The room was clean, the staff were helpful. Bathroom had a smell and the shower is too slow. It’s not a true 5 star. More like 4 star. The beach was disappointing compared to other resorts in Tunis. The building was nice. Onsite food was expensive. WiFi was decent for surfing and YouTube I booked for the locations because there were lots of clubs around. Be very aware, these clubs are tourist scams charging more than America

Very nice location and place overall. Cleaning did a superb job maintaining our room and going the extra mile to make us enjoy our stay. Naturally, we tipped her handsomely😊. One are of improvement is the reception folks needing to be more accommodating. Every request we made was turned down with a phony smile. We requested an iron; we were told to use the laundry services. We requested an extra towel to use the pool, they said to wait until the next day! They made me pay 15 TND to get a bottle of wine I to my room. WiFi in the room was not working; I reported it and the reception lady said they’d send a technician - it never happened. They need to listen to customers and be more accommodating. It’s not all about spending more money!
