The lack of essential amenities such as a kettle, iron, and slippers, both in-room and available upon request, significantly detracted from the overall comfort of the stay. Additionally, the hotel's restrictive policy prohibiting outside food and drinks left guests with limited dining options and a sense of frustration. Adding to the dissatisfaction was the demeanor of the staff members, who were described as rude and unpleasant to interact with. This negative interaction further compounded the already disappointing experience, making the stay at Hotel Mariem less than enjoyable. Despite potential improvements in accommodation quality, the lack of essential amenities and the presence of unfriendly staff members overshadow any positive aspects of Hotel Mariem. Prospective guests should consider these factors before booking their stay at this establishment.

Property was good and serviced and attention were excellent very humble and great people !!!

Too expensive for its price

Lovely stay. Breakfast was delicious, staff were all friendly and helpful (arranged a guided tour). Room was clean. Overall comfortable stay.
