Das Hotel ist super gelegen in der Altstadt von Lissabon. Man hat alle Möglichkeiten der Fortbewegung in unmittelbarer Nähe. Egal ob Metro, Bus, Tram oder Taxi, alles ist sozusagen direkt vor der Türe. Die Altstadt ist natürlich am besten zu Fuß zu erkunden. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist das Hotel sehr gut isoliert und man bekommt bei geschlossenen Fenstern kaum etwas mit. Die Zimmer sind sind sehr geräumig, sauber und komfortabel. Einziger Nachteil, es gibt nur eine Rezeption und kein Restaurant im Haus. In der Lobby gibt es paar Tische und Sessel, das war es aber auch schon. Frühstück ist zwar verfügbar aber wurde von mir nicht genutzt, somit kann ich zur Qualität und Auswahl nichts sagen. Das Restaurant habe ich nicht wirklich vermisst, da es in der direkten Umgebung zahlreiche Möglichkeiten an Snacks, Restaurants und Bars gibt. Die Lage ist perfekt für die Erkundung der Stadt, da kann man auch mal den doch sehr hohen Zimmerpreis akzeptieren. Ich kann das Haus sehr empfehlen und werde es bei meiner nächsten Reise auch wieder gerne wieder buchen,

Esperienza molto buona, un piccolo inconveniente alla consegna della camera avvenuta ben oltre le 15.30. Ottima colazione, variegata e completa. Stanza abbastanza spaziosa, grande comodità. Peccato che il parcheggio è assente (a pagamento di 20€ a notte) ma......da buon Italiano, un parcheggio in zona, si rimedia... Lo consiglio sicuramente, è in zona Centrale per cui, uscirne a piedi per un tour, è perfetto!

Nice hotel in a good location in Lisbon, walking distance from a lot of tourist sites, shops and restaurants. Clean room, big comfortable double-bed, powerful shower and a good breakfast selection. Front desk were very helpful and the luggage storage was very useful before our room was available at check-in and between check-out and our flight.

Sehr zentrale Lage am Rossio-Platz. Alles im Zentrum ist in sehr guter Reichweite. Zimmer und Dusche super, schön eingerichtet und TOP in Schuss. Frühstück umfangreich und alles was man sich wünschen kann. Gepäck kann nach Auschecken noch hinterlassen werden, wenn man erst abends abreist. Verbesserungsvorschlag: Mindestens 1 deutscher Sender im TV ;)

Location is perfect steps from public / tour buses. Rooms exceptionally clean, met all needs. Beds very comfortable and staff wonderful. The only negative was that our and some rooms have no view. Ours had a balcony but facing a cement wall and construction scaffolding. Staff offered another room next days but would have to repack and wait for 3 o’clock check in which would have interrupted touring time. This hotel has no outside patio /seating area. Overall great place

Elevator, corridors and room smell very strong from artificial spray and washing powder. Thanks to a female receptionist who arranged to have smelly curtains removed I could stay in the room. Why all these artificial fragrances everywhere?????

Property is located in a safe area but streets are on an incline & there are steps to enter the hotel, some very steep & high. We had a situation with the shower doors they got stuck & we were able to get out because someone else was in the room & was able to force the glass doors open Great location !

Clean room - modern. Very comfortable bed and pillows that best pillows I've had all trip (not too puffy). Unfortunately the smell from the bathroom plumbing was very unpleasant. We opened a window to help get rid of the smell, but that wasn't possible in our second room.

Meget imødekommende og hjælpsom personale, god morgenmadsbuffet, dejligt stort værelse. Lidt hårde senge, men det er jo en smagssag. Eneste minus en forfærdelig kloakstank hver gang man gik ind på badeværelset. Men man vænnede sig til det.

We initially reserved our room for two nights, not being sure of our travel plans. We requested an extension for more nights. The hotel staff were very helpful in securing our extended stay. The front desk were very accommodating to the changes in our plans. The staff in the restaurant were polite and always provided good service. We will definitely recommend this hotel and hopefully have a chance to return.

My husband and I stayed at My Story Hotel Tejo during a recent trip to Lisbon. The hotel was in a very central location, close to restaurants, sightseeing and Rossio Train station. Our room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. The staff at the front desk were very helpful.

Friendly staff, amazing location within steps of metro and trams, a few more steps to attractions and shopping or food. What’s not to like? Breakfast buffet was copious and delicious. There are three other MyStory hotels in the square nearby as well so plenty of choices. We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is close to many areas of interest - a short walk to historic sites, excellent restaurants, the train station and many shops. Cost of stay is very reasonable. Staff at the front desk are very knowledgeable regarding best restaurants nearby and directions upon request. Definitely recommend as the place to stay in Lisbon.

Hotels in other European countries that I have recently visited (i.e. Italy, Spain, United Kingdom) offered simple but complimentary breakfast options. At MyStoryTejo you can only get a buffet style breakfast for a fee (10 euros pre-booked, 15 euros same day). I don't know if this is peculiar to the MyStory chain or to Portuguese hotels in general. If you require a card key to enter your room, why must you also use it to turn on the lights?

Great location, clean hotel and helpful service. The breakfast is $10 euros (pay the day before) and is worth it, but they do charge the same amount for children which I don’t think is worth it. There should be 2 charges for breakfast for adults vs kids. Just outside the hotel door there is a small shop with groceries and a cheap yummy Indian/falafel restaurant.
