Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von meinem Stammhotel. Ich musste drei mal das Zimmer wechseln bevor ich eins bekommen hatte was einigermaßen sauber und ruhig war. Das Hotel wird komplett renoviert was so nicht in der Hotelbeschreibung stand. Während man frühstückt werden z.B. die Wände direkt neben einem abgeschliffen und gestrichen. Die Handwerker achten nicht auf die Gäste oder Sauberkeit. Das ganze Hotel ist eine Baustelle. Die Rutsche ist geschlossen, direkt am Hotel hat ein Open Air Club eröffnet indem bis morgens früh 5 Uhr laut Musik gespielt wurde. An einen erholsamen Schlaf ist nicht zu denken. Die fertiggestellten Zimmer sind, obwohl es kein Fernsehen und kein Internet gibt doppelt so teuer wie die nicht renovierten Zimmer. Leider war auch das Essen nicht gut. Es wurde fast 3 wochen lang das selbe Menü angeboten. Auch wenn das gesamte Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht ist, würde ich das Hotel so nicht mehr buchen.

The hotel was very nice and the rooms were very clean, the breakfast was nice even though the variety was not very much, the staff were friendly and helpful and the swimming pool was clean and big, the beach was very quiet and clean and it was the best beach I ever went to

I checked into this hotel late on a Saturday. The room I was given wasn't clean. There were no towels, shampoo, or soap. The bed sheets and pillowcases were dirty and had to be washed. This hotel is a party place with loud music every night until 4 a.m. I barely managed to fall asleep at 4:30 a.m. on my first night. I was assigned a different room and was able to sleep the remaining three nights. Overall, this hotel left me with the worst memories. The two photos below were taken at 3:20 a.m., when I went to the party venue to ask them to turn down the music because the noise in my hotel room was keeping me awake. It's a shame the photos don't convey the loud noise.

Nothing to say about the comfort, the cleanliness, the welcome, the dedication of the staff. The setting is pleasant, there is a very large swimming pool. The breakfast services are acceptable given the very economical price, although the offer is rather low-end. Given the tourism situation in Tunisia, the management's effort to keep its hotel upright should be highlighted. But there is a very big problem, and it would seem strange if I were the first to point it out: The hotel is part of a fairly large resort, of which it seems that the first argument of attractiveness is... the nightclub , frequented by many more external guests than there are guests in the rooms, which delivers a deafening flood of sub-bass decibels and rhythmic vibrations, which renders all hope of sleep and rest vain from 19:00 and until 02:00 in the morning during the week, and until 04:00 at night from Friday to Saturday. This is not a mild inconvenience, but a severe medically-harmful nuisance. It should be be more than appropriate and professional to warn customers of this inconvenience at the time of booking. Imagine the disappointment of customers having booked for a long stay, focused on relaxation during the day and a sleep cure at night.... Think about families with young children! This is a real commercial trap, harmful to psychological and physical health.

Det var mye røyk lukt overalt og veldig skittent. Rommene var helt ok. Hotellet så ikke ut slik som på bildene når det gjelder utsiden. På vinteren var også bassenget og skliene stengt, dette var ikke nevnt noe om i bookingen. Anbefales ikke på vinteren.

Le petit déj est clairement allégé. Très peu de choix. L'hôtel est mal entretenu. Il y a des malfaçons dans les chambres qui pourraient être réparés. Le personnel n'est pas souriant ni sociable. Dommage car il y a une belle plage. Je trouve cela cher pour le service. C'est un hôtel hors saison très triste .

Sporcizia,le camere sporche con molte formiche,le camere calde perché togliendo la scheda il climatizzatore e tutto il resto si spegneva pertanto al rientro le camere erano un forno,abbiamo chiesto una seconda scheda per tenerla in funzione con il climatizzatore ma ci hanno detto di no,per le camere ci hanno chiesto 200 euro in più per non parlare del cibo,immangiabile.

L'entrée all mal éclairé réception trop sombre marque de réception collante salle personnel pas très aimable à la réception la literie très dure salle de bain à rénover il faut réclamer des serviettes supplémentaires car quand nous sommes arrivés il y en avait une pas de tapis de bain il fallait réclamer

Sehr dreckig und schimmel im bad ameisen überall mücken, die Bezüge würden nie gewechselt. Sehr laut von morgens bis abends sehr schrecklich musik und nachts sehr laut also zum schlafen ist das nichts ich würde es niemals empfehlen rezeption sehr unfreundlich und unbeholfen wilde hund laufen da rum -10 sterne

Schon vor der Reise haben wir unterschiedliche recensionen gelesen. Wir wussten dass man keinen hohen Standard erwarten soll. Alls wir ankamen wurden wir sehr freundlich von der receptionperonal empfangen. Wir haben die Schlüssel genommen und sind zu unseren Einzelzimmer gegangen. Die 4 Zimmer waren eine Katastrophe. Wir haben unseren Augen nicht glauben wollen. Wir sind sofort zurück zur reception gegangen um nach einer anderen Alternative zu schauen. Wir haben extra für andere Zimmer im Neubau bezahlt und diese waren viel besser. Diese Zimmer sind trotzdem nichts für Ameisen Hasser . Wir waren zufrieden jetzt mit den Zimmern. Am nästen Tag wollten wir frühstücken. Es gab Kaffe, Baguett, Croissant, Butter, 2 verschiedene Sorten Marmelade, Frischkäse und Mortadella in Scheiben, Gurke und Tomate. Okejjjj, macht nichts wir waren ja den rest des Tages unter Wegs und haben draussen gegessen. Am nächsten Tag gab es noch grüne und schwarze Oliven dazu. Am 3 Tag keine Oliven und da haben wir gefragt ob man wenigstens Oliven bekommen könnte. Es war also sehr sparsam. Tee und Wasser musste man kaufen. Am Pool und vor dem Hotell war alles sauber. Hinter dem Hotell und in Richtung Meer hat man sich um den Gaten gar nicht gekümmert. Die Rutsche zum Pool war nicht im Gebrauch. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt OK da wir keine hohen Ansprüche stellten. Für eine Familje mit Kinder ist es aber nicht zumutbar. Personal ist sehr nett. Komfort und resursen lassen viel zu wünschen übrig.

Not so good room for three kept needing to ask for towels and got nothing had to give towels from our room so they can shower. We asked 4 times at night said they'll bring them, asked again in the morning, nothing, breakfast was not at a good standard for international visitors. I checked into this hotel late on a Saturday. The room I was given wasn't clean. There were no towels, shampoo, or soap. The bed sheets and pillowcases were dirty and had to be washed. This hotel is a party place with loud music every night until 4 a.m. I barely managed to fall asleep at 4:30 a.m. on my first night. I was assigned a different room and was able to sleep the remaining three nights. Overall, this hotel left me with the worst memories. The two photos below were taken at 3:20 a.m., when I went to the party venue to ask them to turn down the music because the noise in my hotel room was keeping me awake. Allgemein ist es wirklich eine angenehme Unterkunft. Zimmer könnte aufgrund von Mängeln sofort ohne Probleme gewechselt werden. Personal war stets sehr höflich. Wir hatten Halbpension und hätten uns über Wasser oder andere Getränke während des Essens sehr gefreut. Das Frühstück war ok. Die Auswahl ist ausreichend. 2 verschiedene nicht vegetarische Gerichte zur Auswahl am Abend mit gemischtem Vorspeisensalat. Mich freute es dass Kräuter zum Würzen genommen wurden. Allerdings ist der Rest der Kochkunst eher leicht unter dem Durchschnitt aber dennoch akzeptabel. Fazit: Die Zimmer dürfen gerne regelmäßiger gewartet und zum Essen ein Kaltgetränk serviert werden. Ansonsten wirklich sehr zufrieden stellend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schon vor der Reise haben wir unterschiedliche recensionen gelesen. Wir wussten dass man keinen hohen Standard erwarten soll. Alls wir ankamen wurden wir sehr freundlich von der receptionperonal empfangen. Wir haben die Schlüssel genommen und sind zu unseren Einzelzimmer gegangen. Die 4 Zimmer waren eine Katastrophe. Wir haben unseren Augen nicht glauben wollen. Wir sind sofort zurück zur reception gegangen um nach einer anderen Alternative zu schauen. Wir haben extra für andere Zimmer im Neubau bezahlt und diese waren viel besser. Diese Zimmer sind trotzdem nichts für Ameisen Hasser . Wir waren zufrieden jetzt mit den Zimmern. Am nästen Tag wollten wir frühstücken. Es gab Kaffe, Baguett, Croissant, Butter, 2 verschiedene Sorten Marmelade, Frischkäse und Mortadella in Scheiben, Gurke und Tomate. Okejjjj, macht nichts wir waren ja den rest des Tages unter Wegs und haben draussen gegessen. Am nächsten Tag gab es noch grüne und schwarze Oliven dazu. Am 3 Tag keine Oliven und da haben wir gefragt ob man wenigstens Oliven bekommen könnte. Es war also sehr sparsam. Tee und Wasser musste man kaufen. Am Pool und vor dem Hotell war alles sauber. Hinter dem Hotell und in Richtung Meer hat man sich um den Gaten gar nicht gekümmert. Die Rutsche zum Pool war nicht im Gebrauch. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt OK da wir keine hohen Ansprüche stellten. Für eine Familje mit Kinder ist es aber nicht zumutbar. Personal ist sehr nett. Komfort und resursen lassen viel zu wünschen übrig.

Chambre propre et confortable pour le prix, pas de papier de toilette dans la salle de bain. Petit déjeuner inclus, il n'y avait presque rien au buffet, très decevant quelques croissants froid, marmelade et du café. Pourtant nous n'étions pas dernière minute avant la fermeture de la salle a manger. Pour la chambre c'était correcte mais si je retourne je vais me payer un vrai déjeuner.

Das Essen ist Katastrophe. Man bucht Halbpension und hat 5 Gerichte zur Auswahl von denen keines vegetarisch ist und 4 nicht mehr verfügbar sind. Man bekommt für Erwachsene 30 Dinar fürs Abendessen und Kinder 15 Dinar. Was man darüber bestellt muss man nachzahlen. Allerdings habe ich beim buchen der Halbpension für alle den selben Betrag bezahlt. Wir sind zu dritt angereist, kamen in der nacht um 1 uhr an und es gab im Zimmer nur 2 Kissen. Für meine Tochter war kein Bett vorbereitet. Dies mussten wir dann noch organisieren, was sehr lange dauerte da das Personal nur französisch oder arabisch spricht. Das Hotel hätte großes Potenzial, doch leider wird dies nicht genutzt. Wie es z.B. zwei Wasserrutschen gibt, welche nicht genutzt werden und ein Baum im Auffangbecken wächst. Der Strand ist wunderschön und leer doch ab 18 uhr sollte man dort nicht mehr hin, da wilde Hunde einen angreifen. Mysteriöse und dreckige Katzen werden direkt auf der Restaurant Terrasse gefüttert und laufen auf den Tischen. Das Zimmermädchen hat auf sich warten lassen und kam manchmal gar nicht. Handtücher sind mangelware wir mussten betteln damit jeder ein Handtuch bekommt. Die Zimmer stinken, Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht und unter kostenlosen badartikeln versteht man dort eine kleine Seife und ein mini mini Duschgel.

Allerdings habe ich beim buchen der Halbpension für alle den selben Betrag bezahlt. Wir sind zu dritt angereist, kamen in der nacht um 1 uhr an und es gab im Zimmer nur 2 Kissen. Für meine Tochter war kein Bett vorbereitet. Dies mussten wir dann noch organisieren, was sehr lange dauerte da das Personal nur französisch oder arabisch spricht. Das Hotel hätte großes Potenzial, doch leider wird dies nicht genutzt. Wie es z.B. zwei Wasserrutschen gibt, welche nicht genutzt werden und ein Baum im Auffangbecken wächst. Der Strand ist wunderschön und leer doch ab 18 uhr sollte man dort nicht mehr hin, da wilde Hunde einen angreifen. Mysteriöse und dreckige Katzen werden direkt auf der Restaurant Terrasse gefüttert und laufen auf den Tischen. Das Zimmermädchen hat auf sich warten lassen und kam manchmal gar nicht. Handtücher sind mangelware wir mussten betteln damit jeder ein Handtuch bekommt. Die Zimmer stinken, Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht und unter kostenlosen badartikeln versteht man dort eine kleine Seife und ein mini mini Duschgel.

Very noisy. There was a night club right on the pool side that played extremely loud music till 4 in the morning. You could feel the speakers in your bed and soul. I had to move to another hotel to be able to sleep.

I have stayed there two nights. The second night the mirror felt down in middle of the night but I was so intoxicated by the food eaten at the restaurant that I did not noticed until the next morning. I woke up feeling dizzy, with body aches. The breakfast is very poor but the restaurant has great amenities. The price is affordable
