This is an excellent new hotel, the rooms are spacious with excellent facilities. The keyless entry is fantastic, and staff are friendly and helpful

The parking situation is really bad but the hotel room was terrific.

Loved this hotel. The location is fantastic for access to dinning, shopping and transport and the staff and rooms were 10/10. There is only one issue that is challenging for guests in locations like this - lack of dedicated guest parking. But I loved the stay in this hotel so much , i will make that sacrifice to stay here again.

AMAZING property especially for a long stay.Me and my wife stayed here for 8 nights.Its super clean,spacious and best of all THE most central location to go anywhere in Sydney because of 3 stations within a 10min walk that can take you anywhere you want for the literally the fraction of the price compared to uber.The room are very very clean and the beds are so comfy.Only thing is I would say the hotel doesnt have a laundry service however there are really really good laundromats near the hotel so its not that big of a deal maybe a little less convenient.The food options near the hotel are amazing aswell so you dont always have to go in the city.The staff is super super friendly and welcoming.If your ever in Sydney don't bother with any other place just book this and take my word for it as someone whose in the airline industry I've stayed in Hotels enough to tell you,your not going to be disappointed.

This hotel is a favourite, in a great location for my business and catching up with friends and family in Sydney. The service is consistently excellent and the check-in/out and key/card-less entry is great. Thank you again.

Property only opened late 2024 so currently in very nice condition. Very well appointed. No reception in evening and no room service or bar, but if you don't need those things then all good!

Very nice boutique hotel. Good size & clean rooms, comfortable bedding. Conveniently located close to the Redfern train station and local cafes.

Room was well laid out, spotlessly clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Blackout blinds ensured a great quiet sleeping after a late night. Check in while a little slow, was welcoming and friendly. Great place to stay as an alternative to the city.

New room, spotless clean for Australian standards, good location. Check in after 7pm is rather difficult, especially if you are travelling (e.g. overseas flight). They contact first via mobile instead of email. They charge AUD200 bond + 2.60 credit card fee. After 10 days still haven’t received it back, plus it seems that the credit card fee needs to be paid anyway. I thought it was just a pre-authorization. They should improve these two. I don’t think I will be staying again.

Awesome overnight stay. Rooms are very clean and fresh. Really great dining options at the coffee grounds across the road.

Great stay, the full kitchenette included really adds to feeling at home. The staff is amazing and the room is always perfectly clean.

I was very disappointed with my stay and this all comes down to how this place is managed. I only gave it two stars because the rooms were new. I did not have a problem with the reduced opening of reception (7am to 7pm) when booking this hotel, but during my stay I barely saw the receptionists at the reception. There was only a sign to say to call them if needed. This was a huge problem for me, since my international phone plan did not work and it lead to some incidents: -I had to wait in the lobby 45mins to check-in even though I was there only 30mins after the official check-in time. -In the room I was given the bathroom smelled like sewage for two days before I saw somebody in the reception to have it fixed. -I had to ask the cleaner to get the receptionist so that I could find out what was going on when I was switching rooms (the first one was very loud, even with ear plugs) The worst incident however, was when my hotel room door was left open. I told three different receptionist about this, but did not receive any message from the management. I had to ask for it specifically. If this incident was truly "taken seriously" I would have assumed they would have reached out to me, but they did not. Additionally, I found it quite peculiar that they could reach out to me thought the hotels.com chat when asking for my email for the manager to send me a generic response but they could not do it while I had a confusion about the room change issue. Will not be staying here again.

Spacious room, beautiful bathroom and very convenient location. Nice to have kitchen facilities including a microwave and Nespresso machine. An undiscovered boutique hotel that’s quiet and feels like new.

This is the best hotel room I have stayed in for many months...and I travel a lot. Everything very new, very stylish. Room very quiet. Bed excellent. Water pressure in shower excellent. Location great. Price great. This is a 4.5 star hotel by normal standards. Highly recommended.

Horlick is the perfect place to stay if you have a function or business around The Grounds. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is modern, comfortable, clean, quiet and well equipped. The bed was lovely to sleep on. You are literally a 2 minute walk to cafes and eateries and close to functions.

Female Solo Traveller and gave this property 10/10 for being located in a safe area and within walking distance to the grounds coffee factory that offered excellent dining options, IGA for snacks etc, and a train station that takes you straight to the city within 10 or so minutes The hotel feels boutique so almost glorified Airbnb , no loud banging or late night talking etc - the room itself was 10/10. Luxury and new feel.

Really lovely room, modern and stylish. easy and quick check in. Staff members we interacted with were friendly and very helpful. We ate at the Brew Dog Bar and had the most amazing Gelato at the place just over the road Only very small gripe we had was that the A/C is on a door sensor that was a little touchy and it took us a bit to figure our you had to push it quite hard closed to get it to work (room 9) otherwise we had a fantastic stay

The staff let us check in early. Free WiFi service. Nearby restaurants and essential shops. Nice clean rooms with good kitchen. Kitchen silverware and plates. Excellent maid service.

This is basically a modern apartment building turned into an hotel. The location is extremely convenient. Close to the train station and to the university and in a fun neighborhood. The room was modern and spacious and very clean. I had to chase them a bit to get my deposit back, but overall I would definitely recommend this hotel

My wife and I recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel instantly at home. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and offered a lovely mix of comfort and style. Location-wise, the hotel is in a great spot — close to train station, Restaurant, The Grounds, Supermarket, etc. Yet peaceful enough for a restful night’s sleep. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’ll definitely be returning.

The venue was close to where we wanted to go for a wedding and the food options although not at the hotel was good. We had to go out for breakfast.

Great service One of the most thoughtfully appointed hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. The local area (South Eveleigh precinct) excellent for dining (including halal dining) and grocery shopping.

This place is fabulous! The decor to reflect the local railway infrastructure history is great!! Its clean quiet and modern. Well appointed rooms and staff were very helpful and friendly, helping us to get to our concert with transport suggestions. We will happily stay again, so convenient. Fantastic restaurant nearby called the grounds.

Quiet area with good options for dining within walking distance. Also had a pharmacy and grocery store. Very helpful staff get us in earlier.
