We had a fantastic stay at Grand Hotel Kronenhof! The hotel has an amazing history and great old world glamour. The rooms are spacious and the amenities and spa were top notch. By far the biggest plus at the hotel were the staff. The were all exceptional and really warm. They offered great recommendations and Daniel the concierge was a standout.

This hotel is fantastic. Got an upgrade from the superior room to the deluxe and the view of the mountains from the room was amazing. Wide variety of breakfast options ranging from fruits to cheeses to mini donuts and more, and even with a buffet option the staff was still incredibly attentive. Full service spa being included with the stay was a huge plus and definitely worthwhile to take advantage of all this hotel has to offer. And huge shoutout to the amazing staff and the team at the front desk for being so helpful, they were everything you would expect from a 5 star hotel and more. Would stay here again.

Einfach wunderbar - vom Service über das Ambiente, das Essen, der Wellnessbereich- einziges Manko ist der fehlende Aussenpool - ansonsten lässt das Hotel keine Wünsche übrig. Auch kinderfreundlich was in dieser Kategorie selten der Fall ist. Natürlich hat alles seinen Preis - aber den zahlt man am Ende gerne . Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Im Badezimmer einige "fremde" Haare, Versprechungen vom Hotel (alle drei Tage frische Früchte auf dem Zimmer), wurde nicht eingehalten, frische Trinkwasser Flasche wurde zweimal "vergessen". Zimmerservice damit nicht auf 5 Sterne Niveau. Frühstücksbuffet wird nur sehr lagsam "nachgefüllt", damit zum Teil sehr lange Wartezeiten bis das Gewünschte wieder verfügbar.

Questo splendido albergo, lo avevamo scelto altre volte per eventi particolari. Veramente tutto molto bene, peccato che questa volta la pulizia in camera non sia stata fatta a dovere, ne per noi ne per Il nostro Labrador, abituato agli alberghi, calmo, educato e sta solo dove deve. per lui La tassa richiesta di Chf 45.- per ogni notte! Messo a disposizione, asciugamano, copertina e ciotola, oltre ai sacchettini per escrementi. Insomma sembrava super… ma non hanno pulito a dovere. Informato il direttore si è’ accontentato di capire, dispiacersi… ma non ha pensato ad un gesto commerciale… per esempio dedurre il costo parziale o totale del cane. Deludente.

Na recepcionista tem atendentes portugueses os quais foram atenciosos, educados, preocupados, nos auxiliarem nos passeios e em absolutamente tudo que precisamos. No restaurante o gerente Sérgio responsável pelo restaurante é extremamente atencioso, educado e gentil. Ele tem uma equipe excelente com profissionais maravilhosos, a Chiara é um doce de pessoa assim como a senhora de origem libanesa (uma querida e gentil). Spa realmente 5 estrelas, com um serviço único. Todos atenciosos e gentis. Hotel maravilhoso, lindo, limpo, confortável, com uma decoração linda e clássica. Localização excelente, perto de tudo. O hotel inclusive oferece transfer para os lugares da região. Voltaremos em breve! Sempre fico hospedada em hotéis 5 estrelas, mas esse foi especial.

I requested a room change the second day after a significantly long hike due to noise from the Laret festival right below my window. The staff accommodated my request without issue. I will only stay at the Kronenhof when I visit the Upper Engadin.

The Kronenhof was the kind of impressionable experience that will "force" me to stay in Pontresina everytime I visit the Upper Engadin. The hotel, staff, food, you name it, is top notch. Breakfast was amazing and both restaurant provided high end dining to be remembered. I did not visit the Spa, but from the outside it looks to be very well done. The view down the Roseg valley is wonderful and staying just a few miles away from the crowds at St. Moritz is also a bonus.

We visited for a cross country ski event and couldn’t be happier with our choice of hotel. The staff was very accommodating, anticipating all of our needs including special services for the skiers attending the event including shuttles and early breakfasts. Our room was updated and comfortable but was a bit too warm from the radiant heat so we had to open a window. We enjoyed the splendid spa-especially the floating pool. We would highly recommend this property.

Great hotel, really comfortable, amazing walking opportunities. We booked half board, food was good, but a bit "dated" very classical and heavy desserts. For a hotel in an outdoor environment the portion size were not very big (I need a bit more then michelin star portion sizes after a whole day out). Staff level could be a bit higher for full 5 star, some of the staff was bit unexperienced/uncertain. But these were minor points, will definately come back and was amazing stay
