Did not have any electricity for more then 6 hrs , I contacted the lady at front desk and she told me to wait for the electricity to come back at what time she didn’t know, lack of interest to the customer no accommodation were offered to me, that showed no interest , was my favorite place to stay

Don’t stay here. They’re horrible. If you show up late the hotel is locked and you can’t get in. Staff is not very helpful at all. Avoid this place. No wonder I was the only guest in the entire hotel during my stay

The uxmal ruins were way better than the Chichén Itzá. The staff were very good. The best part was seeing the ruins from our window. We had room 321 and got to see the sunrise over the ruins. Absolutely beautiful!!! Would come again!
