There was alot of trash strewn about the property. This is such an inexpensive thing to remedy, it should be addressed. The value was good compared to surrounding properties.

The complimentary breakfast was a paper bag with a water, juice and a granola bar. Room didn't have a trash can, so I requested to have one brought. They said the cleaning crew would bring one when they came to check the room. No cleaning crew ever entered my room. Pool was dirty, laundry was out of order, and the room for the most part was clean but had remnants of someone leaving who just got through painting. The front desk people were nice though.

This property is in very poor condition. Inside and out. Terrible caulking and over painted areas throughout the roooms. Exterior is rusted, old, rundown appearance. Parking lot is breaking apart of pot holes. Weeds and bushes growing up even within the concrete so no landscaping control at all. There are several containers in the parking lot and they have clearly been there for quite some time. Cars are in the parking lot with flat tires so they have not been moved for a time. Really rundown.

Pool closed, season? No shower curtain, light above sink not working. Tv needed staff to reprogram and set up for channels. All issues resolved with going to front desk. Trash and cigarette butts all over grounds.

ROACHES everywhere. Stayed at a Days Inn in Virginia last weekend and it was infested with roaches. This will be my last stay at any Days Inn.

Dead cockroaches and the smell of human waste and dirty flutes in the first room, the room I was moved to the shower curtain and pole were on the floor. The towels smelled terrible. I checked out a day early & wasn’t checked out until the next day

There was mold on the tub. The door didn't shut all the way. Air was coming in the door. There was hair in the tub. The sheets were stained. There's a crack down the shower wall. Paper was in the floor. I couldn't watch TV because it said the signal was weak. Also, a piece of the wall where the toilet is was off the wall. People yelling and honking horns almost midnight. I felt like I was in the Bates Motel. The timer on the waffle maker didn't work or the juice machine. They only had waffles and cereal. I won't stay there again

Housekeeping needs to step their cleaning game up a bit. There was buildup around all edges of the walls and bed. The bathroom was in the same condition. The tub looked as though it hadn't been cleaned in quite a bit.

We got to the hotel and it already seemed sketchy, but we had our kids and it was late. We checked in and the minute we got to the room it was crawling with roaches EVERYWHERE. Roaches and bedbugs. We had to grab our kids up and get out of there quickly. They were understanding and immediately refunded our deposit, but I have never been more disgusted.

Paint and putty touch-ups just slapped on and not smoothed over. Heater was just as loud as the low-flying plains making sleep difficult. Room and bedding were clean and no visible bugs though

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and clean. The hotel is directly under the approach for the airport so the noice of planes is quite loud, as well as a train nearby. The condition of the room was tired with some molding falling down. The bathroom sink had no stopper (neither did the tub) and the handle was loose so you couldn’t adjust the water temperature.

The outside of the hotel and the surrounding area was a little on the ghetto side but the room was in better shape than I expected. My fault for not considering that the hotel was in such close proximity to the airport. The planes overhead made for a challenge in getting good sleep.

The room appeared to be in the middle of renovations. Main room had new flooring. Bathroom on the other hand had old and broken flooring. The shower/tub had cracks and repairs, and poor repairs done. Water facets in tub were broken or missing. I feel like they just placed me in there because I asked for a king size first floor room, and it was "good enough".

Couldn't keep the Internet working the whole time I was there all you smelled from the room next to me was weed coming through to my room which upset my daughter I stayed a week there with the Internet not wanting to work and even though these problems where there I had to pay 30 for a late check in order to not have to sit at airport and wait for my flight

The room was clean. It served its purpose well. Be aware that it is very noisy. The airport is loud as well as the other people staying. The guests made a lot of noise late into the night. If noise doesn't bother you, it is a great price point. I felt safe enough with my pepper spray and the deadbolt on the door.

Television didn’t work. Room was newly painted but baseboard was incomplete. An area behind the toilet had peeling paint. Front desk clerk offered a room change. We did not accept the offer because we were. Tired and already unpacked

No room make up entire stay. Maid knocked on door Friday afternoon assuming she was going to make the room. When I asked she said she was at the end of her shift but would take care of it Saturday. When I returned from business I found everything the same. No bed make up, no towels, trash in trash cans

They kept our security deposit because of hair color on the pillow cases. The manager was rude and disrespectful. He went and checked our room and determined that the hair color was damage and refused to return our security deposit. Stating because I booked through Expedia that it’s ok for him to do so.

Do NOT stay here. This place is run down. AC does not work, lights are out in the rooms, black stains on the bed sheets. The lobby stood busy with guests trying to cancel or change rooms. The staff actually got into an argument with a guest and threatened to beat him up in front of a group of guests. There was water thrown at the guest trying to get their money back from the staff. Guests almost called the cops on the staff. There are sketchy people and used needles around the building from addicts. They have a bunch of hidden fees you have to pay after you get there. They say they are pet friendly and don't charge online but when you get there they force you to pay a deposit and per night per pet. I wouldn't even want my dog to stay there to be honest because they would probably end up sick or worse from the conditions.

Stayed for 3 nights. I was told that I needed to wait for my room to be cleaned when I arrived (no problem). Came back 30 mins later to be told I'm not getting the room I reserved because the prior occupants were not leaving??? Once I got into the room, it was very dirty. I couldn't walk around barefoot without having to wash my feet. At one point I asked for extra towels, I did not receive them. I wasn't very happy with my stay.

The check in you couldn’t understand what was being said. Then they asked for a deposit. I gave them my card that I had already pre checked in with for the deposit. They asked if I had the funds or my card was locked I said no. They said it’s not going through. Checked my bank account they ran my card for the room that was pre paid for. More than what I pre paid for it. When I showed them what they did they refused to look at it and said it wasn’t them who did the transaction it was the deposit which was only 50 bucks that I gave cash. Then I went to the room and it was nasty. Smelled like old smoke in a non smoking room. Red tape holding the ac unit together. Ice box had bugs crawling on it and mold on the tops. Bath tube had burn marks on it and brown. Toilet paper was brown. Block burn marks on the wall in bathroom. Roachs in the lamp and all around it. Took pictures. Went to the front desk told them I will not be staying. They said no I get you another room. I said no if one looks like that I can already tell what they all look like. I said and you can refund me the money you swiped for. They said that’s the online booking not us. Well I got on here and spoke to someone that helped me out immediately and even said I should have never been charged that amount. They were quick to get them to refund me money they took at check in and also helped me out getting some of a refund with my non refunded room due to the pictures and how I was treated. But I wouldn’t waste your time

Booked close to the airport since I was in town for 1 day of work. I had several locals comment that it was in a very bad area, being known for less than savory activities on this block particularly. Room was minimally cleaned. Floor had hair and debris... giving away that it had not been cleaned properly. Bathroom was the same. TV channels/Cable was not available at night but was able to find the news the next morning. Breakfast consisted of bagels, waffles, two cereals, and coffee. No frills. Sadly, would not recommend unless there were no better options available. Looks like they are trying to do the best they can with what they have to work with...

Best part was check in. The front desk person was very friendly and efficient. Didn't like room odor and the amount of people idling in cars in the parking lot and sitting on the stairs. Lots of noise. No shuttle but close to airport. Adjoining room was not ideal either.

The hotel room itself was tolerable but the property as a whole looks almost abandoned. Large pot holes will challenge your driving skills when you arrive due to the poorly constructed road. Parking is limited to none , Around the property at night you have many many homeless and suspect individuals walking and sleeping on the property

This motel looks ran down, and drug infested. You will not feel safe. Do not stay here. People are standing all out on the balcony looking suspicious with their room doors wide open. Property is not clean.

The room was clean. It served its purpose well. Be aware that it is very noisy. The airport is loud as well as the other people staying. The guests made a lot of noise late into the night. The hot water in the room was not hot enough for bathing. I turned off the air conditioner because it was too cold in the room but it was still cold in the room and I could have used a comforter. The continental breakfast the bottle juices were room temperature. I chose a bagel but found no cream cheese. It was satisfactory for a one night stay.

The room was clean so we stayed, but the property is not... Ground is gross, doors, office..just all kind of dirty. The condition of the floors and walls in the room was not great. The shower tub was stained. The office smells bad. The breakfast is all cheap carbs and sugary stuff.

The front desk was friendly. But room was poor. Wasn’t as described. No couch and no towels for 3 people as we booked for three people and chose king with a couch. Juice machine broke down and choices for breakfast was bagels bagels and bagels with no choices there either. It looked like walls had been repainted as a refresh gone wrong. This was a 60 hotel night instead of over 100.00 if I pick a room choice I should get what I chose in reserving

Did not look anything like the pictures. Breakfast was a sack left on the couch in the main lobby. Floor coming up in the room, mold on wall. Toilet wouldn’t flush unless you took the lid off and pulled up the flap. No remote for the tv that was crooked and falling off the wall. The area surrounding is very loud. The one positive was the hotel staff were very nice.

Newly renovated, has some additional improvements to be accomplished. Well worth a place to stay for overnight rest. Even offers breakfast in the morning. Plan to stay in the future for a stopover.

I booked this hotel for one night stay on my road in advanced based on OK reviews and FULL HOT BREAKFAST advertised on hotel page. What a disappointment. Breakfast in brown bag had a couple of items from dollar store. By the time I got to hotel the webpage changed to "Free to-go breakfast". The stuff didn't offer any compensation and no coupons or discounts to local restaurants to cover for miss advertising. No hairdryer in the room and only 2 large towels for 2 queens size beds. Very disappointed.
