I have rented hotel rooms around the world, booking them in my husband’s name, and this was the first time I was not allowed to check us in. They made my husband get out of the car and come in because the reservation was in his name. Also, the rooms are non-smoking but the hallways reek of cigarette smoke. Also, one can only get in the building through the front door. Aside from all that, the hotel is well located and the room was clean.

Our room was very clean so that was a plus But the hotel it’s self smelt like drugs. The elevator smelt so bad. Our room was on the second floor and we about had to hold our breath all the way to our room the smell of cigarettes and weed were so strong. The staff was friendly. The hotel isn’t self needs to be cleaned severely.

The place reeked of Marijuana. Then the fire alarm goes off and there was no one telling you to evacuate the building. We call the office and they say to leave the building. Fire trucks show up and leave. And once again the management tells you nothing so we have to go to office to find out if we were able to go back in building

The price was good, the front desk girl was very polite and the room was very clean. It's mentioned that there's no smoking over and over again, however, outside of the room such as the elevator and hallways, the entire place smells like old cigarettes and old weed, like its soaked into the walls and carpet. That was fairly unpleasant. The room key's/locks are an issue. in two days I had to replace my room keys 5 or 6 times because we would get all the way to the room and the key wouldn't work. Shower heads could use an overhaul too. I am generally low maintenance, however these are all things that anyone would notice and mention.

The door lock didnt work. Staff had to let us into the room. The ned wasnt made when we got there. Some kids sock was still on the floor. The staff, while helpful when we got their attention, didnt pay attention to anythjng going on around them.

The elevator always smells like smoke or something else that does not smell that great and so does the third floor hallway right outside the elevator.. I have stayed here four times over the last two years and this has never changed. Room was quiet and clean as usual which is the one thing I relie on when I stay here.

When I checked in the woman at the front desk gave me my key and when i got into the elevator it smelled like someone had just smoked weed in the elevator. When I got to my room the key didn't work. I went back to the front desk and she redid my key and told me to use it slower. When I went back upstairs I used the key the same way as before and it worked . There were 2 larges bags of smelly trash laying in the ha;;way all night long. It was not the cleanest place that I have stayed in and I will not stay at this hotel again

Clean non smoking two queen bed room. Silent AC. Check in was long time due to locked door from inside. Finally They gave me other room. Noice people in adjacent rooms, up and left. Good free coffee. Small breakfast room with only one big table and a couple others with two seats.

The front desk clerk was efficient and the location was close to stadium. However, the hotel was run down and dirty. The bathroom in our room was filthy. On arrival the toilet seat was up, I put it down and thought the seat was painted yellow- it wasn’t. It was disgusting- I had to clean it to use it. There was old food- cherries or grapes and stains on the floor. Very disappointing given the prior reviews were positive.

When we entered our room, there was a foul "sour" smell. Upon entering the bathroom, we noticed what can only be described as vomit and chemicals. The floor in the bathroom was really sticky almost like a movie theater. Furthermore, the room was really tiny. I wasn't expecting a five star hotel, but maintaining basic cleanliness should be the standard for every hotel.

The staff were polite and helpful. The hotel room just simply wasn’t cleaned well. There were stains and what looked to be mold on the mattress cover. Black mold and or rust lined the shower, hairs were all over the bathroom upon arrival. It just overall needing more attention to detail.. or even the obvious.

The property appears well kept in pictures. However it’s in need of some serious maintenance. Upon entering the entrance sign is bent over. Screens on windows hanging off. Room smelled like an old basement. Several room updates needed. Shower bar was hanging off. Broken furniture. This hotel is good for an overnight stay at best. None of the comforts of home! Staff was friendly that’s the only thing good about this place!

Main issue was that it was obvious that housekeeping just skimmed over my room, and for a "non smoking" hotel, the hallways always smelled like cigarette smoke. I wipe every hotel room down when l stay at hotels, and when l did, the wipes were black, something sticky on the bathroom floor and sink, food in the microwave, a coffee bag in the machine, big urine stain on mattress pad, something spilled on the sheets on the side of the bed and not changed, windows with sticky fingerprints all over them. The front desk was great, breakfast was great, lobby was clean.

The refrigerator was plugged up and didn't work so called customer service and she never called back. Basically our leftovers were done so get that fixed. Other than that it was good.

My husband and I were very disappointed with our stay here :( Our room was dirty and had an adjoining door to the room next to us. Very loud. There also was no overhead shower head (only hand held) and also no overhead room light. The breakfast food was extremely limited (and very carb heavy night I add). The photos are deceiving—the facility is old and run down and honestly a bit sketchy…we decided to stay in after the sun went down :/

Check in was speedy. Made it to our (first) room, it’s 90 plus degrees inside, fridge doesn’t work. We’re traveling with a toddler who wants juice and milk nonstop. Ask the front desk and I’m asked “do you need a working fridge”? My understanding is that it comes with the room. Anyways, we were given a new room. The ac is blasting, feels nice and the fridge works. Our toddler comes walking over with a handful of green something, it’s Marjuana she has found on the floor. Not cool and would not recommend with children.

You can't beat this place for the price. The rooms are well maintained and nicely cleaned. We had a microwave + mini fridge, a television with basic cable, and a bedside alarm clock. Plenty of outlets in the room as well, plus, a cute little window nook. Like, that's so cute? I had a place to sit with my morning coffee and check my emails, made me feel like a Disney princess. The breakfast was excellent (where else am I getting waffles + a double chocolate muffin for breakfast?? I love that) and the front desk staff were amazing. We checked in at practically midnight and the delightful woman that helped us was the highlight of our entire night. Everyone was friendly and service was prompt. I like that the doors lock at night (with access via room key) and the front desk being staffed every time I came down. If I ever need to stay in the area again, I know where I'll be staying!

Clerk upon entry was rude & standoffish. She acted frustrated with every question I asked. There was an ice machine on the floor but when I asked for an ice bucket was told they don’t have any. It’s a basic, $2 fix per room. My room smelled of mildew and old rug. Had to use a scented plug in to make it bearable. The no smoking policy must refer to nicotine because marijuana permeated through the entire place! Not sure if transients were at breakfast or not but my guess is yes. Disappointed at this Wyndham location. Would not return or recommend.

Filthy hall carpets. Illegal activity in parking lot. Supposedly nonsmoking but reeked of smoke at night. Loud arguing customers at 3a.m. Had stayed here before deterioration. Will not stay here again. Unsafe. Unclean.

Welcoming staff. A few issues I brought to her attention were quickly addressed. The Continental breakfast was better than most places, especially the quality of the coffee. A clean well appointed room with comfortable bedding made my stay welcoming. I felt safe with my vehicle in the parking lot, as I was told exactly where to park to take advantage of the cameras. And it was all at a budget price. I will put Microtel on the top of my future list of stays.

Hotel room was clean, beds were comfortable, AC worked. Breakfast was just a grab and go - waffles if you wanted them. The shower pressure left little to be desired, but we slept soundly and woke well rested after a long day of travel.

This hotel reeks of smoke even though it is non-smoking. It is circulated throughout. We were so tired we slept there on a Friday night. Saturday we went down for breakfast and asked to be moved and the woman at the front desk gave me such attitude since I "was the first to complain", which is crap if you read the recent reviews. She told me she would leave a note for the afternoon person to move us to the first floor. Of course, the afternoon person had no note, was completely swamped with no help at the front desk, but did her best to help. She did authorize a refund so I could stay somewhere else. That is the ONLY good thing. Breakfast was meek, bread was hard, drinks were not working. The pillows in the room were micro, like the hotel name, something buglike was in one of the beds. The shower was not clean. Just nasty. Beware.
