I have stayed at this property several times in the last few years. The pool has been completely redone and looks great and the water temperature of the pool, just perfect. Not too cold and not too hot. I was surprised that I had to pay for parking as this was free in the past. The shuttle bus service has limited hours of operation which makes it a little inconvenient. As for the rest, this is a very good hotel to stay before a return trip to Canada. The rooms are spacious, with 2 Queen beds, and lots of room to add a crib or a cot. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It is a very good hotel.

Really enjoyed our stay here! Room was spacious, updated and clean! Beds were comfy! We looked over the pool which was nice. We enjoyed the pool (everyone has to where caps over their head and hair covered)! Front desk provides these complimentary if you don’t have them! The outdoor bar is great and the restaurant was fabulous! Great gluten free options, wine selection and wonderful service!

The pool that we booked the hotel for in a heatwave was out of service both pools were under renovations and we were not prior informed. They offered us pool passes to a crappy pool down the highway that was like a public pool and so gross. Bottom line we didn’t get what we paid for and they wouldn’t do anything else about it.

Great pool, location is close enough to FCO airport but nothing really in the area within walking distance so had to eat at the hotel restaurant for most meals. Hotel pool forces you to wear a bathing cap and they will charge you for these if you don’t have them. Bathroom did not have a fan and there was mildew/mold on the ceiling.

Only positive is distance to airport. Property is very outdated, bed is uncomfortable and very low to the floor, and room smelled like old wet carpet. I do not recommend staying here. The room had a huge space where a bed or sitting area should have been. It was quite awkward.

We stayed here for the pool, which was wonderful. The room itself was okay, however the countertop in the washroom was not securely attached, and the air conditioner kept dripping at the entrance of the room which kept us awake at night, and also made the carpet soggy. The staff attempted to resolve the leak issue, but it didn’t last long and the dripping returned. Other than that, the hotel was clean, the pool was amazing, and the food was enjoyable.

Zero sound proofing in the hotel makes it the loudest hotel I have ever stayed in. Conversations can be heard from next door. Constant slamming of doors day and night in the corridors. If you want a good nights sleep do not pick this hotel.

The room we had, had a broken toilet. Nearly every time we flushed we needed a maintenance man to fix it. This was annoying and meant we used the lobby toilet quite frequently so we didn’t enjoy the stay as much as we would have. Breakfast was great, pool was great and so were the staff.

This location option was a lot further from the city center than anticipated. There was nothing around. If we chose to not have breakfast at the hotel which was a hefty price, we would have to travel at least 15-20 minutes away via car to get something to eat. While there was at least one friendly staff most, staff were rude and not welcoming. We also had to call every night of our stay to get towels. While our room would get put up daily, they never left any towels. The hotel itself was well kept and very clean. Definitely a great option for people who were looking to stay close to the airport as the airport is 10 minutes away.

We loved the amenities that the hotel offered. The food in the dining room was just okay but overall, the staff was really the downfall. After a 16 hour flight, my family and I were really exhausted. We had tried to book a shuttle weeks in advance and were told to book a taxi and the hotel would pay. When we arrived we were screamed at by a staff member at 12:30 in the morning telling us they would not do so even though I had it in writing. She did apologize later on, but she was not the only staff member to mistreat us on our stay there. Great hotel, very poor staff.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helped to arrange a free shuttle from Fumicino airport. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the tiramisu west the standard against which all other tiramisu shall be judged on this trip! The staff in the morning sold us regional train tickets, helped us to get to the Muratella train station and gave us directions to Roma Termini station. Breakfast lived up to its excellent reputation and was well worth €20. Grazie Mille!

Had to open window for air flow which isn’t a great solution Website states shuttle available to airport but when I requested to go at 0700 was told shuttle was not available at that time…to the airport !!! Staff helped us get a cab, worth noting the shuttle is 10 euro per person and doesn't start until 7 AM. The reason I chose this hotel is for the shuttle. While we were in the lobby, a staff member lifted his leg and let out a loud fart, I felt this was inappropriate.

Stayed here end of May for 3 nights. Hotel rooms are spacious with good views. Staff are very helpful and polite. Nearest station is literally about 5 minute walk. This takes you to Central Rome within 20 minutes. It’s also a 10 minutes from airport by taxi. Breakfast is good quality with usual eggs, bacon, fried breakfast. Would Agree with other reviewers about the room soundproofing. It’s nothing to do with the walls - they are concrete. But sound still travels between rooms. Would use this hotel again though, especially if you’re looking for a bit more space than in central Rome, and don’t mind travelling in. Oh and the hotel pool is decent too. Didn’t use it, but sat around it!

Good hotel, we stayed here at the start and end of our holiday, as ideally placed for the airport. However, the centre of Rome is an hour by public transport or 30 mins by car. Staff were super helpful and make this hotel. Food and drink is very over priced but there isn't really any restaurants in the area. Would definitely stay again.

Good beds, clean, and decent general state of the property - breakfast has good choice. Train station 5mins walk away with service to city every 15 mins during day, and every 30 mins until quite late. 1Euro pp only to Roma Ostiense station where you can join the underground system. The one point which was a touch irritating was that if you wanted to have dinner at the hotel you really needed to make a reservation, otherwise you would either be waiting a very long time for a table, or accept the fact that you probably wouldn't get served until at least 2130.

The restaurant on site was great. The breakfast tasted amazing. There were many options and it was all fresh. I have never been to such an amazing breakfast from a hotel. The lunch and dinner was wonderful too. Dinner was packed so we had to wait an hour to be seated. No one told us that we needed to make reservations for dinner. We had asked at lunch what time dinner started. The pool is under construction so we had to use a pool from an apartment next door which was nice but we got lost getting there. Our room as comfortable with two queen beds.
