When booking in April 2024,we were informed that air conditioning would be installed by 2025. This was one of our criteria. On arrival we were informed that the owner had decided not to go ahead with the project. We were not informed of this until arrival, the agent saying that she thought we would not get another booking at a late date. Poor form, Jessica

Wow. What a wonderful location. So close to v&a in private marina area. Easy access to all the fun. Apt was fully equipped and perfect for our 2 x couples. Jessica made us welcome and explained all info needed.

The apartment had everything we needed to make our family reunion in Cape Town a week to remember. Jessica made sure that our arrivals and departures at the V&A were coordinated with our multiple flights and for that we were most grateful.
