Terrible stay. My rooms A/C wasn't working. They put me on the 3rd floor and there were no elevators so I had to carry hundreds of pounds of work product up to my room by hand. Gun shots going off outside my window, a few times. Felt soooo unsafe. They released me of my stay (mercifully) but had to stay 2 days and they gave me a room on the 2nd floor but charged me $18 more dollars per day. HORRIBLE, WILL NOT COME BACK.

The lady at the front desk was super friendly while checking me in. She even walked around to show me where things were, like the laundry room. The room was immaculate when we came in. It smelled clean, the floors were freshly mopped, surfaces and appliances spotless. All the linens were fresh. We'll definitely stay here again because it's affordable, clean, safe and very close to the AAU basketball venues.

Had a bad smell walking in, several dirty spots and even small rocks on the ground in the room. No elevator, was told to use the stairs to get to my room on the 3rd floor. I would have not booked this if I had known that. Some of the people staying there looked a bit rough, had I know I would hear dogs parking at all hours I would have not booked this property.

I've stayed at several Red Roof Inns over the years and they've always been wonderful...this was not the case here. The check-in staff acted as if I were disturbing her but I shrugged it off due to the heat wave. The room itself was very spacious, however there was a vague musty smell that was overshadowed only by a pungent air freshener we couldn't locate. The air conditioner didn't seem to be all that effective, it was incredibly humid in the room despite it running nonstop. The entire property inside and out was overall pretty appalling - we found hair all over the place including in the clean towels and the shower hadn't been properly cleaned in some time. There was trash everywhere outside, cigarette butts by all the side entrances, and the open dumpster area was piled with trash. We booked a suite with a kitchenette and were surprised with the complete lack of cookware, silverware or anything of that nature. We made a point to indicate there would be two adults staying in the room and even asked for extra blankets and pillows when making the reservation yet there was barely enough supplies for one person for a three-night stay let alone two; we had to go ask for more on night 3. There was also no swimming pool, and they required a separately paid $100 deposit that was not advertised. TL;DR I will not be staying here again, and I will advise anyone I know to avoid this property in future.

After seeing the room, we immediately asked for a refund and left. The desk clerk was very nice and seemed to be the only one there. The room smelled bad and was in serious need of an upgrade. The online pictures did not portray what our roon looked like at all.

To put it simply…. We didn’t have hot water. They offered me a “20% discount on our next stay” (as if I’d ever stay there again without hot water) They don’t clean. We found a FOOT LONG vibrator under the couch. Bright blue. Can’t miss it.

Found the disability room I stayed in had a very narrow, limiting bathtub, which made using the shower chair I brought with me uncomfortable to use I brought my own shower chair because I asked if that was supplied by the hotel and the person on the phone said they did not know but would call me back I never received a call back and assumed none would be provided. I believe one should be provided by the hotel for the disability rooms provided

it was unremarkable. this is an older place that can use some updating. overall it was ok. i was very tired and went straight to bed. if you just need a place to sleep it's fine at a reasonable price. it is a bit hard to find in the dark i circled around the neighborhood a few times before i found it.

Came out to stay close to a job site however the job feel through and because I didn't know until after 11am the first day of the stay I was told they would not refund me for the 2nd day of stay. Also the room is out dated, people slamming doors all night long, and the alarm clock made noise all night long.

My first stay here was absolutely great! Place is not bad and it’s kinda off the beaten path so it’s cool. This time, I literally waited for 45 minutes in the lobby for the check-in! I called the number 5 times and nobody ever answered. Finally someone came and did the check-in! Had to switch rooms because the tv was losing sound (no issue, very nice about that)! Then there was NO HOT WATER!!! They said they were working on it, I figured it would be working by morning, it was not!!! They did waive the $100 deposit but for amenities like HOT WATER, there should’ve been some credit or compensation due to that OFFERED!!! THIS IS SOMETHING THEY SHOULD HAVE SAID UPON ARRIVAL!!!

We had to wait 35-45 minutes for someone to come to front desk, and it was a good bit of us trying to check in. They didn’t apologize, or try to offer anything off our rooms. There was no hot water in our room at all. Please do better! We noticed in the kitchen there was a dirty spot on the floor leaking from oven to floor.. I will say clean sheets, and bed was soft.
