The staff at the hotel next door who handle check-in are exceptional, very helpful. Great location, comfortable room. The only downside to the room I stayed in was that there was no power outlet in the bathroom to use the hairdryer; I had to use it in another part of the room, which was inconvenient because there was no mirror. Furthermore, I had a great stay.

It was basic. You have to go around the corner to Novotel to check in and get your swipe card to access the building and get room allocation. No staff onsite to assist with luggage or other inquiries.
