Lovely hotel in a nice neighborhood. Comfy bed and shower was ok, sometimes the water pressure went up and down presumably due to other rooms usage. Room was a bit dated but comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful with scrambled eggs and bacon as well as the usual continental style and plenty of sweet pastries and fruit bowls too. Breakfast coffee was a let down, not great. You can book the hot tub, steam room and sauna for private use which is recommended. We booked a full body massage also through reception which you pay them in cash (Argentinan Pesos). They brought in an outside masseue, Esteban who was amazing and highly recommended after a lot of treking Patagonia! Check out a couple of great steak houses on the next street. La Lucia for something a bit fancier and HUGE steaks and Estancia la Florencia just up the street more informal but just as good and cheaper.

This boutique hotel delivers more than a boutique experience. It was our base of operations for five days in Mendoza as we explored a number of wineries in the region and it was a wonderful place to come home to each day. Clean. Comfortable. Well appointed (sauna and a pool…the hot tub was closed for the off season). Great neighborhood (steps away from restaurants, cafes, shopping, a number of gorgeous plazas…wow. Parking (self-park offsite just a half-block away). A great little breakfast restaurant (included) to start every day. And most importantly, GREAT people and service. Emilia, Augustine, Daniel and Marco went out of their way making us feel special, whether it was facilitating our stay and visit, exchanging currency, getting my husband hot water for coffee at 5 AM or doing a quick fix when I accidentally locked us out of our room’s safe, they were with us every step of the way and ready with a quick greeting or longer, warm conversation. You simply can’t ask for more. Thank you Villaggio. We will be back.

Pedi um suco de laranja natural e ovos fritos no café da manhã e me responderam que não fazem atendimentos especiais (mesmo pagando à parte). Não percebi que os apartamentos não tem janela, ou melhor, as janelas não se abrem para nenhuma vista (poderia ser da praça independência, por ex). Escolhi um apto no ultimo andar mas, mesmo assim, era baixo. O Hotel fica apertado entre 2 outras construções não permitindo que o hóspede aviste nada. A piscina estava bastante feia, não sei se suja, ou feia precisando de manutenção

We had a very nice experience at this hotel it’s centrally located in walking distance to restaurants and shops. Breakfast is good personnel very nice and helpful the rooms are very clean and comfortable my only complaint is the shower head with some rust and a little bit of mold around the bathtub other than that I recommend this place.

Interessante, quarto espaçoso, porém sistema de calefação (aquecimento) tinha alguns problemas, no banheiro o chuveiro tinha oscilação da temperatura da água durante o banho (ás vezes muito quente, ás vezes gelada) sem mudança do registro. Café da manhã gostoso e completo.

A very nice hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Thank you! The only complain we have is the bad soundproofing. We got a huge room, everything was very nice! But we heard very loud voices from the room next to us. No cars, no elevator, everything was really fine..!. But bring earplugs with you. In case you have loud neighbours. Not everyone is well behaved?!...we also loved the breakfast. (You get an excellent fruit salad there!! )

Friendly and helpful desk staff. Helped us with winery tours and recommendations that were very good. There are very many good restaurants in walking distance and very safe walking at all times. First night no hot water which was a little inconvenient but was rectified by the morning. Breakfast area is well maintained and food selection was very good.

Uma experiência horrível para brasileiros, brasileiros nunca se hospedem nesse hotel, nem de graça. Funcionários sarcásticos, desatenciosos, ríspidos, desrespeitosos. Quando cheguei no chekin já fiquei desapontado, vi uma hóspede brasileira pedindo ajuda sobre o ar condicionado que o marido dela estava passando mal. O recepcionista além de não ter resolvido ficou fazendo graça, a hóspede desesperada. Comigo quando estava fazendo checkout, demorei 40 min para descer me cobraram uma multa de quase 40% no valor da diária. Sentei para fazer uma transferência para pagar o valor no pix de uma diária que tinha passado, nesse tempo de 10 minutos, eles chamaram a polícia. Os funcionários sempre ríspidos, mal educados e totalmente diferente no trato com brasileiros.

We took the 45 minute city bus tour to scope out Mendoza. We realized Villaggio is within a one mile walk to most sights in all different directions. It is centrally located to parks and restaurants and quite safe. The staff was genuine and spoke English and helped us navigate the various tours to the wineries and the Andes. A buffet breakfast was included. The breakfast staff was always available and fabulous; a clean environment, tables, and quick to replenish the various treats. We enjoyed the fresh fruits, juices, breads and rolls, eggs and bacon, coffee, and breakfast deserts. Early traffic noise is a problem, but overall our experience was great.

Right in the heart of the city and walkable to shopping and the sites. It is a very clean and friendly hotel with spacious rooms and lots of amenities. The staff provided me with me than enough recommendations and all of them were great. Definitely worth a stay!

This is an extremely nice hotel and we were very happily surprised after a smooth check in with a very friendly and helpful front desk person. The room was large and the bed super comfy, very good lighting and great shower and bathroom. Breakfast also was very good. Excellent location...would definitely stay here again.
