5 stars! Absolutely amazing experience! My family and I had the best time. We can’t wait to come back to see more of Tunisia! The four seasons catered to our every need! Our room was so spacious and stunning. The pool was unbelievable with spectacular views. The beach was beautiful and the food was delicious!

While the rooms are beautiful and the staff wonderful, there’s construction that prohibits entry to the beach and the pool cafe is also closed and under construction. This is not mentioned on hotels.com, although there are photos of a guest on the beach. It’s deceitful. I wouldn’t have stayed here if I had known that. All I can do is see the beach, not even walk on it. I feel like a prisoner here.

Four seasons properties are always amazing but what sets them apart is the service which was unfortunately not up to the standard at this property. Service was slow and not attentive. However, after we pointed this out, we saw an improvement. We will be visiting again in the coming year so hopefully will see some positive change. Otherwise, the property is amazing the amenities are great and very family friendly!

The property is nice and quaint, it is mostly quiet, although there appears to be a nightclub of sorts nearby which you may hear for a few hours in the night. The service from all staff is impeccable, with most going the extra mile to suit your needs. Sadly there were some negatives. Our sea view from our room was obscured by the roof of the room on the floor below. The massive stains on the carpets in our room, turndown service wasn’t a daily thing and didn’t cover the expectations despite being in a four seasons.

Très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel 5 étoiles. Le spa est magnifique, les restaurants sont très agréables avec une très bonne cuisine. Probablement parmi les meilleurs tables de Tunis. La chambre est spacieuse, le lit très confortable. Petit bémol la propreté de la chambre (poussière derrière la tv), la pauvreté des échantillons dans la salle de bain (le stricte minumum et en petite quantité), l'absence de plage devant l'hôtel, l'absence des housses en éponge sur les transats de notre terrasse alors que les deux autres chambres du même étage les avaient. Enfin le Spa a oublié ma réservation du 1er jour (prise de rendez-vous deux semaines avant l'arrivée) donc ils m'ont proposé un rendez-vous le lendemain. Les équipes ont bien rattrapé le coup mais ça reste décevant au regard de ce type d'établissement.

I was excited to discover a new Four Seasons in Tunis and I have not been disappointed. The hotel is beautiful and all the facilities are spotless. The food at Azur restaurant and at the Creek is excellent. It was my first trip in Tunisia in over 10 years, will definitely come back more often... and without doubt at the Four Seasons Tunis.

Very beautiful hotel. Clean beautiful rooms. The only issues i had was the doors were not sound proof i could here it every time the room next to me opened the door or was cleaned, the other being that the phones in room were not working and i had to order from bathroom phone. I told them, but nobody fixed it.

It's a very disappointing stay. It cannot be a four season hotel. They have unprofesional and untrained personal and staff. We had 3 rooms and one suite in total and all of them had an issue either, AC, fridge and /or bathrooms. The hallways are not air conditioned. It is a horrible experience.

Tres bon séjour dans un très bel hôtel. Ce n’est pas le four season le plus ultra de la chaîne mais cela reste un bel endroit avec un bon service . Restaurant bleu très bon, meilleur que le bistrot chic du dernier étage à mon goût Des petits détails qui pourraient être améliorés, nous avions une immense terrasse face à la mer. Il y avait 2 transats mais ps de table et chaises, ce qui faisait un espace totalement vide, c’est dommage. La plage pas encore ouverte et pas du tout entretenue .

It is like a dream, we really enjoyed our stay with the family. Quiet and great pool and beach, staff is sooo friendly and professional. Not to forget the Blu Restaurant, ask the Italian chef (sorry I forgot his name) to make you a tasting (family style), it’s the best meal we had in the whole trip, We will be back in our vacation stay in Tunisia.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour au Four Season Tunis. Le personnel est très agréable, les chambres spacieuses et l’ensemble des infrastructures notamment le jardin d’oliviers surplombant la piscine est splendide. Petite parenthèse, nous été avons été un peu déçu à notre arrivée par le manque d’accueil et l’attente pour la prise en charge à la réception. Aussi, le SPA est très beau mais les soins sont un peu trop « rapide » et pas suffisamment personnalisés. Le four season est un bel hôtel pour profiter de la plage et se détendre. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est surperbe et le personnel d’une grande gentillesse. Nous recommandons cet hôtel.
