The airport shuttle was easy to find (stop 16 outside terminal 1), the bus is super-punctual, very friendly drivers. The hotel is 10 mins from the airport and perfect in every regard. They even have scales in the lobby for weighing your luggage. Pity I didn't have time for breakfast. This was my second stay at the Marroad, it's now my preferred option for Narita.

Very nice place to stay and very close to the airport. Free 7 minute transportation to the terminal. After teeny Air BnBs this was a great choice. Very nice and courteous staff. Convenience store in the hotel with great food options.

This was absolutely horrid. The bed was COVERED in bed bugs. The bathroom was disgusting, the fridge smelled like something was left in it for months. The carpet was moldy. The the shower head was spraying water everywhere other than IN the shower. The room was compact and TINY. My wife and I literally left at 2am and went to sleep in the car until 9am, went to shower and checkout. Did not complete the 2 night stay. We went to the Hilton 5 mins away.

We had an overnight stay. Our room was clean and very comfortable. Overlooking the airport runway amongst the forest of trees was a view that was really lovely to wake up to. They provide free shuttle buses to and from the airport. We would happily stay again.

Was woken up by a noisy tour group checking in at 10+pm, called front desk hoping for some assistance, but was greeted with an indifferent response. Appalled they could allow other guests to be disturbed at such late timings, with an early morning flight to catch. Guess their priority is in group bookings hence the comfort and welfare of other guests are secondary.

Got bumped flying standby and this hotel was quite affordable. Unfortunately pool was closed so that was a disappointment as temps were high. Room was basic and fine but our key didn’t work the second time we used it—kind of annoying. Nice breakfast in very nice dining area with lots of windows. Had dinner buffet too but that was a little pricey so we got conbini dinner from store on first floor. That was great!
