The hotels location is outstanding with Mcdonald’s, KFC, a pub & bowling club all in the street. The only negative was I got charged twice for my room & it still has not been refunded two days later.

Convenient to Parramatta. Bus stop out front as well as supermarket and eateries. We didn't stay for breakfast. We have stayed here before and happy to come back. The only problem we had was with parking, if you don't read the fine print you will end up paying $50. We had to wait ages to exit the carpark, you need to wait at the desk and checkout before going to your car.

Stayed 3 nights

Positives - room was clean, good housekeeping. Negatives - room dark, only mood lighting, unable to see anything at night - no lit sign from the street. Drove past it first as arrived after dark and sign not kit up, just looked like a grey box from the street - room FREEZING!!! A\C unit controller didn't work. Came back late each night and left early so dint get a chance to complain to reception - receiption smeeled strongly.of disinfectant all 3 nights we were there, would hate to think what other smells this is masking. Mixed Receptionist on arrival was excellent, he was happy and friendly. The rest were quite surly, nothing more beyond basic politeness. Last one on checkout barely grunted out a thank you when I handed over the keys. A simple "how was your stay" would have given them a chance to discuss the above instead. All in all quite disappointing!
