Good for a short stay. Good location to major sites. The hotel staff was very friendly. Solo room was very small and unfortunately they put me right next to the reception desk and breakfast so it was extremely loud in the morning and hard to sleep. Good value for the money considering how expensive Rome is and again for 2-3 days worth it, but I wouldn’t stay longer than that. Little tiny gym was nice for a quick basic workout before sightseeing.

Great hotel. Over all excellent. Would have been five stars on condition but the gym was out of order owing to some water damage caused by previous guests. I wish I could give 3.75 stars out of 5 on condition because it was an issue for me but I didn’t think it was worth docking 2 full stars. The hotel is great and I have no doubt that I would have given a full 5 stars on condition had the gym been available. Condition was top notch otherwise. Would stay again

The hotel was conveniently located next to shopping, restaurants and in walking distance to the Metro. The rooftop bar had great views. The only negative is that there is no elevator on the ground floor, and the reception is on the 4th floor.

Properties located in a prime location. A lot of nice stores around. Close to all attractions. But going into the hotel reception is located on the fourth floor elevator you have to take a few steps up and the elevator only holds up to 2 people and barely has room for suitcases so if you’re travelling with large suitcases you will not fit. But otherwise staff is great and the service was great.

We were a couple staying four nights. Old city hotel in the center of Rome. Six floors with reception on fourth. Sixt floor has access to a rooftop terrasse. The rooms small and dark. Metal bars in front of the Windows (third floor) makes it impossible to go out that way in case of fire. Also prevents burglars. There was a bad smell of sewer in the room. Apart from that rooms nice and clean. Beds with sheets American style. The rooftop terrasse has view to the Vatican and over the city. Unfortunately equipped with very bad quality plastic furniture that makes the terrasse barely usable. And no parasols will make you run away after a short visit if visiting daytime. Quite simple breakfast and quite simple interior in the breakfast room. Flowers and much other interior made of plastic. Very friendly and helpful staff. Wery good location for Rome center visit.

Ritornato nella camera piu lussuosa dell'hotel, ottima sistemazione, con la vasca idromassaggio è veramente il top. Un paio di cose da rivedere sono nel bagno: la prima è la porta della doccia che non era nella guida e bisogna fare attenzione ad aprirla o chiuderla, la seconda invece è il pulsante per la doccia in alto e quella piccola che non funziona bene e bisogna tenerlo premuto per usare la doccia piccola se no si puo solo usare la doccia dall'alto. Per il resto, solo che un piacere prendere questa camera. La colazione come sempre, è eccezionale. Consigliato a chiunque. Poi la sera stare in terrazza a gustarsi una birra ammirando il panorama della Basilica di S. Pietro, è unica.

When We booked the hotel the price was $441.00 when I got my billing statement it was raised to $789.00. There is no way I would have paid that for this hotel. We could barely walk in the very small room. The bathroom was so small that you couldn't take a shower and dry yourself off in there, you had to go into the main room. The toilet was dirty, the floors sticky. We had a non smoking room but the whole hotel reeked of cigarette smoke. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.

Drains in the shower and washbasin were clogged, the staff didn’t put soap in the bathroom in three days, breakfast was not good, elevator was out of service and with many stairs to climb and heavy luggage to carry it sometimes can be challenging For the price they should improve the installations

We stayed one night had leave hotel early in the morning. Beds were very uncomfortable and not only could we not watch TV because the person who stayed in room before us the tv had his act on even the guy working at hotel could not fix then I tried to turn TV off and the TV would not turn off we were tired had a 10 hour flight the next morning and had to leave at 6am I called front desk someone came up to help and they also could not get the TV to turn off so we had to sleep with the bright TV screen on and couldent even watch anything the only other solution was to take the key card out which gives the room power and then we would have no AC and room was very hot so unfortunately, we had to leave the TV screen on all night. There was also hair in the bathroom sink. The positive the gentleman that checked us in was very friendly and helpful they booked transportation for us and gave us a great restaurant recommendation he was very helpful and nice and hotel is in a good location close to Vatican other then that the rest of the stay was disappointing.

The best part about this place was the location and the price but that is when things take a turn for the worse. The shower was right beside the bed in the very small bedroom …hope you’re comfortable sharing soaping yourself up in front of an audience. Opening up the window, it was a wall with a picture glued to it. There was no sunlight and felt a little claustrophobic. Hard to give this a recommendation for anyone unless it is a great price.

We booked a renovated room, but when we got to the hotel they "upgraded" us. It was not an upgrade. The room was old. The beds were old and the blanket was old and small. It was dirty. We asked for the room we booked, but refused any help. Maybe its a language barrier, but the person at the desk was rude. The only positive thing I can say is that the area is good. Walking distance to everything.

Für kurzfristige Buchungen mit Fragen vorab eher ungeeignet. Ich bin spät Abends in Rom gelandet und hatte mich erkundigt wie es dann um den checkin steht. Da angegeben ist checkin bis 0 Uhr aber rund und die Ihr besetzte Rezeption. Suf meine Anfrage wurde erst nach 1..2 Tagen, wie ich bereits vor Ort war reagiert. Gute Lage, Vatikan und auch die anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Zimmer schlicht und mit dem wichtigsten Ausgerüstet, schönes/angenehmes Bad.

Mehr als ausreichend, wenn man für ein paar Tage in Rom ist. Sehr nettes Team, gutes Frühstück und modern eingerichtet. Das Hotel ist super zentral zum Vatikan und Engelsburg gelegen (ca 10 Gehminuten), ein Supermarkt sowie Bus und Metro ist um die Ecke.

A lovely hotel with excellent friendly helpful staff. The hotel decor is extremely nice but our twin bedded room was very small and basic. No tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms, a large TV with no english speaking channels and the only mirror is in the bathroom. The hotel has a lovely roof terrace with a bar to sit on and serves an excellent breakfast. The hotel is in an really good area with a great selection of restaurants and supermarkets on the door step. Also very easy to get around the City with the Metro nearby.

Gute Lage - 10 Minuten bis zum Vatikan oder zur Engelsburg, bester und freundlicher Service - beim Einchecken bereits Einweisung in die Lage der Sehenswürdigkeiten, hilfsbereit beim Organisieren des Transfers von und zum Flughafen, gutes Frühstück, Bad und Zimmer scheinen neu gemacht.
