Super cool place to stay, really comfy beds. I had the kings bed next to the pool and it was great. Had a cold plunge in the mornings and then hopped in the super large shower for hot soak before heading to the restaurant for a great Eggs Florentine with decent coffee. Was a friends wedding so had a great time overall. Definitely recommend and will stay there again.

We stayed in a accessible king poolside room. It was spacious and had a nice sitting area outside the room facing the pool. The bed was comfortable and pillows were good.The property is walking distance to the Rye RSL, pier and many cafes. We were disappointed that the staff did not tell us that whilst the official website for the hotel says breakfast is only available weekends it now has breakfast available every day. We did not take advantage of this as we found out by accident only when we were checking out.

Allowed early entry into apartment - 12.30pm. Clean, neat and access to pool was great as we were on the ground floor with porch area direct access to pool.

I loved my stay at Rye Hotel. My room was clean, comfortable, modern and spacious. It had a great pool view. The pool was sparkling, and beautiful and a nice size and depth. I thoroughly enjoyed my swims. The food at the adjacent bistro was delicious and well-priced and there was a discount for accommodation guests. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel is well-positioned opposite the beach and foreshore and next to the main shopping strip. It is a lovely area to stay in.

It was pretty good facilities provided. Amazed with the nice firm bed. The pillow can be firmer. Was too soft. The spa and pool worked a treat. Pretty quiet for a busy weekend. Definitely coming back.

Good Position, well equipped, bed was a little soft for my liking. However, the shower area needs the sealant around the floor and shower door replaced as it is quite mouldy and the hinges on the shower door was covered in black muck. Poor cleaning of that area.

We liked the convenience of the property. The room was nice and large. The set up of the room could have been better. The tv on the wall should be on a swivel, so you can watch tv from bed. The bathroom needs a very intense clean as there is black mould on the tiles.

Katie at reception was friendly & helpful. The location was perfect, didn’t really need a car after we checked into our room as beach was across the road & so many restaurants, bars, cafes & ice cream shops nearby. The pool was clean & tidy as was our room & balcony. The bed was super comfy & bed sheets were spotless. Bathroom clean & shower was so powerful & relaxing. Gr8 place to stay.

I love that it's so quiet this time of year, and the few guests they get they space out around the hotel so we never hear each other. I also like the attached Pub, great dinner option.

It was an okay stay - rooms were nice, but you could hear everything in the outdoor hallway, so bring your earplugs. Staff greeting again was okay, not good, but they were quite busy. Location was great though, really near beach.

Best location but unfortunately the hotel was very outdated. We stayed in a room with a pool view which had a litte courtyard. The tv was too small for the room size and the decor was really out of date.

Wow what a beautiful room, ocean views and the comfiest beds, what more could one ask for? What made it even better was the friendly and accomodating customer service and the food for breakfast and lunch in the bistro was absolutely divine!! 100% recommend anyone looking to stay here.
