The hotels elevator has not been working for the past 2 days. We are on the 3rd floor. It is very hard to use stairs. I'm carrying up and down my 50 pounds luggage bag. I am 62 years old. It's absolutely unfair. The person on the front desk he is very rude. I told him we are staying for 2 nights. Please send large towels for shower, also there is waste basket in restrooms. They did NOT send it. I am unhappy. I told him that if the stairs were not working, they should have informed the guest prior to checking in. But he did not said anything. Also, there is a Banquet hall / Restaurant. (Entrance is from the inside the hotel) There was some kind of event there on Saturday night. The music was so laoud, that we could not sleep. I will NOT recommend this hotel. I would like a REFUND --

Parked my truck and camper here, plenty of room even for semis. Easy checkin. Only negative thing is theres only 1 elevator, the other one is broken, so the wait for an elevator is annoying

You get what you pay for. For the price, it wasn't bad. The lobby was busy and noisy when we were there. We had just missed a fist fight that was broken up by police. The room and elevators could use some repairs. The bed was comfortable.

View of the room on the first floor was the garbage dump. Garbage was scattered some what and bad smell. Had to close the window and the curtains all 2 days stay. Have to say the staff are nice and able to get stuff when request and location is pretty convenient.

Broken down old and way over priced. Its a 100 dollar hotel charging 300. For a room with one double bed . Elevator not working. Second one very slow. . Room very underwhelming. Will not stay there again. The pictures on expedia might as well be a different hotel. Wont be using expedia again

Bathroom wasn’t cleaned - found a huge ball of hair I no he middle of the floor and the sheets in the bed were not changed - found the hair of the previous guest in the bed

Room was nice. But there is a trash left from previous guest that wasn’t cleaned. Empty cup was behind the TV. A bag from a fast food was left behind by the bed. Shower curtains were dirty. Toilet seat was not properly cleaned and unscrewed. Although the price was reasonable let’s not forget to clean it properly.

The room was filthy. There wasn't a clean spot in the room. Bathtub had hair. Walls dirty. Carpet filthy. A/C not adjustable. Broken window glass. Moldy caulk, sink moldy, slow drain, smells of mold. TV good, sheets clean. Entry to building disgraceful. Unsavory characters about. Garbage and cig butts litter outside. Dirty window. Terrible place to stay. Front counter dirty. One elevator out of service. Filthy elevator.

I feel like we got catfished. We book the hotel on line and the pictures made it look really nice and well kept. We get there and it’s not at all like the pictures. The parking lot is covered in garbage. The washroom in our room wasn’t even cleaned prior to our arrival. I found hair all over the washroom, the tub was dirty and just absolutely disgusting looking. The drain was plugged so even if we were brave enough to have a shower we would be standing someone else’s filth. The toilet had someone else’s bowel movement still in it! We stayed for one night and by the time we arrived from our flight we didn’t have much of choice but to brave the night. We checked the bed and the thank goodness it was clean and no bed bugs. But I would definitely reconsider your choice to stay here. The staff was friends but they were the only pleasant thing about this hotel. If I could post pictures I would.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! This place is disgusting, dirty, smells. It’s just bad. It’s not cleaned well at all….We had black hair all over the bed, stains all over the walls, the carpet was WET!!!! Things were falling apart. I would recommend someplace else.

Our hotel room looked nothing like the images. The rooms AC was broken and we were drenched in sweat just trying to relax in our room. Very uncomfortable bed, no lights beside 3 lamps which was inconvenient.

Lobby staff was nice and efficient. Room is very nice, modern and clean, with large size tv. Bathroom lighting is odd though. Unfortunately only one elevator works for hotel so probably slower than usual to get one. Overall very comfortable room.

The price was okay for the quality of the room, but could feel the bed springs. There was no proper body soap, but instead bad 2 bars of soap. But the staff were very welcoming and friendly. You definitely get what you paid for.

Booked here as an inexpensive option because our flight out of Calgary was postponed overnight. Ultra basic room, but seemed clean enough. Air conditioner worked but was very loud. The bed was fairly comfy, but the springs made a ton of noise when getting in or out, or any movement in general. Was all pretty decent except for the fact that a lady (housekeeping I think?) burst into our room at 8:30am without knocking and then couldn’t speak English well enough to say why. I think she thought my name was Jarrod or something? It was 2.5 hours before checkout time, so that was kinda weird. Other than that, it was OK for the low price.

The front desk staff were amazing. Checking in was so easy and parking was readily available. My room was absolutely gorgeous! I couldn’t believe it! Kitchenette, sofa and chairs with a flatscreen TV and a separate room with another flatscreen TV and king sized bed. The bed was so comfortable. Even the bathroom was impressive. Will definitely be back. If you haven’t stayed here before you need to. You won’t be disappointed.

Very very poor experience with this hotel staff There was a guy in the evening shift when I was there for check in. He doesn’t no any manners and anything that how to deal with customers.he showed up his too much ego .and he was saying all the time for his boss named kewal is not here for listening to ur problem he was at home and chilling.and customers are getting harassed by his staff on reception. In last I am telling you we cancelled our stay immediately that day on the spot . All the hotel having smell of smoking but they mentioned non smoking on there hotel listing on Expedia.com So I think Expedia is not check there hotels according to there policies.they need to check hotel conditions first. And at last this hotel is disgusting.

Fair distance from airport. Cab was $40 - located in outlying area. Quiet. Room clean, a/c unit smells musty. Ok for one night, but add $80 to price for your cab to and from. Might as well pay the price and stay closer to airport

I wouldn’t stay here again . The area isn’t great and the hotel itself has guests who I definitely wouldn’t want around my home or anywhere I sleep . I was worried my car would be broken into in the parking lot . One elevator was broken down and when I got up in the morning the other one was too so I had to carry my bag down 5 floors. I didn’t realize when I booked it but the hotel is shady something you’d expect a drug addict or prostitute to stay in and judging by the looks of the folks hanging around they could have been either.

Google has bad reviews of this hotel. I did hate seeing random homeless/sketchy people outside the hotel. That was a 1 big no for me. I found it to be great for the price tho. I paid $70 bucks a night and the room had a bed, tv, microwave, washroom had towels and soap. I dont know what else anyone could want. There was a smell like a lot of google reviews said. I think it was the carpet in the rooms

- This is NOT an airport hotel. No shuttle service. This hotel is +20-30 mins (not 10 mins) away from the YYC airport, via car service (CAD $30 - $35) - The hotel is near a truck overnight stop / fueling station - The hotel is sketchy, with random off the street people bumming inside and around the property. The hotel has hired a security guard that stands outside the building - The walls are thin, likely no insulation, the doors have a +3" gap from the floor, you can see people's shadow standing in front of your door. The doors are hollow. The windows are old, and made of wood. You can hear cars/trucks start outside and people snoring next door. - They give you three pillows for a king bed - The hotel smells like Indian cusine - The mattress is horrible, the bed frame squeeks - The pictures are deciving as they are from a renovation (at best paint only) in the early 2000s - Hotel is not even worth $50 CAD a night

Room and hallway had a stale smell. Mattress was broken on one side. Staff used the one working elevator to move dead equipment all day. Shower area was disgusting. Room was grey and dingy. Carpet was dirty. Said they had a bar and restaurant that was open till 2, it was not, and it was just a cavernous space with no bar area. Puctures do not match anything in the hotel.

I was actually pretty amazed by this place. I wasn't expecting much, it was the cheapest place during stampede weekend but i was pleasantly surprised! Clean modern room, nice big TV, got a milkshake from the restaurant that was banging. The bathroom was relatively nice, toilet wobbled a bit in 204 and the beds were pretty stiff. Luckily i dont mind a firm bed. Overall a great stay.

There is a Indian food restaurant on the ground floor which is great. And the hotel serves alcohol till 2am which is great. I got a beer from the gentlemen working at night named Shan I believe. He was very nice and deserves a raise.

Front desk staff were friendly, only good thing about this place. Walls in room were disgusting, I didn’t shower as I felt like I may be dirtier getting out of the shower then I was going in. Room smelled like the restaurant was vented straight into the room. Did not feel safe at night. Could not get the remote to work for the TV. Last but not least the Bed was the worst thing I’ve slept on, you could feel every spring and everytime I moved it would wake me up from how loud it was. I will most definitely not be back.

the windows let cold air and wind in and did not close right. The shower curtain and tub were dirty. the bed was hard like a sofa bed springs base. internet was speradic. went to get a snack from the restraunt and it took ove half an hour to get an appitizer. staff was ok but not very freindly. very bad experience over all and will not be going back there.

The hotel was dirty with things dust clumps and random things like rocks and screws in the hallways. They have an Indian restaurant attached which is quite loud up until nearly 11pm. Would not recommend or stay again.
