this was possible at this hotel as stated before..) when explaining though the lady did ‘grand’ us with free of charge breakfast. Then in the morning when entering breakfast there was no check at all for room / breakfast ticket. This made me thinking that it was just included after all for all the guests. Overall it felt they have downsized on personnel too much. Gym with only 2 cardio machines of which 1 out of order. Ceiling above the shower had big pieces of Paint falling of, down already. Have stayed here couple of times pre-Corona with a lot of pleasure but this time at was below expectations.

The location is unique. Rooms are nice. Pool is clean and warm. Parking space on the grounds is limited but sufficient in a little street opposite the main entrance. Breakfast is great. I will be back next year.

In general it is a very lovely place to stay. They are a 5-star hotel, however they only have 1 single vegetarian option on their entire menu! We are living in 2024. Go to the local restaurant in the rough areas - they even have a more modern and vegetarian friendly menu…
