I absolutely love Four Seasons Hotel Tunis and would happily recommend it. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and extremely well maintained, with excellent service, great facilities, and a very high overall standard. The staff are professional and attentive and everything from the rooms to the restaurants and pool areas feels luxurious. The main thing I would like to see improved is the reservation of sun loungers. Some guests leave personal belongings on loungers for long periods without actually using them, which can be frustrating and in my opinion, does not really fit the standard of a 5 star luxury hotel. A clearer policy around this would make the pool experience much better. The atmosphere is also quite different from some other luxury hotels in Tunisia. Four Seasons Tunis feels a little more like a high-end business hotel, polished, sophisticated, and professional, rather than warm and home-like. That being said, Four Seasons Tunis is still an exceptional hotel. The quality, service, comfort, and overall experience are excellent and I always enjoy staying here.

The best hotel in Tunisia. The staff were absolutely incredible. Knew our names as we walked around. So attentive. So thoughtful and caring. Everything taken care of. Exactly what you’d want in a Four Seasons. Special shout out to: Our favourite. Amani. Who is the sweetest person who made our trip. The other staff really looked after us, Youssef, Halil, Khalid, Ines, Wael, Ahmed, Souhail, Immas and Nour. The spa is sight to see and felt so relaxed coming home. I’d recommend everyone to go.

I stayed at the Four Seasons Tunisia with high expectations based on the Four Seasons brand and my experiences at their properties around the world. Unfortunately, the service did not meet that standard. After reading other reviews, I noticed that many of the negative comments are also related to service, which was consistent with my experience. The property itself is beautiful—very elegant, clean, well-maintained, and luxurious. The pool area is especially nice and is one of the highlights of the hotel. However, if you’re looking for a beach vacation, this may not be the best choice. The beach is disappointing: it is rocky, not particularly clean, and the water is not very appealing. It also requires a long walk to get to the beach, which takes away from the overall experience. Overall, it was an acceptable stay because the property is attractive and well-kept, but the service needs significant improvement. The hotel would also benefit from cleaning and improving the beach area to better match the standards expected from a Four Seasons property.
