This hotel used to be excellent. Unfortunately recently everything has changed for the worse. The restaurant and bar facilities they advertise, do not exist, and there are no toilet facilities apart from your room. Also the hotel has a policy where your room is only cleaned, and facilitated (Clean towels, new shampoo and wash bottles, plus coffee, water) every 3 days. Meaning you have to ask the hotel reception staff for any extras, which are supplied upon request. The staff help you out, but its obvious they are embarrassed at the situation they are expected to deal with. Used to great, my advice avoid this hotel, as what is advertised and what is offered isn't the same. And still at a high price so is a rip off!

The Room that we hooked was big and great for three of us but their air conditioning wasnt working. We nitify them as soon as we got tge rrim and they promised to check the options but disnt do anything until night time that we had to switch reom late at night and go to a much smaller room that had a good AC. We didnt get what we paid for. Eveb though they ened up returning partial of deposit.

The room had a very weird smell to it, like heavy perfume. Other than that, it was centrally located. A bit too worn down for my taste, but I tend to lean towards scandinavian minimalism more often - so a bit my own fault for not choosing a hotel more to my taste.

Not a boutique hotel IMO. No lobby area or bar. The only elevator was out of service multiple times during my stay. I was on the 4th floor. Breakfast is quite expensive given how poor the selection is. There are better hotels in this price range.
